05/05/2025: An elegant and refined restaurant in the historic center of Gubbio. The dishes are delicious, both the first and second courses, and on the advice of the staff we took some excellent wines. The dessert is not up to par with the rest of the dinner. The price for what we ate (€30 per person) is very honest. Kindness towards customers is not the same among staff members, in the dining room you should be a team player.

04/05/2025: Cena del sabato sera (con prenotazione) in questo ristorante nel centro di Gubbio, a gestione famigliare. Abbiamo assaggiato dei taglieri misti di formaggio e salumi, a seguite tagliatelle con tartufo, burro salato e caciotta, due tagliate, un tiramisù, un semifreddo al caramello salato ed una cheese cake. Un ottimo rosato pugliese da bere. Servizio celere, molto attento, disponibile e garbato. La cucina è solidamente ancorata ai sapori tradizionali, senza inutili fronzoli o abbinamenti azzardati. Le tagliatelle ed i dolci sono stati fenomenali; i miei commensali che hanno gustato la tagliata hanno trovato la carne fresca, tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione. Una chiacchierata con il simpatico proprietario/chef è stata la degna conclusione di una serata molto piacevole e rilassata. Non conosco l'ammontare del conto perchè sono stata ospite, ma i prezzi sul listino mi sono sembrati adeguati al livello del ristorante ed in linea con l'offerta della città.

12/05/2025: We stopped during our motorbike trip, during the telephone reservation they offered us a tempting outdoor table (very welcome given the heat) Due to some confusion this table was no longer available when we arrived, but the waiter resolved it very quickly! Limited menu of homemade cuisine, synonymous with fresh dishes Informal and family atmosphere, excellent value for money The service was a little distracted, with two guys taking turns with each other without marking anything down, consequently a second course arrived wrong, the bread arrived 2 times in a row and some bottles of water took a while to wait, but Momo made up for it with his helpfulness and easy laugh, we will definitely be back the next time we pass through beautiful Gubbio!

05/05/2025: Kind and honest! Rustic place with typical dishes, all excellent! I recommend the truffle pasta! Paid €100 for 5 of us with lots of wine and bitters!

10/05/2025: Siamo stati in zona per lavoro. Ci hanno consigliato questo posto per assaggiare il friccò. Posto super tipico dove si sente la tradizione. La seconda sera ( si ci siamo tornati) abbiamo assaggiato il baccalà alla ceraiola. Spettacolare. Il titolare molto cordiale e amichevole. Ti fa sentire a casa.

03/05/2025: Fantastic birthday dinner, we had two first courses of agnolotti with saffron and porcini mushrooms, homemade pasta that you recognize as soon as you eat it, fillet with truffles and desserts. Staff, true professionals and super kind. Highly recommended for both tourists and residents. We'll be back soon! Thanks Lisetta.

03/06/2025: Il tavolo assegnatoci era fronte cucina con la porta sempre aperta, caos totale e pulizia rivedibile. Esiste una seconda sala più tranquilla, ma se capiti ai tavoli sbagliati come noi, scordatevi una serata rilassata. Capisco mettere i coperti ma o fare lo sconto ai tavoli sfortunati o cambiata la conformazione della sala. Primi insipidi, buono il frico'. Un'altra cosa che ci ha negativamente impressionato e' stato il pane, proveniva da grossi sacchi ed era pre tagliato, ed infatti era pessimo e non fresco, modello mensa aziendale, persino al supermercato se ne trova di molto meglio

30/05/2025: Llegamos muy tarde debido al retraso en el vuelo y nos atendieron muy bien y rápido. La carne de res y las verduras se cocinaron a la perfección y podían manejar muy bien sin gluten. Excelente relación calidad-precio y gracias por ayudarnos en una llegada tardía.

24/01/2025: A distanza di anni che non avevo il piacere di cenare qui; confermo ancora una volta quanto si stia bene! Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 02/05/2025: Very relaxing environment, very kind and elegant staff. Everything we tasted was excellent, from the entrees to the dessert. Norcineria appetizer, quail wellington, stuffed cabbage and tiramisu. Recommended, average prices for the quality offered.
