14/01/2025: in vista alla bella Valeriana con i suoi gioielli, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di imbatterci in questo locale piacevole e casareccio ,come l'ospitalità della Signora. Cucina tipica della zona. crostini alla toscana parpadelle al cinghiale ottime e abbondanti, Trippa alla toscana squisita e delicata. Peccato non aver assaporato il tutto con un ottimo vino, a causa delle ingiuste restrinzioni di Salvini

12/10/2024: Che dire: una bella struttura nel verde ai margini di Pistoia, facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio. Menu con ingredienti del territorio di primissima qualità, piatti sinceri, di gran gusto e ben realizzati. Un servizio agile, cordiale ed efficiente che sa consigliare e spiegare. Ottima carta dei vini con ricarichi inferiori al classico x 2 con possibilità di bere bene spendendo da 8 euro in su. Sorprendente trovare nella carta l'ottimo rose' Calafuria della cantina pugliese Tormaresca (Antinori) ed in più ad un prezzo di pochissimo superiore allo shop online. Bravi davvero. Chapeau

18/01/2025: Congratulations to all the staff of this simply FABULOUS restaurant! The food is delicious, cooked and treated following tradition (my grandmother was Tuscan) with excellent results. Worth noting is the excellent quality-price ratio, we ate a Florentine steak with a Brunello di Montalcino without being "bleeded". To be recommended, especially compared to other more famous restaurants that pay a lot of attention to aesthetics but offer a service that is too "touristy" with much higher prices for a quality that is absolutely not superior

01/01/2025: Ristorante molto carino, staff super disponibile vista la giornata (1 gennaio) e l'orario poco simpatico in cui siamo arrivati ( le 14.15). La cucina tipica, molto buona. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.

16/02/2025: Everything perfect! Excellent hospitality, service and food. The restaurant is located in a central and very lively area. There are various car parks near the pizzeria. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The pizza is sublime. A light dough and various toppings with high quality ingredients. Wide choice of beers, including many craft beers. The desserts, as well as being delicious, are very beautiful and refined in their single-portion presentation. Top!

23/11/2024: Cena al Ristorante S.Elena a Buggiano Castello, parcheggio gratuito, piacevole location, fantastico panorama, cortese e professionale accoglienza a parte di tutto lo staff, il signor Mario (gestore) e la signora Federica (cameriera), ottimi cibi con particolare sottolineatura al Fritto Toscano cucinato dalla chef signora Monica ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

12/01/2025: Bellissima Vista e Ottima Cucina! Furio è da fargli un Casting per dargli una parte in un film di Leonardo Pieraccioni, Ti fa schiantare da ridere con le Sue Genuine e Geniali Battute! Forte Veramente! Cucina Sublime! Si mangia Veramente Bene in un contesto mozzafiato! Ti sembra di stare a cena su di un grattacielo e di guardare una città tipo Chicago o New York! A Monsummano Alto pare di essere negli Stati Uniti 🇺🇸! Pare parecchio Chicago! Per raggiungere questa Location, da Monsummano si prende la strada Via dei Gobbi (Chissà forse 🤔 erano Juventini…?) che arrampa parecchio bella irta quindi in auto e’ necessario fare attenzione da prima seconda e prima di marcia, di giorno sicuramente e’ più agevole, la sera al buio occorre fare attenzione, anche in prossimità del ristorante occorre andare pianissimo per non grattare la coppa dell’Olio della propria vettura. Il contesto è da Film 🎥 ti pare di arrivare a Frittole “1492, quasi 1500!” Nel film di Benigni & Troisi! Vedere le foto per rendersi conto! Pietanze Buonissime e Location che si presta a Cerimonie tipo 18esimi e Matrimoni! Encomi e Tributi a Furio il Bosss & Marco, Angela, Flavia e Giovanna in Cucina veramente Bravissimi!!! Chapeaux

04/01/2025: 10 out of 10, the food, the wine, the view, the service, the music - everything was on the highest level! We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday there and it could not have been better. We ordered the preset menu and enjoyed pasta with ragu, the steak paired with an excellent red wine, and a lovely dessert. Highly recommended and definitely a highlight in our Italian trip ❤️

Coccolato dal calore del camino e dal servizio molto affabile e gentile, accompagnato dalla vista rilassante del verde circostante, offre la tranquillità oltre che ottimo cibo locale secondo ricette tradizionali cucinate con cura. Ottimo e abbondante l'antipasto, primi eccezionali e dei secondi strepitosi. Ottima rapporto qualità/prezzo.
