30/06/2025: This is absolutely our favorite place, it's like being at home, especially at grandma's house, given the abundance of dishes and the quality of what you eat! Everything is really excellent ❤️ If you've never been you absolutely have to try it. I recommend you arrive very hungry 😅 Friendly staff and the owner explains in detail what he offers you. 13/07/2025: Amazing lunch! I was already impressed by the description of the dishes and the friendliness of Claudio, the owner, over the phone when I booked. We arrived and opted for the tasting menus. Everything, from start to finish, was excellent and plentiful. Beautifully presented, we had the opportunity to sample many local specialties. I thank Claudio and Beatrice for allowing us to try exquisite Sardinian dishes. This is a place worth keeping in mind and definitely returning.

10/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria La Pineta is located in Arzana at Vico 1, Via Don Orione 4. The restaurant, which opened in 1977, has retained its original style. The historic photographs displayed throughout the restaurant are also beautiful. For lunch, we enjoyed the typical Ogliastra cuisine, including culurgiones (a type of pasta), orrubioloso (a type of pasta), and the fantastic roast meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly; don't expect a fancy restaurant, but this makes up for the genuine hospitality and informality of the place. A truly authentic place where you can savor the flavors of Sardinia. The view from the parking lot, overlooking the coast, is beautiful. Even though it was a fairly hot day, the cool air from the pine forest stretching along the mountainside added to the atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars.

18/07/2025: First time here. Spectacular! We ate wonderfully and had a great chat with Angelo, a wonderful person. The grilled fish was exceptional, as were the malloreddus and culurgiones (forgive me if I spelled them wrong). Everything was delicious! Congratulations!

11/07/2025: Excellent restaurant: traditional dishes, strictly handmade. The culurgiones and sebadas are top-notch! Excellent service. The owner, Anna (a superb cook), and the waiter, who continues the family's historic business, were very kind. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Anna came out of the kitchen, carrying the pasta and filling, and showed us how to close the culurgiones. We'll treasure them and return!

29/06/2025: It was recommended by our hotel. Well deserved! The food and service were excellent. And the air conditioning inside is very pleasant when the outside temperature is 35°C. It's worth it.

22/06/2025: For the second consecutive year, we have gone to dinner here several times. Antonello and Andrea make you feel like you are part of the family, they pamper you, and fill you with attention. The quality of the food is excellent, and there is a great variety of top-quality products. The pizza is also excellent.

03/07/2025: It was a fantastic vacation! We felt at home from the very first minute in this incredibly lovingly run and very beautiful hotel. It has a (albeit) small but lovely infinity pool in a wonderfully maintained complex and is located in a quiet bay (loungers and umbrellas by the pool and also by the sea – except for the front row – are included in the price). The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is very good. There are several restaurants (I would especially like to highlight the "Ristorante Aquolina") and an ice cream shop within a few minutes' walk. We also treated ourselves to a massage in the new spa with a sea view; I can highly recommend it. Our vacation in Sardinia at the Hotel La Bitta was one of the most beautiful; we would love to come back ♥️!!!!

14/07/2025: A very good and beautiful restaurant with delicious food. The menu is varied but not too extensive. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were dining with someone who has celiac disease, and the waitress was immediately aware of the situation and suggested alternatives. Gluten-free pasta and a few other dishes are available. Pizza isn't available in gluten-free versions, but that's not a problem. We had a lovely evening with very good food.

27/06/2025: Very good and plentiful food, exquisite pork. Attentive and precise service. Beautiful location, very unique. Be wary of negative reviews, it's worth going there. When we return to the area we will stop by here again

17/05/2025: I booked a table for 15 people at the last minute. Despite the very short notice I have to say that they far exceeded expectations. Excellent food, super quality and excellent and courteous service. Very fresh products, land and sea menus truly abundant. SUPER GLUTEN FREE OPTION. Thanks Cristina

15/05/2025: After all the restaurants I've tried in Ogliastra, for me the best is Sa Mola, Gianni is unbeatable.

06/06/2025: We visited twice, once for breakfast (cappuccino and croissant with vanilla cream) and once for dinner (a kind of boiled beef with potatoes and grilled vegetables and Sardinian ravioli). Breakfast: Excellent, and we'll definitely come back for breakfast :) The service was also great! Dinner: Everything tasted perfect, but everything was lukewarm, and the oven-baked potatoes were certainly not freshly prepared, as they were still cold inside and lukewarm on the outside. The grilled vegetables were initially forgotten but then served very quickly upon our request, and they were also only lukewarm – as were the meat and the ravioli – perhaps these dishes are eaten lukewarm (?). Evening service: The waitress was very attentive, and we tried to speak Italian, but somehow I don't think our waitress spoke any Italian (?-maybe Spanish?). I wanted to order a lemonade, but she said they didn't serve any (a restaurant without Lemon Soda or Fanta?) – well, there are worse things :) The ambiance is, of course, unbeatable. Beware of the many mosquitoes/gnats in the evening – wear long clothing :)

29/05/2025: We had a very, very good meal, the ambiance was wonderful, and the service was very friendly and patient with our language barrier. A uniquely beautiful place, just like the people there.

21/07/2025: We were here for two evenings. Without a reservation, but both times they found us a table :) Friendly service and waiters quite attentive, responsive. The food was good, everything we had. The waiting time was acceptable. Prices have gone up everywhere, so I guess they are what they are - neither cheap nor very expensive.

16/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale tanto suggerito ma non è stata una bella esperienza. Non hanno l’aria condizionata e fino all’imbrunire si cena con le vespe. Fin qui è solo questione di servizio ma poi arriva il cibo. Il tonno talmente ossidato da essere marrone e il polipo duro su un letto di purè salato. Il cameriere che ha ritirato un piatto di tonno praticamente non consumato e uno di polipo appena assaggiato non si è degnato nemmeno di chiedere “come mai”. Non ci torneremo nemmeno se la cena venisse offerta

30/06/2025: Delicious restaurant where you can eat very fresh fish at more than honest prices! Very kind staff and family atmosphere, combined with a great variety of simply cooked dishes, to underline the genuineness of the raw materials! We will definitely be back on our next vacation!
