17/06/2025: Discovered by chance, 100 meters from the structure where we are staying. Genuine food and kindness, both from the managers and from the neighboring diners at the table, locals, who gave us good advice and courtesy. There were four of us, we had busiate with pesto trapanese and alla norcina, a mega one kilo steak of scotto a (which we shared) and a mixed salad, for dessert cassatelle, drinks, water, bitter offered by the manager, all very good, 80 euros in total. We will be back!

15/06/2025: Very tasty food, the pasta was divine, as was the bruschetta. The cannolo was the best we ate in all of Sicily. The prices are very affordable so it is a restaurant not to be missed, 5 stars!

19/06/2025: Locale semplice e servizio perfetto. Il cibo una garanzia! Abbiamo privato vari piatti: caponata, pasta con le sarde, matriciana di tonno, pasta al ragu di polpo, ...tutto buonissimo. Forse suggeirei meno aglio nel pesto alla trapanese ma solo per quieto vivere postcena 🤣

23/05/2025: La Caupona Taverna di Sicilia” è una piccola osteria che racchiude tutto il calore, la passione e l’autenticità della tradizione trapanese. La location è centralissima, perfetta per una sosta dopo una passeggiata tra le bellezze storiche della città, e già varcando la soglia si percepisce l’atmosfera intima e accogliente del locale. La cucina è affidata alla talentuosa Chef Rosi, che propone piatti della tradizione siciliana eseguiti con grande cura e passione. Il pesce è freschissimo, selezionato ogni giorno, e ogni piatto riflette una profonda conoscenza del territorio e delle sue eccellenze. Dai classici cous cous di pesce agli antipasti di mare, ogni portata è un piccolo capolavoro. Un altro punto di forza è l’eccellente selezione di vini locali, curata con attenzione per valorizzare al meglio ogni sapore. In sala, Claudio è una vera guida: con competenza e cortesia descrive ogni piatto con passione e propone abbinamenti enologici impeccabili, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più coinvolgente. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sorprendente: qualità altissima, servizio impeccabile e prezzi onesti, una combinazione sempre più rara. Un indirizzo da non perdere per chi cerca un’autentica esperienza gastronomica siciliana, in un ambiente semplice ma pieno di anima. Consigliatissimo!

23/05/2025: Friendly and welcoming pizza restaurant in Valderice! We had dinner here on a weekday evening and really enjoyed the food. The pizzas are freshly made and with quality ingredients. The menu includes quite a few local and unusual toppings, many with fish or seafood. I went for the salmon and breadcrumbs pizza and didn’t regret my choice. It was nicely balanced, maybe a tiny bit too heavy and light on the tomatoes; but still very good and memorable. The service is fast and professional. The atmosphere for dining in is down-to-earth and unassuming but the pictures on the wall about Valderice in the past add a nice touch. The prices are very fair.

12/05/2025: Extremely good pizza. Fast service. We found a place in the little house on the forecourt. We can recommend it.

20/06/2025: An experience that was nothing short of scandalous. We had lunch here with a group of colleagues, 11 people in total, with the intention of having a quick lunch. What was supposed to be a simple meal turned into a real bloodbath. Only one course was ordered per person, accompanied by just two bottles of wine to be shared between everyone and two cold cuts appetizers. The final bill? A whopping 300 euros. A figure that was completely disproportionate to what we received. Only one dish for each of us, of a meager quantity and not even particularly memorable. The quality-price ratio is non-existent and, frankly, offensive. This is not catering, but an elegant way to rob customers. An experience that to call disappointing is an understatement: it was irritating and embarrassing. I strongly advise against this place to anyone who respects their money. I will never set foot in there again.

18/06/2025: Found it by chance, we drove past it. It was a pleasant surprise. Excellent food, service too. And Maria super professional and very kind.

29/06/2025: We are at the restaurant and it was amazing, buonissimo. Everyone was very friendly, spoke many languages, made good recommendations, and explained all the food to us, etc but the cous cous was incredible. The best. So flavorful. We had the Royal cous cous and the fish cous cous. Unbelievable. Highly recommend eating here if you're anywhere near San Vito.

17/06/2025: This evening the hotel where I'm staying recommended this restaurant to me, guys, I can only tell you that it's a culinary experience between Sicilian and Tunisian food, it's something perfect. We had octopus with potato hummus as an appetizer, absolutely divine with a melting consistency like lindor, even my one and a half year old daughter liked it a lot, in addition we had a Tunisian brik, fried wafer with capers, tuna, cheese, potatoes and egg, the obligatory mopping up of the bread, then fish couscous, I took the complete one with vegetables, then served with fish broth, on the side, a mix of flavors never tasted before, and to finish the dessert we had a Tunisian brik, out of this world cassata without orange icing and Anna's mother's cassata.... Guys, highly recommended if you don't want to go to a typical restaurant but have a taste experience

22/06/2025: Last night we were in this typical Arab/Trapani place. We were welcomed very well, CUS CUS both meat and fish, really good and tasty, abundant and excellent prices. The tuna brick was also good. And what about the wine? Tasty 💯 at the end of the meal they also offered us some typical sweets with dates and sesame. I recommend going and trying it to believe it 💯😊

19/06/2025: Stopped in for dinner to try Tunisian food. Food was delicious with generous portions and exceptionally friendly staff. If you’re looking for something different, then fish pasta, and pizza I recommend.

14/06/2025: A great family restaurant with nice atmosphere. Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we weren’t disappointed Fresh bread, delicious grilled vegetables and excellent pasta alla Trapanese. We had lunch one day and returned the next for dinner. Will visit on any return trip to Marsala!

12/06/2025: Nos dieron tres sugerencias para el almuerzo por el conserje de nuestro hotel en el centro histórico de Marsala. Elegimos La Marinara y lo deliciosa que fue la elección. El restaurante es de propiedad familiar y se puede sentir ese toque extra. Tenía necesidades específicas para mi comida como vegano y Salvo era muy servicial. Tuvimos una botella de vino blanco, deliciosa pasta al pesto Trapanesi con almendras y tomates. Al final nos ofrecieron una copa de vino Marsala que era excelente. Los propietarios eran tan agradables y la experiencia tan agradable que volvimos a la noche siguiente para la cena. De nuevo, Salvo creó un plato especial para mí. Esta vez conocimos a la madre y al padre. Excelente comida, gran servicio y ubicación. ¡Regresaremos en un viaje futuro!

30/06/2025: The pizzas at Pizzeria Stefy impress with their exceptional flavor and creative variations. The unusual combinations and the quality of the fresh ingredients are particularly noteworthy. The crust is crispy, cooked to perfection, and the toppings are very well-balanced. The Margherita has a surprisingly intense flavor—a real highlight despite its simplicity. The Napoli was also excellent: aromatic, robust, and with high-quality toppings. Those who value authentic, well-crafted pizza will not be disappointed here. Overall: incredibly delicious, creative, and top-quality.

23/06/2025: We had lunch and dinner yesterday at this restaurant for my birthday and everything was impeccable, from the quality of the food to the impeccable and fast service, to the welcome... truly an excellent place, I have rarely eaten so well! We tried both the 1995 couscous (very abundant and cheap compared to other restaurants) and the fish omelette and the grilled fish, also the tiramisu, the cassatelle and the caramel parfait. Everything was extremely good! If we pass by the area again, we will definitely come back to visit you! It is worth going there!
