15/01/2025: Place located near Piazza San Francesco, it does not have car parking but you can still find it nearby. The outside of the structure is similar to many others in the area, while inside we find an environment with a small number of seats which in my opinion is an advantage. In the rooms it is possible to view the cooking of the meat in real time on dedicated screens, a pleasant treat. Bisteccatoscana essentially offers a fixed but well-structured menu, the jewel in the crown is naturally the steak with thickness of the meat and cooking to perfection. The starter entrée is also varied and tasteful and essentially reflects the Tuscan tradition. The wine list is extensive, while the dessert at the end of the meal could be expanded. The service is carried out by attentive and punctual but perhaps a little too present staff, the friendly and affable owner is always ready to cheer up the environment. Price in line with the proposal. Positive experience.

09/12/2024: We had dinner last Friday at this restaurant. We ordered pici cacio e pepe, beef carpaccio with artichokes and followed by fried chicken, rabbit with artichokes and fried lamb. The pici were very salty and so was the carpaccio, we mentioned this to the waitress when she asked us 'how did it go?' .... when we arrived at the fried food, the owner himself showed up, leaving the dishes on the table, adding in a contemptuous manner that since the first courses were salty he hadn't put even a grain of salt in these.... a gentleman. I will never go back. I add that we also ordered a bottle of Bruciato.... I advise against it, detached staff... incapable of creating empathy... Cost of dinner 120 euros... it could fit.

12/10/2024: Che dire: una bella struttura nel verde ai margini di Pistoia, facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio. Menu con ingredienti del territorio di primissima qualità, piatti sinceri, di gran gusto e ben realizzati. Un servizio agile, cordiale ed efficiente che sa consigliare e spiegare. Ottima carta dei vini con ricarichi inferiori al classico x 2 con possibilità di bere bene spendendo da 8 euro in su. Sorprendente trovare nella carta l'ottimo rose' Calafuria della cantina pugliese Tormaresca (Antinori) ed in più ad un prezzo di pochissimo superiore allo shop online. Bravi davvero. Chapeau

06/01/2025: Attracted by the numerous positive reviews we tried this restaurant for dinner. For me too the average rating is too high compared to other places like Caino. Excellent ribollita, pasta with wild boar ragù good but nothing special. The disappointment was the Chianti fillet. Arrived lukewarm with a lackluster wine reduction. Do not take the house red wine, immediate headache and stomach acidity. The worst of the house red wines tried in other places. If I had known I would have bought a bottle which anyway are sold at a good price. The place was very hot, like an oven. Nice waitress, fast and precise service.

12/01/2025: Locale stupendo, il giusto numero di coperti. La qualità dei prodotti è eccellente. Le frittatine sono una goduria! Per non parlare poi della pizza, senza parole.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo seguito il suggerimento di chi ci ha ospitato nella sua casa a Monsummano Alto e per la cena di Ferragosto, abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante: siamo stati benissimo, tutto perfetto! Location particolare, vista meravigliosa sulla Valdinievole, nella sala panoramica pochi tavoli, luci soffuse, atmosfera intima e famigliare ed in sottofondo buona musica, capace di riportare alla mente dolci ricordi. Affidandoci ai consigli del ristoratore, il Sig Furio, simpaticissimo ed estremamente competente, abbiamo preso antipasto, bistecca accompagnata da verdure in pastella e quattro mini dessert: parmigiana buonissima, carne tenerissima e saporita, dolci fantastici. Conto in linea con la location, la qualità della materia prima e della cucina dello chef Giovanna. Ci siamo trovati così bene che dopo qualche giorno ci siamo ritornati, cambiando menù e ...tutto perfetto come ci aspettavamo! Grazie

23/11/2024: Cena al Ristorante S.Elena a Buggiano Castello, parcheggio gratuito, piacevole location, fantastico panorama, cortese e professionale accoglienza a parte di tutto lo staff, il signor Mario (gestore) e la signora Federica (cameriera), ottimi cibi con particolare sottolineatura al Fritto Toscano cucinato dalla chef signora Monica ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

18/11/2024: Per il pranzo era stato concordato un menu fisso pertanto posso dare il mio parere sui piatti proposti. Location veramente bella con una veranda che ha una vista spettacolare sulla Valdinievole. Vino buono, primi piatti (tortelli e pappardelle ottimi) tortino di cavolo nero (si dovrebbero usare solo le foglie) e polenta e cinghiale ( durotto) abbassano il giudizio.
