The added value of this restaurant is the wait staff: young, super-efficient, and professional, whose kindness and courtesy aren't just superficial, but, in my opinion, stem from a desire to do their job well. 15/07/2026: This upscale restaurant isn't exactly suited to a quick bite, but it's a great place to enjoy authentic fresh seafood and top-notch dishes. Definitely worth a try.

02/07/2026: Amazing fluffy pizza and you can’t argue with the price, very good value. We ordered the tuna pizza from the unique menu and the vegetarian from the classic menu, both were perfect! highly recommend trying this place.

17/06/2026: Good pizzas, but not as good as other pizzerias I've dined at. The air conditioning was blasting right up your neck; luckily, a lady asked if they could raise the vent, and they more or less succeeded. The music was awful; you can't blast the music in a small room with 4/5 tables and no window; it was hard to talk or hear. The prices are good, but in my opinion, the atmosphere needs improvement.

The fish was very tasty, one of the best I've had in my life. Kids were happy with their simple dishes, and the service was impeccable. Everyone was cheerful and accommodating. We'd gladly return.

09/06/2026: We stumbled upon the L'Oasi restaurant by chance while strolling through Carloforte. We were looking for a selection of traditional dishes, but also original, and here we found them ☺️! The octopus appetizer on a bed of flavored mashed potatoes was unforgettable: one of the best we've ever eaten. For our first courses, we chose the Carlofortino pastry and a dish of the day: fregola with grouper. Spectacular. We finished with the tuna belly 🐟, which we really enjoyed. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff, as well as the elegant and original atmosphere, truly made the lunch perfect. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: The restaurant was very well-maintained, as was the service from a young woman and a young man who looked after us throughout the rest of the meal. I chose the breaded swordfish fillet (see photo), and I must say I was a bit disappointed. The fish flavor was too overpowering, so it tasted like a cutlet. Not bad, but I expected something more. The other two people I had lunch with chose the tuna alla carlofortina and grilled corvina fillet, both excellent. Next, they had a mille-feuille with a pistachio cream. It was recommended to me by the property where I'm staying, both for the excellent quality of the food and for the food inside (there's no specific sign outside, it just says "restaurant"); the window display was very inviting. I'd recommend it too!
