22/11/2025: Our group of four enjoyed aperitifs. The house aperitif was delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they brought us blankets since we were sitting outside.

11/12/2025: Today was our first day in northern Italy, specifically in Bolzano. Since it was December, most places either closed early or opened after 6 PM. We went into this restaurant and, thankfully, we were very happy with it. The staff spoke fluent English, and ordering was easy. We asked about halal options, and they explained which dishes were suitable and which they didn't recommend. Our order was: • Delicious Margherita pizza • Amazing pesto pizza • Delicious vegetable pizza • Two plates of spaghetti from today's menu (with olive oil and olives), which were fantastic • Four Pepsi candies • One large bottle of water The bill came to €101 for six adults, and the portions were very generous. I highly recommend this place; they have indoor and outdoor seating, the food is delicious, the staff is helpful with orders, and the prices are reasonable. Siamo entrati in questo ristorante e, per fortuna, è status un’ottima scelta. He has a personal voice that is fully ingles, so it is relatively stable. 03/11/2025: Five stars are not enough to rate this place. Staying there was an eleven-star experience! Everything in Gasthof Kohlern invites you to slowly appreciate the beauty of life: the natural environment, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains; the cuisine, with delicious and refined dishes, the wines, the breakfasts; the simple elegance of the rooms; the peace and quiet; and last but not least, the generous and considerate kindness of the staff. Viele Dank: you make this place a perfect combination of charming and soothing.

24/10/2025: We only visited the restaurant after a short autumn hike. The view was beautiful, and we also had a snack in a wonderful setting. Thank you very much!

23/11/2025: The hotel is strategically located in Bolzano's historic center, directly overlooking the square where the traditional Christmas markets are held in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Accessible only on foot, the hotel offers paid underground parking, literally steps away. The building is historic, and even inside, you'll find older spaces, such as the entrance, reception, and main staircase, contrasting with completely renovated and modern spaces. The room was spacious, soundproofed, and equipped with many amenities, and was well-maintained and clean. I loved the breakfast room, as well as the breakfast itself, with its wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner on site, with a fairly varied menu. Guests can also use the spa by reservation, for a price of €20 per person. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for a weekend exploring Bolzano and the surrounding area!! 🥰

20/11/2025: We stayed at this splendid hotel in a strategic location, right on Bolzano's main square. We found the rooms spotlessly clean, the spa, and the breakfast room excellent. Excellent service, a varied breakfast. We will definitely be back.

20/11/2025: At first glance, it doesn't seem like a great place, but trust me, it's a wonderful discovery! We had a first course that was worthy of a true chef, delicious, and just the right amount of filling! Everything was perfect 👌

06/11/2025: Well, what can I say? A wonderful culinary experience. Compliments to the service and the exquisite dishes rich in flavour. Compliments.

30/11/2025: Absolute favorite bar in Gries, staff is helpful, friendly, warm and kind. Coffee is great and don't get me started on the brioches, i love the pistacchio variant! During lunchtime you can also get really wellmade warm dishes, for vegetarians I'd recommend the canederli! Bar Tennis is also great for an apperetivo or some glasses of wine. Total recommendation, the worst part is, that they're closed on sundays.

26/07/2025: Really cute neighborhood bar run by a super friendly and helpful woman. I've only tried the strudel, but I have to say it's absolutely delicious! The coffee is good and reasonably priced. Recommended!
