18/05/2025: I stayed two days and I had a great time, nice room equipped with all comforts and with an air conditioner finally working and silent. Restaurant with excellent dishes. The hotel has a large swimming pool, lots of well-kept greenery and there were no problems for my furry friend. Large and free parking. Friendly and attentive staff, I highly recommended it.

12/05/2025: We returned to this restaurant a couple of years later and compared to the last time we noticed a decline in the quality of the food but above all in the service. We were busy all evening reminding the waiters of the dishes we had ordered as they didn't take orders well. A fried chicken that we hadn't ordered arrived at the table several times and each time we had to specify to the waiter who brought it to us that it wasn't ours. To conclude on a high note, they also beat us to the final bill for the fried chicken that wasn't ours. Nothing scandalous but all in all the service offered is not sufficient.

02/05/2025: Terrible service. Rudeness and unacceptable waiting times (on average one hour). I'm referring to the restaurant inside the shopping centre, the other one in via Ramelli works perfectly.

21/05/2025: I'm sorry I can't give a better review because as a regular customer for some time I have always found the service and the food served to be excellent, even in complicated situations of customer influx. However, I have to make a criticism that makes me drop my arms every time, the apparent impossibility, with a few exceptions in the years that I frequent the place, to do separate accounts (not in the Roman way) at the cash register, there is always a reason; either because on Saturdays before 9pm it is not done, or because the cash register is new and you still have to learn, or because there is a queue etc. In group dinners having to find yourself paying the same amount as those who, rightly, decide to take an appetizer, main course, dessert and bottled beer is quite annoying: as much as I can praise the service, mine was worth €15 not €35 as I found myself having to pay for some excuse that as a customer, for the umpteenth time, does not concern me. You understand that next time I will have a hard time choosing this restaurant, I hope to be able to change my mind.

06/04/2025: Never again. We call and they tell us they don't accept reservations. We arrive at 8.30pm and they tell us that I can give us a table at 9.30pm. We walk around and at 9.31pm we are there and they tell us that all the tables are occupied. Compliments. Never again!

23/03/2025: This was the only place around this vicinity that offered us drinks and a small table outside in the seating area. The owner was very kind and used google translate to speak to us. He offered us great wine and a cheese board. We had a lovely experience with great prices and good wine!
