21/12/2024: Second best Michelin restaurant I've tried. Had the 8 course (which is more like 11 after all the extras) with wine pairing. Dishes are creative, sometimes adventurous. Even when average there is something to appreciate. Service is attentive but not overwhelming. Wine pairing is great. Prices are unusually affordable for a Michelin star. The atmosphere is okay, the music isn't loud and you can't hear other tables' discussions unless you want to. If you're in the area definitely give this a try. It might not blow you away on all dishes, but it will be a very fine dinner all in all. Oh and for reviewers who said the staff was arrogant, that is far from the truth in my experience. Everyone was friendly.

17/11/2024: We spent a special evening here! Food here is in a league of its own! Anyone who is willing to spend a little more will be offered a very special experience. The bread that accompanies the food deserves a special mention, it is extremely good and homemade!

27/11/2024: We had a magical trip to Dievole summer of 23. Service was impeccable, rooms were large and very well appointed, grounds are beautiful and they have a very good restaurant. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Cannot recommend this resort enough.

31/10/2024: There is nothing I can fault about this venue. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Monika’s food was amazing and Antonio really knows his wines. If you love your food and wine, this place is faultless. We visited Dievole as guests in 2023 and were lucky enough to return to celebrate our wedding here in 2024. Don’t second guess your stay here, you won’t regret it.

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!

29/08/2024: Although it is now difficult to find a place thanks to the thousand navigators on the market, finding it thanks to Google Maps was not so trivial. The place is very well looked after, the presence around the restaurant of other buildings of the same type of wall makes it feel as if we have gone back in time. The location of the restaurant is in a rustic style (wood and exposed bricks) in line with the exterior but is enriched with modern furnishings and objects, managing not to clash with the overall context. The waiter's service is excellent and welcoming, the dishes served have a classic imprinting thanks to the traditional Tuscan ingredients but a processing and plating that winks at tradition. The taste and presentation of the dishes are phenomenal! The bill was excellent compared to what was ordered, excellent overall!

25/08/2024: Una cena di coppia da ricordare e soprattutto da rifare. Il cibo lo definirei emozionante. La carta dei vini non è scontata, si trovano sia i grandi nomi molto conosciuti che le cantine più ricercate. Se non sapete cosa bere lasciatevi guidare dal proprietario, appassionato e con molta conoscenza. È così bello andare in un posto e sentire la passione che mettono in quello che fanno. È stato un piacere assoluto e ci faremo sicuramente ritorno!
