05/08/2024: From the impeccable quality on the plate to the very soothing timeless decoration, everything was perfect. The portions are generous without being too generous, the service was very good, with smiling staff who even offered a digestive at the end. I recommend this experience which will make you love Tuscany and its flavors a little more! ☺️

06/08/2024: Horrible service, the old lady that took us into the restaurant couldn't have been more unpleasant. She obviously didn't realise we understood Italian and heard her calling us stupid to other members of staff. Avoid this place at all cost. The cocktails were rubbish and the pizza was even worse. This place clearly only stays open because of its location. Horrible all round.

07/07/2024: It is a great wine experience. You can taste the local Vernaccia and also the Chianti Colli Senesi, both in simple and Reserva versions. The winemakers, the waiter, even Merlot (the dog) were very friendly.
13/06/2024: We had friends that stayed there 8 years ago and advised that it was amazing. San Donato is a working winery with with accommodations. Their wines were excellent and diners were always family style. Rustic apartments and very clean. If you wanna stay at a working winery and you don’t mind rustic accommodations this is the place for you. We enjoyed the time and will be back.

27/08/2024: The food we had was average and over priced. We are an Italian family from Italy and we know better than to eat in a tourist area but we were hungry. A table near us ordered steak ( we love steak and eat a lot). The smell from the meat when it was carried to the table was terrible, this was not meat that had been hanging to mature the flavour, this was rotten meat! A woman another table told to them to be careful eating it as it smelled so bad. Now we know why it was the only place that had tables.
27/06/2024: Average food at a relatively expensive price, unprofessional staff and a surprise service charge (on top of the usual “coperto”).

24/08/2024: Bella la location, all’interno di un campeggio, curata e immersa nel verde. Abbiamo mangiato da menu del ristorante, cena gradevole, unico appunto, i prezzi dei piatti sono un po’ alti considerato che è piuttosto fuorimano. Consigliato per una cena tranquilla in una bella atmosfera
18/08/2024: Pizza Eccezionale strapiena di ingredienti e forno a legna per un risultato sublime!
Una garanzia per chi vuole passare una serata al fresco con la grande piazza esterna.
Ottimo servizio e costi contenuti.
Ci torneremo sicuramente 🔝🍕

23/09/2023: Esperienza spettacolare a 360 gradi: cibo di ottima qualità ed abbondanza, vino superlativo biologico e fatto da loro come pure il miele da accompagnare ad ottimi formaggi. Mille foglie home Made super! La simpatia e l’accoglienza impagabili…ci siamo sentiti coccolati come in una grande famiglia con sorpresa commovente alla fine!! Bravi!!
