08/12/2025: I had a wonderful experience at L’Incantu. The amuse-bouche were surprising in the best way—an excellent mix of flavors that set the tone for the evening. The view over the tower of Cathedral of St. Anthony from Castelsardo is absolutely stunning and adds so much to the atmosphere. The service was professional and attentive, and every dish was exquisitely prepared. A memorable culinary experience—I would gladly return!

24/11/2025: If you’re nearby this is definitely a must. Views are spectacular, food is amazing, I tried raw fish for the first time here and it was delicious. The pasta was AMAZING. Highly recommend going around sunset time! It is quite expensive so definitely a treat

04/10/2025: I had dinner here my last night in the island and it was excellent. I have the feeling I wasted all the other nights in other touristic places. This place is very local, food typical from sardinia, very nicely cooked, perfect place.

02/10/2025: A very pretty location surrounded by greenery, excellent food, friendly waiters, explaining all the dishes, offering wine recommendations, etc. I would have given it 5 stars for the wonderful experience if it weren't for the fact that, once all the other tables had left, they turned off the music and some of the lights (we still had to finish our wine) when we were alone. I would have understood if it had been late, but it was 9:45 pm, and the waitress was kind enough to invite us to finish slowly. We didn't like this, especially since the set menu included coffee and a digestif, which we weren't asked for. We didn't ask because they were literally closing the restaurant and we didn't think it was appropriate.

23/12/2025: Very nice and intimate restaurant. We had a delicious, fresh raw appetizer, not to mention the tuna tartare! Fast and attentive service, we had a great time. We'll definitely be back!

16/12/2025: A truly excellent lunch! Fast service, Mrs. Graziella in the dining room welcomed us very kindly. We ordered two tasting menus, with delicious appetizers and a paella for two with very generous portions, incredibly good, we immediately complimented each other! We are very satisfied. Furthermore, I was finally able to eat lactose-free desserts! A wonderful surprise, finally a restaurant that works for everyone! Needless to say, these were also excellent and with a wide selection, including crema catalana and tiramisu. We will definitely be back! And we will recommend it with our eyes closed! 08/01/2026: It was a true pleasure to discover these two treasures of Sardinian cuisine, an experience that left me speechless. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the tuna; a truly extraordinary raw material, cooked with rare mastery that preserved its incredible softness, making it almost velvety on the palate. I had never tasted such tender and perfectly cooked tuna, a sensational dish that does justice to the island's great seafood tradition. The culurgiones, carefully presented, were also delicious and bursting with that authentic flavor that only Sardinia can provide. Sincere praise goes to the chef for the outstanding quality of the cuisine and to the entire staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. My compliments for their passion and professionalism. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: A truly delightful evening, thanks to the warm welcome and superb food: seven of us dined (including three children), and the overall management was impeccable. We received very professional advice, so we chose hot and cold appetizers (AMAZING!), some first courses (refined in their simplicity), and very fresh and beautifully presented second courses. All this was accompanied by the utmost kindness and helpfulness, aspects not to be underestimated; the finale was also very pleasant, with traditional sweets and liqueurs. I highly recommend this place because, in my opinion, it's worth it: the food, service, and quality are five-star!

12/01/2026: Lu Furat is nestled among Alghero's old stone walls, as if the restaurant has grown out of history itself. When you sit down, you are surrounded by a soft murmur, candlelight and the scent of freshly baked pizza and garlic that slowly fills the air. It is warm, intimate and completely stress-free. The food is rustic and self-evident. The pizza has the perfect balance between crispy bottom and soft middle, the pasta is generous and full of flavor, and each dish feels prepared with respect for tradition rather than trends. A glass of wine in your hand, stones under your feet and time that suddenly doesn't matter. You stay here for a long time. Talking a little quieter, laughing a little more, letting the evening take shape. Lu Furat is not just a restaurant – it is part of the soul of Alghero, where food, history and presence merge into something you take home with you.

21/12/2025: Today, on a trip to Alghero, I happened upon Lu Furat, which the owner told me means "the hole." It's not a hole, and they made me a fantastic seafood pizza. The waitresses were very kind. Thank you for the excellent service. Happy Holidays!

The menu indicates which fish is locally available fresh and which is prepared frozen seasonally, providing good transparency. The two servers were very friendly, relaxed, and prompt. For good food in Castelsardo, we can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
