16/05/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant attracted by the positive reviews we read, which turned out to be true. Fresh and quality raw fish, abundant first courses with a tasty sauce (pasta cooked on the spot). Normal waiting times, impeccable service (we thank Fabio the waiter for his teachings on the noble part of the shrimp and for his advice on the area, as well as for having provided us with the necessary tools to remove a sauce stain on the white shirt :-)). Useful note: 30% discount until May 31st… it's worth it!!

10/05/2025: Super welcoming place, excellent food and the waiter (Fabio) and the owner (Bartolomeo Marmorio) were very helpful and helped us with the choices of both food and wine, all very good! Excellent experience, highly recommended!

03/05/2025: I took the Trapani couscous: a real delight. Very interesting ricotta ravioli in fish soup, shame about the tiramisu being a little too liquid, but this was also good

17/03/2025: Seguendo le recensioni positive , abbiamo prenotato la cena in questo ristorante ,e non possiamo far altro che confermare l'ottima impressione . Cena con amici, soddisfattissimi, la cameriera gentilissima e professionale , il titolare affabile ottimo host ci ha consigliato pietanze, ci ha dato dritte di pasticcerie favolose in centro a Trapani. Cous cous di pesce superlativo , antipasto misto pesce sfizioso, vario e molto invitante , grigliata di calamari e polipo da 10 , e per concludere cheese cake scomposto della cuoca , una vera delizia per il palato , si è sciolto in bocca ed è finito troppo velocemente . Non ultimo , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consigliamo a tutti !

18/05/2025: About a week ago, we had lunch here and it was overall our best and most memorable meal in Valderice. The restaurant is centrally located along the main street and offers a very well-curated menu of West Sicilian specialities and general Italian classics. We had a mix of meat and fish dishes, including the fish couscous, which was one of our highlights, and the almond parfait for dessert, which was the other. We were served by two very friendly and forthcoming hosts (not sure if it was the owners but may well have been). Especially the older waiter was charismatic and charming, joking around with the other guests and us, and making us feel welcome. The waitress was also very accommodating and friendly, speaking English well and catering excellently for our culinary needs .

23/05/2025: Friendly and welcoming pizza restaurant in Valderice! We had dinner here on a weekday evening and really enjoyed the food. The pizzas are freshly made and with quality ingredients. The menu includes quite a few local and unusual toppings, many with fish or seafood. I went for the salmon and breadcrumbs pizza and didn’t regret my choice. It was nicely balanced, maybe a tiny bit too heavy and light on the tomatoes; but still very good and memorable. The service is fast and professional. The atmosphere for dining in is down-to-earth and unassuming but the pictures on the wall about Valderice in the past add a nice touch. The prices are very fair.

12/05/2025: Extremely good pizza. Fast service. We found a place in the little house on the forecourt. We can recommend it.

30/05/2025: I am infinitely grateful to the owner of the house where we stayed for having shown us this restaurant behind Porta Garibaldi. The place is welcoming and has a sense of hospitality, the entree of panelle prepares you for an exceptional culinary experience. For two we had a trio of exquisite arancini with squid ink and a tuna tartare that my husband said was divine. For second courses we ordered tuna kebab in piadina, wakame seaweed, a mixed fry (where the frying was imperceptible so delicate it was) and grilled vegetables. We accompanied everything with a kiké from the Fine cellars and to finish we had a deconstructed cannoli that immersed you in the typical flavors of the place. To finish we were offered an excellent Marsala if we were to return to Marsala it will certainly be a destination for a dinner based on fresh fish. I apologize only if my little one was a little lively

19/05/2025: Compared to the cuisine in Morocco, the restaurant is average touristy. Long wait for cold appetizers, which they eventually bring with the main course. You don't get homemade Arabic bread with your meal, but old, dry bread like from the supermarket.

13/05/2025: We had lunch and then smoked a shisha here. Lunch was delicious, a true blend of Italian cuisine with Arabic influences! The owners are very friendly. And it's the only place in town to smoke a shisha, I recommend it!

07/06/2025: We had dinner in this place several days in a row and we were always satisfied with food, service and hospitality. Menu is offering various options, good house wines as well as bottled options. It is suitable for dining with children. This restsurant offers fresh fish, catch of the day. Best recommendation for this restaurant!

02/06/2025: On the advice of the hotel where we stayed, we chose La Maidda for our dinner and the decision was never more appropriate. My partner and I, after seeing the generous portions, decided to share an appetizer (fried cappuccetti), a first course (busiate with red Mazara prawns, cherry tomatoes and chopped pistachios) and a second course (grilled tuna accompanied by Sicilian salad with tomato, olives, anchovies and onion)...all accompanied by half a liter of house wine. I swear that we finished everything on the plates not because we were hungry but because they were so good that it would have been a real shame. Dry fried food, really well-seasoned pasta, very fresh tuna... we didn't try dessert because we were really full. I highly recommend it!

02/06/2025: Pizzeria Stefy merita assolutamente una cena. Pizza davvero molto buona, prezzi ottimi e poi c è la signora Giusi: Esperienza da vendere e simpatia unica! Lo staff è eccezionale. Posizione centrale. Consigliatissimo

29/05/2025: Ho piaciuto molto! The atmosphere was great, and so was the service. Pizza, bruschetta and fries are very much recommended! T’was delicious. Special mention for il cane Luce and their owners!

07/05/2025: The ice cream is mediocre at best, but only compared to regular supermarket ice cream standards. In terms of gelato, it's horrible: lots of sugar, without that creamy texture you'd expect. In the restrooms, soap was not available. I checked both women and men, so it wasn't an accident, just indifference and that type of attitude you see in many places with a highly touristic location. I don't recommend if you're looking for authentic gelato.

26/05/2025: I only say compliments because they don't deserve anything else. We arrived at this restaurant by chance as it is close to the B&B where we are staying. Taking a look at the open restaurants the photos captured us and we were not wrong. Pepita appetizer to fly away, tuna steak with almonds and couscous prepared with raw materials of excellent quality. Fair prices and above all money well spent. Nice place and friendly staff.

21/05/2025: It is worth trying the couscous with seafood and fish - this dish is supposedly from Trapani. The second is the pasta Busiate al pesto Trapanese. Everything is very tasty. Friendly service.

01/06/2025: Flawless from start to finish. The venue is elegant, the cuisine is refined and flavorful, and the welcome is impeccable. You can feel that every detail has been carefully considered, both in the food and the ambiance. Life is magnificent. Special mention goes to the fish antipasti, a delight. An excellent address that we highly recommend.

13/05/2025: A lunch for two. Restaurant located a few minutes from the Paceco-Trapani salt mines. Well-kept interiors. We tried the tasting of appetizers, excellent for two people, as well as being abundant there is the quality of the products; a well-balanced combination of raw materials. You immediately notice the passion in cooking each individual dish. The first courses were very good; both spaghetti with squid ink with shrimp tartare, and the pacchero alla Lampedusana (SUPER) ordered on the advice of the young and professional (Chiara); Attentive service and in the right times. We will definitely return to try other dishes and to say hello to Nemo in the aquarium 😜 5 well-deserved stars. Ps: the bread with squid ink and fennel Exceptional.

02/05/2025: Excellent food, fair price and courtesy. It's a shame that we're leaving tomorrow otherwise, in addition to today's lunch and dinner, I would have come back tomorrow too!

07/06/2025: The place is very nice, a little away from the pandemonium of the center of Trapani (perfect). The food was excellent and the girl who served us at the table was kind. The only flaw was the wait for the dishes seemed a little excessive to me, but it was worth it
