01/01/2025: Great New Year's Eve dinner with my partner and some friends, everything perfect. Sublime, balanced and well-measured food, double compliments to the kitchen, in particular for the attention paid to my celiac partner. Service never intrusive, always attentive and kind. Cozy and very spacious environment. In conclusion, highly recommended.

22/12/2024: I would have rated this stay 6 stars if I could have. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and had the absolute best time. We came for the Christmas markets and got to take the cable car down from the hotel to town. It’s an easy walk to town from the cable car stop. Once we were good and cold we came back to enjoy the hot tub and the best dinner at the restaurant. The hotel staff are so kind. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The wine list is amazing, and they were very accommodating to our dog who was a last minute addition to the trip. We will be back for sure!

30/12/2024: Compared to the menu available on the site and with QR, some dishes were missing and the information had to be given as soon as you sat down or at the reception. Some uncertainty also about the wine, although included in the list of recommended bottles. If the ambition is high and proportionate to the bill, you must strive for perfection. For the rest we ate well in a nice environment. The menu has several local ingredients, perhaps, for my taste, I would push even more on these raw materials.

27/12/2024: I booked at this restaurant because our. hotel was right nearby for Christmas lunch. I have to say that it was truly an excellent choice. Delicious dishes, super attentive and kind staff, quiet and very beautiful environment. Absolutely recommended!

06/11/2024: Perfect place for a lunch break from work. Daily menu with some fixed dishes and other variable ones, almost always very good. Kind and friendly staff, who make you feel at home. Cozy place in the city center.

29/12/2024: Very good hamburgers. The hamburgers are creatively put together using fresh ingredients. The rolls are from our own production. The fries come with various delicious sauces, which are also homemade. Since we were in a hurry, we were served very quickly. It's a bit difficult to find in the evenings. You have to go to the dead end street that leads to the tennis club and is directly opposite the cinema.

26/12/2024: If you want to experience a less motivated service staff, then come to città. If you want to order, the service staff is very inventive to disappear into nothingness. It takes another eternity until you receive the order. Mind you, there wasn't much going on. You should have plenty of time to drink a cappuccino in the Città for €4.00. Well, the service staff from the previous tour weren't exactly great, but what's on offer now is doomed. Unless the guests have to get used to such poor service, then of course you'll be back in the lead. Please "Owners" You don't have to give me an empty answer because my impression has already been mentioned several times in the reviews and apparently nothing will be changed. I'm sorry that you present gastronomy in such a light.

25/12/2024: We stayed here for 2 nights at Christmas time and this is my new favorite hotel in all of Italy. Our room had a Christmas card and Christmas cookies awaiting us when we walked in. The service/staff/cleanliness was impeccable! The location to the Christmas Market can’t be beat and the breakfast was great and I am so appreciative of the basket of GF goodies available. It was nice to have a GF croissant with nutella with my breakfast. They also serve Dammann Freres tea in-room and at breakfast, which is nice as many places don’t often prioritize serving great teas. I definitely want to come back in the summer to explore more of the city then and will come back to this hotel.
