21/11/2024: Colleghi del luogo mi hanno descritto questo ristorante come uno dei migliori di Sassari e l'aspettativa non è andata delusa: abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco, tutti di qualità elevata, e poi una portata principale a testa. Io ho optato per i calamari alla griglia, che mi hanno sorpreso per la loro delicatezza. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino sardo. Quando ho pagato il conto mi attendevo di spendere di più.

18/08/2024: L’Incantu resta sempre il ristorante migliore della zona. Pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo elegante e particolare, assortimento di vini veramente spaziale. Il MAITRE E SOMMELIER VINCENZO e’ una persona splendida, umile, PREPARATISSIMA. Riesce a creare un rapporto di altissimo livello con i clienti, accompagnandoli per tutta la cena con simpatia, tanta umiltà e prepazione rara. Tutto meritatissimo, esperienza magica .

17/08/2024: Servizio e soprattutto qualità del cibo scadenti considerati i prezzi del menu: ad esempio, la prima cacio e pepe “rivisita” con seppioline croccanti al profumo di mare aveva la consistenza simile alla gomma. Le seconde cacio e pepe rivisitate invece sapevano soltanto di lime e panna (uno scempio per la cucina italiana). La fregola, piatto sardo locale, conteneva soltanto 2 teste di scampi e il sapore era piuttosto sgradevole. Il fritto misto di mare, vorrei esimermi dal commentare, ma proprio non ci riesco, estremamente unto e gommoso (è stato rimandato in cucina). Le aspettative per questo ristornate erano alte, ciò non toglie che il cibo non fosse adeguato. I crudi di pesce come antipasto erano soddisfacenti, come l’aperitivo in terrezza e la vista. Va comunque precisato che dopo aver parlato con i titolari il conto è stato giustamente rivisto. Detto questo, mai più.

24/10/2024: Il Cormorano had been the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sardinia. I arrived a bit earlier than their opening hours but was welcomed in by and was given some bread for the wait. I had the beef filet which was great. Great quality of meat. Followed by their coconut and chocolate dessert. Everything was just delicious. The service was excellent. Super welcoming, friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!

03/12/2024: Se vuoi andare sul sicuro devi sicuramente andare in questa trattoria nel centro storico di Alghero. Ottimi i primi piatti e gli antipasti di pesce,io non posso rinunciare alla frittura di paranza, a mio parere la migliore ad Alghero. Oltre la cucina ci tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza del personale in particolar modo di Paola ed Enrico pronti ad ascoltarti e a soddisfare le tue esigenze

29/08/2024: Magnificent location, nice environment and really good dishes. Unfortunately the service is not up to the expense; beyond the fact of making a 10 month old baby pay €3 cover charge, we found a stone in a €20 plate of fregola (Not sand, a stone). I'm not saying not to charge him, but at least a discount or a glass offered would have been a nice gesture considering that the place offers luxury dishes (and prices). If I pay for a certain level of service I expect the customer care to also be of a certain level.

11/11/2024: Everything sublime! We had dinner in this restaurant on 2 evenings in October on the occasion of our honeymoon. We tasted really tasty, tasty, well-prepared dishes and above all of the true Sardinian tradition! Highly recommended: Fregola with seafood (here they offer it in a "fresh pasta" version and believe me, it's a real delight!), Swordfish parmigiana, Octopus and mussels in all versions, Mixed fried food and obviously, the dessert par excellence. .. the seadas! Friendly, helpful and very friendly staff! Excellent quality/price ratio. Super recommended!!

27/08/2024: They took us up to a wonderful terrace where we were able to see the sunset and the castle. The pizzas were a good size and tasted great. We would return without hesitation.

24/08/2024: I recently dined at Bar Roma and the experience was excellent. The menu offers delicious and well-prepared dishes. A special mention goes to Massi, our waiter, who made the evening even more pleasant with his professionalism and attention towards us.

03/09/2024: We stayed in this farmhouse for 8 days, it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Piera who was infinitely kind, she explained everything to us and immediately made us feel at home, while for dinners we were looked after by Greta who also immediately showed us great kindness and competence in her work . The facility is very beautiful, the pool was cleaned regularly and very early so that it was perfect for the opening time, the view is beautiful. It's the right place if you want to eat well, healthy and relax away from the noise. Very beautiful energies. It is also an excellent starting point for beautiful beaches. Thanks again for everything ❤️

03/09/2024: Le cadre est incroyable entre terre et mer, c’est un super domaine autant pour les couples que les familles ! Nous y avons manger le temps d’un repas sarde. Les traditions étaient au RDV avec le goût et les vins sardes ! Le personnel a même pris la peine d’essayer de parler français. On conseille très fortement !

03/09/2024: It's absolutely amazing! I have celiac disease and I ate both the fish first courses and the gluten-free pizza. A spectacle! It's my favorite place in Alghero!

01/09/2024: Dinner was very good. Good pizza and pasta. Deserts were okay but we’ve had nicer and were more expensive than other places. Soft drinks like coke, Fanta and sprite served in bottles which a cool experience. Lovely setting though but make sure you book beforehand if you’re coming for dinner !
