05/01/2025: Location in stile con il bellissimo centro storico di Tempio. Piatti buonissimi, personale gentile e accogliente. Un plauso per la rara capacità di scrivere nei menù "seada" al singolare, nel rispetto della lingua sarda.

25/12/2024: Locale nel cuore della cittadina, piccolo,accogliente ed intimo.Ottima materia prima, piatti ben eseguiti e ben presentati.Staff molto preparato,professionale e simpatico. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo.

18/12/2024: Very nice, family-run restaurant, very courteous but slightly inattentive service: we sometimes had to make requests several times. To compensate, they are well prepared to recommend and choose wines, available on a large and varied list. The dishes were all very good, well presented and beautiful to look at, but the portions were really too small. The desserts that were served appeared beautiful and good. Account appropriate to the quality of what was served. If in the area it is certainly worth a stop.

13/01/2025: We had been meaning to visit L'Agnata di De Andrè for some time, the occasion was Martina's birthday and as a gift I booked the Dori's room... the winter did not give us a splendid but rainy day... despite this we were warmly welcomed by the staff... who hosted us before the check in scheduled after 3.00 pm, we had lunch and then, despite the rain, we took a tour of the garden... even under the water yes can perceive the care and passion that they go into detail... even in the evening after an excellent dinner based on typical Gallura cuisine, we went out into the garden where the play of lights was accompanied by the soft music of the poet Fabrizio...this alchemy allowed me to experience those sensations, imagine Him in certain corners, with his cigarette, his glass of wine, his notebook, immersed in the noise of the stream, of the wild animals or the simple rustling of the forest, writing or imagining the future of this place... The next morning, before leaving, when the sun came out, we were able to appreciate the winter garden in all its beauty ( let alone in spring, summer or Autumn )... Thanks to Dori and the De Andre family, who over the years have carried Fabrizio's dream forward, so that we can experience it with his eyes... Thanks to the Staff for everything

07/01/2025: L'agnata è un assegno circolare, non corri nessun rischio, più soggiorni e più ti rendi conto che sei nel posto giusto. A partire dalla cordialità della gestione, le camere accoglienti e pulite con tutti i confort e non quelli inutili. L'intero complesso è avvolto da un verde e una fitta vegetazione, con un ruscello spettacolare e un piccolo laghetto nel verde imperante. Relax, silenzio e contatto con la natura sono la forza del complesso. Nota speciale alla cucina, e al servizio, certamente sempre gradevole e discreto, accompagnato da piatti particolari e nostrani, senza esperimenti o nouvelle cuisine. Direi più che promosso il cuoco. Che aggiungere ? E una conferma, se la consigli non sbagli, non fai figuracce. L' Agnata si presenta nel suo splendore di sempre, ma stà anche ai viaggiatori comprenderla e apprezzarla.
