18/05/2026: Truly a terrible experience, I'm giving it one star because there's no way to give it zero! I strongly advise the owner to remove the "DOGS ALLOWED" wording from the restaurant's Google link because it's a complete rip-off!!! We went there for dinner, but we didn't even get a feel for the atmosphere. The crowd of young people consuming cocktails outside the entrance was almost impenetrable, and we barely managed to reach the bar, pushing our way through them. As soon as we introduced ourselves with our reservation (for 8 people), the waiter noticed my dog ​​and said, "Dogs aren't allowed!" I turned to the owner to point out that the dog is small and very calm, and he rudely exclaimed, "Absolutely not! Pets have never been allowed here and never will be!" At that point, we struggled through the crowd to the exit and left. I'm addressing you, dear "Owner" of the restaurant: Rest assured that we will NEVER enter your restaurant again, rest assured! Dogs are everywhere these days, even in supermarkets and pharmacies. In fact, we had no trouble finding an excellent restaurant that same evening that opened its doors to us with a smile and such kindness. Think not only of us humans, but also of my much-maligned dog! A word of advice: stop making fun of people and do yourself a favor: "IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE WORD: DOGS ALLOWED FROM THE LINK!!!"

16/05/2026: The idea of ​​spending a Friday evening at Cantina di Paderno came to me among friends; it was my first time... Aperitif with a varied and tasty buffet; delightful staff and entertainment that truly puts you at ease. I think it's not easy to create good entertainment, but this place has managed to perfectly integrate a fun, unobtrusive, easy-going, light-hearted, playful, and engaging atmosphere. The evening was truly appreciated, both for the aesthetic quality of the place and the products, the attentive staff, and the pleasant atmosphere that arises from the combination of all these aspects. I will definitely be back! And I wish everyone a great time, which will undoubtedly never be lacking here!

16/05/2026: Historic bar in Milan where you can sip a good coffee and eat many delicious desserts. Returning to the bar where as a boy sitting on the swings with friends we drank the famous tropical... so many memories. The Riccio brothers are very kind and helpful people.

31/05/2026: We had dinner on a Saturday evening, and despite the restaurant being busy, service was very fast. The menu is extensive and caters to all ages (thanks also to the kids' menu). We each had an appetizer and a main course, and everything was delicious. Despite the uniqueness of the dishes, the food wasn't overly heavy, and the portions were just right. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

31/05/2026: September 5, 2024 A wonderful experience! The bao buns were excellent as a starter, and the shrimp ones are definitely worth trying. The ramen was exquisite. The curry rice was truly delicious and delicate. I highly recommend the desserts, too. It's definitely worth it.

13/06/2026: It's unacceptable that the fact that the aperitif does NOT include a drink is not mentioned. It's not written on the menu, nor is it communicated when ordering. The food was very good, but the service didn't match. I'm not sure if it was because one of our friends was late to the table (she arrived at 8:31 PM, aperitif ends at 8:30 PM), but the waitress was rude from start to finish. Overall, we had a nice evening, but paying €28 for an aperitif in San Donato is insane, especially when it's accompanied by rude service.

13/06/2026: I was there last night with colleagues. I ordered an aperitif, which ends at 8:30 PM. When I arrived at 8:32 PM, I couldn't get the aperitif platter, which is quite expensive, considering that other places include a drink with an aperitif. Not here. 28 euros for an aperitif! The waitresses were anything but empathetic and showed little courtesy and helpfulness. And they showed little attention to the customer. I don't recommend it, and after this treatment, I definitely won't return. I'll give my money to those who are helpful and attentive to their customers. Too strict.

09/05/2026: I've been frequenting this place on and off for, I think, twenty years now. I've always liked it, so the disappointment from the latest experience is even more poignant. We made reservations for four adults and three children for 7:00 PM and arrived at 7:00 PM. The food is excellent, although the tortillas are getting smaller and smaller, and even the nachos, which used to be served on a nice plate, are now reduced to a small bowl. This, however, wasn't a problem for us. The real problem was their handling of the children, whom one waiter in particular treated with obvious annoyance, calling them out three times for no reason, in a less than courteous manner. I should point out that the children, aged 4, 5, and 6, behaved in an absolutely ordinary manner, remaining seated almost the entire time or at most moving around the table. The atmosphere at the table was certainly lively, but this was more noticeable due to the almost empty and silent place than the actual behavior. Furthermore, we've seen children in the restaurant in the past, and much more rowdy situations. If an ethnic restaurant, on a regular evening, doesn't like the presence of children and wants to maintain a restrained atmosphere, they should simply mention this when booking and avoid an uncomfortable evening.

12/04/2026: An experience not to be repeated in the life of a customer with friends in a place like this with expectations too high, deceiving customers with the sponsor..... evening with friends ordering almost all types of dishes which overall are passable but it is immediately evident by instinct and in reality that the management is incompetent without professionalism and kindness on the part of the "manager"........ the waiter alone and loaded with orders had to manage both rooms plus he had to teach the new waitress how to take orders which obviously a horrible scene in front of all the customers which unfortunately the waitress mistakenly selected the wrong drink for another "taking the order with a small electronic device"........the manager at the time of payment on our part pointed out that we had not ordered that drink at that point enraged and immediately turned in aggressive and unprofessional tones to the new employee who evidently had been working for a few days with a horrific scene in front of all the customers.......in summary the evening was saved by the waiters and a little the quality of the food which are not They were cooked properly by the chef, who apparently was untrained and perhaps on his first day on the job. Hygiene and sanitation standards were certainly not up to standard, as upon entering the restaurant, you immediately noticed a small, dirty kitchen and a strong smell of frying that permeated the entire place, including us, the guests, who arrived early in the evening, when in theory there shouldn't be all this smoky odor. Be careful, because the prices are very high, and paying a high price to ruin your evening is definitely not an option.

The food, unfortunately, was far from authentic; certainly not bad, but nothing spectacular. The staff was kind and accommodating (even with dietary restrictions), but unfortunately, considering the price, the experience is not recommended.

17/06/2026: Nice ambiance and staff, but quality of the food they serve must go up. Hard pasta and under cooked. One pomodori with dried out buffalo mozzarella and dried herbs we had to ask for fresh basil... I love cooking myself with fresh products and do not like to complain but will not come back for this Chef. Oh and the bill was miscalculated so recommend to check it. So sorry to say we had a not so good experience because they work hard and do their best.
