09/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered grilled salmon, arctic char (Saibling), and a mixed salad - each dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavour. The portions were surprisingly generous. You truly get great value for money here. Everything was incredibly tasty, and we enjoyed every bite. The service is great! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

16/02/2026: My partner and I were on our way back from Val di Siusi to Florence and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. After a quick internet search, I trusted my instincts and the dishes I'd seen on their website, and I have to say I wasn't wrong!!! Magnificent view, amazing dishes made with their own artisanal products!!! From the cured meats, to the wine, to the olive oil, and the amazing balsamic vinegar to pair with every dish! Try it and believe it! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks not only to the staff but also to the owner, a person of rare sweetness and humility! We'll definitely be back! ❤️

09/04/2026: I hate to write this review because the pizza is good and the place is clean, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. A table of six, our pizzas arrived, and the waitress dropped a plate and landed on one of the girls. Human error, it happens. We tried to clean it up with our napkins since we weren't offered a wet cloth or anything else. But let's ignore that; we made do, even though a helping hand would have been nice. The girl burned her hands trying to cover the pizza. After washing up in the bathroom, they kindly brought us some anti-burn cream and gloves. We appreciated it, but unfortunately, we received an unpleasant surprise at the cash register, where we were charged the full bill without even a €1 discount (total for six pizzas €120.10). They weren't expecting much, but at least offering the unlucky girl a pizza would have been THE LEAST. But the absolute minimum to apologize for, especially since all of her clothes, coat, and bag were soiled. We believe this was truly unprofessional and will not be returning.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

05/04/2026: We visited Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie and were absolutely delighted. The food was outstanding and the ambiance simply perfect – a truly special atmosphere. The service was also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

15/02/2026: This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was clean. The food we ordered was good, although the lamb chops could have been cooked a little longer, but that's a matter of personal preference. Negative notes: We were told the dish of the day (lamb chops) would be served with side dishes. They arrived with only a piece of white broccoli on the side. Another diner was served the same dish with three sides: green broccoli, a radicchio, and a piece of fennel. Finally, the bill...we found ourselves charged different prices for the appetizers than those listed on the menu. Perhaps because we asked to split the two different appetizers into two plates. To be fair, the waiter should have specified that there was an additional charge for this service so the customer could decide whether it was worth it.

11/04/2026: A very cozy restaurant with warm and welcoming service. Both the appetizer and the steak for the main course were excellent. We would gladly return. The kitchen and service staff took gluten-free requirements very seriously and prepared everything accordingly. All in all: A perfect evening.

12/04/2026: A truly lovely, warm and welcoming place. The charcuterie board was excellent and varied. Then we had the lamb, which was delicious. The desserts were also excellent. We'll be back for the pizza. Prices are moderately high, in line with the quality and service.

01/04/2026: I have no idea, but aren't porcini mushrooms? I think the tagliatelle had button mushrooms in it. And isn't tiramisu supposed to have amaretto and mascarpone in it? I tasted more cream and no alcohol at all. But I thought the vitello was sensational, and the tagliata was too.
