27/11/2024: We felt very comfortable and cared for. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. My wife liked the hot water bottle best. The equipment for the wellness area in the room leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet was rich, the coffee was delicious, and the best thing is that you can fill your own croissants. The wellness area is very nicely laid out, we just found the temperature in the relaxation room to be too high, but we were able to change that with a walk in the snow and moving to the indoor pool area. We had a wonderful time at the Romantik Hotel Stafler and hope we can visit again.

01/01/2025: Simply delicious 🥰 Went for New Year's Eve dinner with friends and what can I say, it was simply brilliant. Despite my fish protein allergy, Valentino immediately came up with an alternative 😁. We would be happy to come back at any time, especially after the fantastic renovation. 24/12/2024: Excellent food, generous portions, well-crafted presentation and truly discreet flavours. The only flaw if I may say so is too much cheese in a dish with truffles covering the flavour. The service is equally excellent, immediately very welcoming, always available and very attentive, friendly and nice while remaining very professional. The place is well looked after, the tables without tablecloths were much appreciated. Perfect lighting for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Not a noisy environment where you can talk without shouting, a quality not to be underestimated.

05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We hadn't booked and there wouldn't have been room if by chance a family of three hadn't canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.

05/01/2025: We enjoyed chef Riccardo's cuisine on the first evening of 2025 and it was a very pleasant start... tasting the dishes makes you understand the title of Oste 2024... absolutely deserved!!!! I add a compliment to the staff... welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable also regarding the pairing of wines and grappa! We can't wait to return!!!! Good work and a big THANK YOU

01/01/2025: Great New Year's Eve dinner with my partner and some friends, everything perfect. Sublime, balanced and well-measured food, double compliments to the kitchen, in particular for the attention paid to my celiac partner. Service never intrusive, always attentive and kind. Cozy and very spacious environment. In conclusion, highly recommended.

La presenza della sala giochi per i bambini è una scelta azzeccata, per dare la possibilità ai genitori di cenare con calma e far divertire allo stesso tempo i bambini. Il personale gentilissimo e molto competente. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Torneremo sicuramente

05/01/2025: Wow. An unexpected gem. Be sure to try the *ravioli* with pumpkin, they were on par with the three star restaurant Dal Pescatore. All the food was excellent, as was the service, and there was a nice atmosphere. We'll be back!
