A completare il quadro: la cantina con numerose etichette, il personale professionale e cordiale ed il locale fresco di ristrutturazione.
Altamente consigliato.

18/09/2025: Nothing to complain about the place, the staff were welcoming, and the Chianina strips were also very good.
I decided to order a 1.3 kg cut of Florentine steak. I was asked how it was cooked, which was inconceivable to me, and it was brought to me looking more boiled than properly cooked. Attached is the photo.
I'm sorry about the rest, which I consider to be good. If I ever come back here, I'll definitely avoid the Florentine steak.

17/08/2025: The steak is a fiele mignon, the best part of the tenderloin, and I recommend it in truffle butter. Bistecca ala fiorentina—several types of beef with skin and fat—I don't recommend it.
04/08/2025: It was a very cozy meal with typical Tuscan dishes! The chef was extremely patient and courteous in his advice. I wouldn't have expected such an ambitious and stylish restaurant in this small town!

08/09/2025: Lovely restaurant right outside of the main area of Montepulciano. The owner and his wife provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere with delicious food. As vegetarians we tried La Ribollita soup and the Cappellacci, both of which were delightful. Recommend this spot if you’re in the area looking for some good food.

27/06/2025: Very nice people, probably a family business. Tratoria, unfortunately, on the main exit road. Very good pizza, good roast chicken, pastas are good (we've had better ones), but the price is competitive. Coffee, unfortunately capsule. Worth a visit.

We ate, on the recommendation, a selection of fantastic local cured meats and cheeses.
Recommended.
18/06/2025: A great alternative to the tourist hustle and bustle of the city center. A small bar and delicatessen offering small specialties. The lady is very friendly and first asks very specifically about your wine preferences. Then you'll be served the perfect wine at a reasonable price. A snack is also included.

not very good food. tried to call the waiters several times with poor results since they don't even look at you and some only speak English. terrible value for money.

Excellent food, with attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. Mrs. Francoise is always friendly and prepares unmissable desserts.
05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate.
Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata.
Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare.

17/07/2025: We ate here on July 4th. The food was delicious.
Friendly service and a nice location.
Something went wrong with the card reader while paying, so I had to try again. I checked my banking app and saw that the amount had been debited. However, they insisted I try again because the card reader indicated the transaction had failed. I protested and paid again.
The owner, Francesca, was very helpful in resolving the problem, and we communicated regularly via WhatsApp. The overpayment was refunded today.

29/08/2025: Very convenient if you're traveling on the highway because it's 5 minutes away. Excellent food, as is the service. Fairly quick. I recommend the pasta with meat sauce and the tiramisu. The price was quite reasonable; there were 3 of us and we spent 50 for 1, 2, and dessert.
28/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso in questa cascina sulla strada per tornare a casa.Ristorante pienissimo, ma questo non ha minimamente diminuito la professionalità dei proprietari, il gusto delle pietanze e la velocità del servizio.Una bontà da cucina di casa Toscana per l estasi delle papille gustative.

26/06/2025: The most fun place in the area! Every night a party and nice people! On Tuesdays there is also Karaoke.
19/06/2025: Seems like a local pub hangout which I like. Good food and service. Not too many beers if thats what you are looking for but many other drink options. Low prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly!

06/03/2025: It may be odd to post about a closed restaurant however this one is special. Our family came to Tuscany several times, last being 2010 and we have fond memories of “ La Signora” at cittino restaurant. For us, it was the most authentic food in Tuscany. Our children were little but even they remember the wonderful meals we enjoyed. Not it’s 2025 and my wife and I flew 5000 miles in hopes of enjoying one last meal at this special place. We hope the owner had a good life and knows how happy she made people. Grazie Signora!
