25/03/2024: To say that it is recommended is absolutely an understatement! Warm and welcoming environment, with attentive but not rigid service.
Delicious cuisine characterized by a wide range of dishes, all united by artisanal production and respect for the excellent raw materials. The wine list entertained us with a very interesting selection of "natural" wines that are difficult to find in the Bolgheri area. Thanks to Jonata, Antonio and all the staff for a wonderful evening!

07/04/2024: La Persiana is a particular trattoria located on the quay under the road. Suggestive, the place is small but very well kept. The staff is kind. The dishes are very original, well made, special mention for the tagliolini with squid ink on a bed of stracciatella with red prawn and chopped pistachios, truly delicious. Everything I tasted was very good. Average price high but adequate for the quality of the dishes.

25/03/2024: Careful, this is NOT the same place it used to be. The Owners changed in spring 2023 and since then it turned really, awful.
Very sad, it used to be one of the best places to go to Dinner in Capoliveri. I went there in the summer to give the new Owners a chance, the food and especially the service was a huge let-down. Do not recommend, avoid this place.
18/02/2024: It was an excellent experience from a social point of view, we managed to meet practically all the people who ate at the restaurant that evening. The tables are very close to each other so they do not offer any kind of privacy. The food is not top quality, in fact for what you pay it should be of high quality, instead nothing special, it is sold by the service as starred portions while they don't even get to be mediocre. I recommend going there for the friendliness but never mind the service and food.

27/04/2024: Excellent restaurant. All the dishes ordered were delicious and served with great patience and kindness. The service is fast and the dishes are home-cooked.
They even offer gluten-free pasta and bread at no extra charge. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
16/12/2023: Mi sono recato ancora all'isola d'Elba mia meta preferita la prima settimana di ottobre 2023 e devo dire come sempre sono stato ancora fortunato.Tempo bellissimo spiaggia delle Ghiaie favolose come sempre. Ad aspettarmi.... il Teatro bistro wine bar per le mie cene.Tutto molto bello ma soprattutto...buonissimo....Cenavo sempre in piazzetta.Ogni sera un menù diverso.Vino rigorosamente bianco.Antonio sempre perfetto e lo staff sempre sul " pezzo"....Estate 2024.....Lo consiglio a tutti Voi.Alberto Panerai.Genova.

09/03/2024: Sono andata a cena con due amiche/colleghe per la festa della donna, come sempre tutto perfetto. Posto accogliente, atmosfera rilassante, personale gentile e attento. Pizza buonissima.
A fine pasto anche un limoncino offerto dal proprietario Ivano! Serata perfetta!!

10/01/2024: Excellent cuisine, especially fish.
The mixed starter, all the first courses and red snapper (or the catch recommended by the chef) baked with vegetables are recommended. A delicious hot focaccia is usually served along with the dishes. Dessert? trifle all my life.
In the eastern Elba area it is top.

The fresh fish, I didn't like the combinations with the sauces, the person who served us didn't seem very knowledgeable, a little hasty in explaining the dishes, guests need to be pampered.
Terrible quantity/price ratio.

04/04/2024: Urchin pasta, taste only pepper or something. It was Just “spicy”. No taste of urchin… I think they mistakenly put pepper instead of salt???the other pastas were good.
14/03/2024: Excellent quality of fish. Various starters and all really good. As a first course, I recommend the linguine with sea urchin, an exceptional dish.
