30/01/2025: Veramente eccezionale,la pasta è qualcosa di unico come quella di una volta....il menù è ampio e tutto di cucina Umbra il servizio è rapido e preciso lo chef spiega i piatti in sala..i vini anche essi umbri...vasta scelta.. anche l'acqua san pellegrino top ottimo qualità prezzo consigliato il menù degustazione se si vuole spendere meno...

02/02/2025: Cibo ottimo, personale veramente cortese e gentile (complimenti). Per il prezzo, la qualità dei piatti e il menù interessante mi sarei aspettato un pó più di attenzione alla pulizia e all'ordine (bagno compreso). Peccato l'odore forte che usciva dalla cucina in sala.

25/02/2025: Frequento Al Tartufo da anni, ed è sempre una certezza. La qualità del cibo è impeccabile, con ingredienti freschi e piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è accogliente e professionale, capace di farti sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. L’atmosfera è calda e piacevole, perfetta sia per una cena rilassante che per un’occasione speciale. Ogni volta che torno, trovo la stessa attenzione alla qualità e al servizio, segno di una gestione attenta e appassionata. Assolutamente consigliato!

15/02/2025: We found the agriturismo il pomegranate by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise. They have a fairly sophisticated menu offering at very fair prices. I would absolutely recommend this place.

15/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, location in collina suggestiva, camere molto gradevoli e cucina da ristorante stellato, abbiamo insistito per complimentarci e dare un volto a chi ci ha corteggiato con piatti fantastici, di qualità e preparati con grande passione. Personale di sala molto simpatico e professionale. Che dire, sicuramente da consigliare ma sopra tutto da tornare!

25/01/2025: Cinque stelle con merito. Un ambiente molto piccolo (necessario prenotare), servizio veloce, piatti semplici ma ottimi (note di merito per i salumi, pasta alla gricia, zuppe, salsicce arrosto). Prezzi ottimi. Bravi

22/02/2025: Known first as an excellent restaurant and then staying there for quite some time (work). Excellent restaurant, tried I think almost the entire rich menu and I must say excellent in everything... excellent local starters, excellent homemade pasta (the unique gnocchi!!!) and then moving on to the second courses (what about the fillet with Sagrantino??!!! sublime) and finally with the excellent desserts and the homemade ice cream on the evenings when you were a little fuller... Excellent rooms equipped with all comforts and clean (I was traveling for work and stayed in the cheapest ones) but I was lucky enough to view the suite which I consider to be one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen in my life. Finally, obviously, how can we not talk about Gabriele who has made his work his passion and his life... congratulations!

15/02/2025: The name can be misleading but here you eat like in a trattoria with genuine flavours. The first courses are excellent with generous portions, well creamed and very tasty. Highly recommended are the cappellacci, the spicy umbricelli and the fettuccine with excellent white ragù. Unfortunately we didn't have time to taste the second courses but looking at the other tables we will return to try them. The selection of desserts is also excellent. Really friendly staff, clean and quiet youth club. Thinking about it, eating here makes you feel happy and therefore the name is really apt!!

18/02/2025: idk where my selections went but dine in | lunch | 10-20 euro per person we got tomato basil cheese, cheese pepper, truffle mushroom pasta and soup zuppa the cheese pepper was a bit too cheesy and i think the tomato one was slightly unflavourful everything was alright tho

07/02/2025: What an absolutely fantastic evening! Tartare was divine, cacio e Pepe was the best we had on our entire two week trip to Italy, the wild boar and truffle ragú was decadent, the steak was cooked to perfection with a good sear and perfect salt. I got the apple pie because of someone else’s review and wow, they were not wrong. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the house made whole grain bread which was as noteworthy as any other dish when dipped in the locally made olive oil. One of the best meals we enjoyed on our entire trip. We will be back!

10/02/2025: We were here for lunch on Sunday, with my partner and our son. Pleasantly welcomed by a warm and comfortable environment, with large windows offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, the girl who manages the room excellently made us sit at our table. The peculiarity is that the name of the reservation is written with scrabble letters which were then brought to us in abundance for our son to play with. The menu is very interesting, with many different combinations and fusions with other cuisines such as the excellent Gyoza stuffed with amatriciana. It's all good and worth trying, the portions are generous, the wine list worthy of note. The bill showed an excellent quality-price ratio. In short, we will certainly return. SUPER RECOMMENDED!
