26/08/2025: We stayed in your hotel for four (4) days and I could say that overall it was very good. The hotel receptionists (Lara & I forgot the name) was really exceptional, they are very friendly and accommodating. As for the room, I cannot complain. It was all perfect for me. The facilities (swimming pool, garden area, sauna) are very functional and really a 5-star experience. As for the breakfast, the lady who makes the omelette is really outstanding. It might be simple but she always make the best omelette. The server of food are all friendly and helpful too. Overall the service is outstanding. Also the free use of e-bike wherein I was able to enjoy that much. I would also comment the housekeeping as they do an outstanding job on maintaining the cleanliness of our room. I don't know how they do it, but the room is extremely clean and smells really good. My only concern is the fly. The moment we arrived in the hotel, I saw some fly already inside the entrance. In our room, there were some instances flies enter. Also during breakfast. Maybe in the future, the hotel administration will do some intervention in order to address this issue. I know in winter it is not a problem, but for sure during summer it will be an issue. I know also there are some farm nearby that's why maybe there are these flies. But over-all, whenever I go back in Vipiteno I will always choose your hotel and will always recommend too. The price is also affordable and reasonable. Thanks again. -BR

07/10/2025: An excellent holiday spent in this wonderful hotel. Enchanting place, easily accessible, strategic location. Room with a whirlpool tub and a spectacular view. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all needs, and for this I wanted to thank Mrs. Eugenia for her exquisite and attentive service. Good spa treatment. Top-quality food in the restaurant. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that the management should pay more attention to the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. Everything else was EXCELLENT. We'll be back very soon.

07/10/2025: A very nice hotel. Rustic yet modern. Friendly and helpful staff. A special highlight is the fantastic sauna, which can be booked for €5 per person.

21/09/2025: A truly lovely restaurant, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, with a terrace overlooking the pedestrian street. The staff is incredibly friendly, and although the atmosphere is refined, it's not stuffy, making it a truly enjoyable evening. We were there for my birthday and had a truly delicious meal. The dishes are varied, both meat and fish, the bread is delicious, and the desserts are truly remarkable. At the end, they even brought me a small cake with a candle. Last but not least, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: A restaurant passed off as an osteria, or rather, awarded the title of an osteria... Let's just say it's nothing special... The dishes are certainly well-made, but the prices are significantly above average, especially the wine. As soon as I entered, I noticed a bad smell, a stale odor that was truly unpleasant. Later, in the room where we dined, this smell was no longer present, but the biggest flaw was the service. We were served by two people; the first, a young, friendly, and smiling girl, but the second, a little older, was truly rude. She made us feel uncomfortable several times, and on top of that, the service was truly sloppy.

14/10/2025: The perfect dinner to celebrate my birthday. We chose this place because we wanted to eat something delicious in a quiet setting and celebrate another year, and it exceeded all expectations beyond our wildest dreams. Excellent wines, friendly staff, and the tuna tartare was out of this world, much better than many beef tartares I've eaten (and I say this as a meat lover). Then came the spaghetti with thick ragù, which almost moved me to tears at how good it was, with that enveloping sauce that made you feel satisfied with every bite. Finally, a Garronese sirloin steak, strictly rare, that melted in your mouth, with an excellent mustard sauce and a delicious rosemary and olive oil cured meat; every bite was a delight. Special mention also goes to the seafood pasta and the swordfish. I don't usually give too many compliments to a place, but here they are obligatory. Excellent ingredients, well-crafted and carefully prepared dishes, friendly staff, perfect combinations and flavors, more than fair prices, and adequate (I'd even say generous) portions. What more could you ask for? Compliments to the staff; if we pass through Arco again, we'll definitely stop here! Well done!

02/10/2025: I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my partner and I had at your restaurant on Tuesday, 30 September. Upon arrival, we were offered a table next to guests who had brought their dog. As I suffer from allergies, we kindly asked if it was possible to be seated in an area of the restaurant without animals. Unfortunately, the server informed us that there was no such option available. Consequently, we were unable to stay and had to leave without dining. In addition to the allergy concern, I would like to point out that the presence of dogs inside dining areas raises questions of hygiene and food safety. According to general food safety and hygiene regulations, restaurants are expected to maintain a clean environment where food is prepared and consumed. Allowing animals into guest areas may compromise this standard and can create an exclusionary experience for guests with allergies or sensitivities. It was very disappointing, as we had looked forward to dining at your establishment. Sadly, under the current circumstances, I cannot recommend the restaurant to others.

15/10/2025: I highly recommend this restaurant! It's delicious; we had the pancake with mixed mushrooms and cheese. Delicious! The service was top-notch! We were very pleased.

07/10/2025: Tired of pizzas, this place gives you a limited but interesting menu. There are some local specialities here and the pastas we had were different. Tried polenta for the first time! Pane Salame - for the meat / cold cut lovers. You don't get cell service indoors, so talk to their staff, ask them questions about the food. They might not speak fluent English, but will definitely help you in the best way they can, and are very professional!

04/10/2025: A little gem in front of our house... How lucky to have such an osteria right across the street! A welcoming place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel at ease thanks to the warm and friendly service: smiling, attentive, and always ready with a joke. The food? Simply excellent. I tried the gnocchi with cheese fondue and truffle, which to call "delicious" is an understatement: creamy, flavorful, and fragrant, an explosion of flavor with every bite. The mixed platter is a work of art on a platter: quality products, beautifully presented, and plentiful... practically poetry in the cured meats and cheeses, and not to mention the homemade desserts! Served with a certain style... fantastic! A special thanks goes to the owner, always kind and friendly, who compliments my bike parked out front every day. I don't know if he really cares about me... or if he's just trying to befriend my two-wheeler so he can ride around after work! 😄 In any case, I highly recommend this place. The food is good, the atmosphere is great... and my bike has found its number one fan!

16/09/2025: I was literally speechless. The cream soup I tasted today was truly exceptional. You could immediately taste the freshness of the top-quality ingredients, expertly combined to create an enveloping flavor and a perfectly velvety texture that pampers the palate. A simple yet sophisticated dish, demonstrating an attention to detail and a respect for the ingredients that are rare. An extraordinary culinary experience that I recommend to everyone.

11/10/2025: The food was excellent! Perhaps a little more expensive, but you get exactly the quality you expect. We've tried several dishes there (including the daily special), and each one was incredibly delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff, and a lovely atmosphere. All in all, highly recommended!

04/10/2025: Outstanding food with a great atmosphere and great service! The pizzas all cost between €11 and €18 and are super delicious, but they also offer meat and pasta dishes. A top spot for anyone looking for a good dinner in this area. It's worth making a reservation in advance :)

We enjoyed this restaurant, we came in June 2025, and this was our last dinner in Italy and I was 6 mins from our AirBNB. I highly recommend this pizza restaurant 👍😋.

10/09/2025: We were there as a couple and had a wonderful evening. The food is very good and uses many local ingredients. The excellent wine selection is particularly noteworthy. The host is a true wine connoisseur and offers many tips and explanations of the wine and its origins, even in German. The beautiful garden is also wonderful and cozy, where you can enjoy delicious meals under a pergola. A definite recommendation 👍

07/09/2025: First-class! Superbly delicious food. We had the tasting menu (once with fish, I had meat). Highly recommended! The portion sizes are reasonable (not the micro-portions unfortunately common in Michelin-starred restaurants), the wine pairings are excellent, and upon request, a non-alcoholic beverage pairing was also available, which tasted exceptionally interesting. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the timing between the individual courses was perfect for us. We've been to Le Servite at least six times in the last few years, and it's always been perfect. For us, no trip to the lake is complete without a visit to this restaurant!
