27/07/2025: We spent three nights at Baglio Oneto, which we will always remember. I proposed to my girlfriend during this time, and the entire team did everything before and during our arrival to make this day and our stay extra special. Many thanks again to the entire team. This historic hotel is in an idyllic and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was particularly varied, and the dinner was excellent. We would love to come back. 23/07/2025: Beautiful property, chic rooms, roll cleaning staff is the best, great service. The pool is breathtaking with a view. The food is awesome. I couldn’t recommend more.

07/10/2025: A stop in Mazara for my wife's prawns... and what a discovery! Taverna di Mare was a perfect choice. I discovered the "mature" fish, aged like the meat: a true delight, tender and refined like nothing I'd ever tasted before. We tried shrimp tartare, bruschetta with shrimp roe, tuna matured with ginger and garlic, and the irresistible "Bumma" spaghetti: carefully prepared, tasty, and original dishes. A welcoming place, extremely friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Mazara del Vallo is a clean and surprisingly beautiful city. Highly recommended, a must-see for anyone who loves good seafood! 🐟✨

01/10/2025: We go to Erice repeatedly and we always look forward to this bar!! There is a very nice and cheerful service, delicious almond cookies or typical Linz dough cookies filled with various creams, the best is with ricotta - sheep's milk cheese. On one side of the bar there are sweet treats, on the other side there are savory snacks - pasta, pizza, arancine, focaccia, ..... pleasant sitting outside with amazing views with a coffee or good wine.

04/10/2025: Amazing Location! We were there in the evening for some drinks and it was lovely. There was also live music. Would you tell me the name of the band that was playing on 2nd october? My future fiancé and I would love them to play at our marriage!

04/10/2025: Let's be honest, the staff was friendly but we got to have our worst dinner in Sicily there. There was, amongst others, this weird octopus marinated in half butter half soja sauce (I guess a lost attempt at making it "umami") served with super cold side and a traditional couscous which was rougly about pourring the whole package of couscous in the plate and not much more else (other than a pour-it-yourself fish soup, I'm sure my teen would do this meal when they're alone at home). Usually there's some music, maybe it's best to drink and avoid food?

15/09/2025: These are the places worth preserving: authentic home cooking, quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The Stigghiole are highly recommended; they're simply delicious. Excellent value for money. 🔝 Well done! Recommended.

06/10/2025: We were impressed by a video on YouTube...but weren't that impressed 😞 The pizza looks good, is crispy, but unfortunately, it's incredibly salty!!!!! And that wasn't because of the anchovies! Glasses are also in short supply; they only have plastic cups!

Service efficient, food good, unfortunately we discovered this eatery on our last day otherwise we would have returned. A really nice young guy took the time to explain the procedure for making Marsala. Thank you 😁

26/09/2025: It was a pleasant surprise: we'd passed by several times and, thinking the crepes were only sweet, never stopped. We made a big mistake: spectacular! We ate the savory ones with great pleasure. We recommend stopping and waiting; it's definitely worth it.

17/10/2025: The quality of the fish is excellent, and the fixed menu is based on the catch of the day: five courses with water, wine, coffee, and a digestif, plus Sicilian cannoli for dessert. It's important to note that there are no first courses and the only side is a mixed salad with oranges. The fish is grilled or fried. A slightly different but enjoyable experience, and the €30 price is fair for what you get.

20/09/2025: Where do I begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We haven't even gotten our food yet.) Two full moons had already passed before we finally got a menu. The slick-faced waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order ANY wine. When we finally got a menu and were shocked to discover that there were no meat-free dishes, I decided, with a heavy conscience, to order two side dishes (again, with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've been waiting for my two side dishes for 45 minutes now 🤘 The rest is up in the air. PS: The food arrived after we'd already made our way to the restroom a few times, which was nicer than the ambiance in the entire restaurant. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never actually made its way out of the kitchen!! The burger was okay. My plea to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, I would advise against visiting this place. Otherwise, it's fine. But the city is beautiful, and there are plenty of other good restaurants 😉
