04/01/2025: Excellent experience. We ate for lunch. A tasting menu based on tuna presented in all its variations, two first courses and a very delicate and particular tuna tripe. Excellent service and very good wine list. Excellent value for money.

19/01/2025: We went to the 9.30pm shift. The chairs were covered in crumbs and other dirt from previous customers. The waitresses didn't consider us for long and we didn't eat until 10.30pm. The staff generally ignored us all evening, so much so that even though we wanted dessert we went to another place to get it. I would add that we saw the waiters using their cell phones while we were looking for their attention, I understand that they could perhaps be responding to other customers for reservations/takeaways, but I think there should be attention to the room first.

27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.

12/10/2024: By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommendable.

01/11/2024: The number one in Calasetta is definitely La Perla from the quality of the products to the dishes, from the choice of wines to the excellent desserts... everything taken care of down to the smallest detail!!! All the staff are impeccable!!! It is no coincidence that on the most important day of our lives, the wedding lunch, it was organized by Dona and Dona, Nicola and all the other guys!!! Thank you

19/12/2024: I didn't stay in the hotel but I had lunch in their restaurant which I frequent every time I'm in that area for many years now. And I'll explain why: first of all the value for money, the excellent service, the friendliness and given that I'm a their long-time customer also their friendliness, I understood well what their philosophy is, to make the lunch break for anyone like a recharge with relaxation included. I also appreciate the fact that the television is a furnishing object, in the room you can feel a light buzz that is never annoying, what I like most about this restaurant is that despite the work done in the morning and the work that continues, with many kilometers of it on the side, I can switch off and feel good. And I owe this to everyone who stays there they work, because they are nice people, including the chef who I had the pleasure of meeting, he is a very discreet person but in the kitchen and on the dishes he reveals and gives us all his passion. Thank you all, I recommend it.

01/09/2024: Nice, but he doesn't dance. A miserable breakfast, a croissant each chosen at random, 2 pieces of bread and 2 of focaccia with tomato. A bottle of water and a juice placed on the table from 8am (with 30 degrees in the shade). So forget about the classic abundant buffet breakfast. In addition to this, we had the unhealthy idea of ​​taking a PLATTER OF CURED MEATS AND CHEESES, note the plural, we received a plate with pieces of cheese cut at random, accompanied by mortadella cut in the same way, price of the platter? €20 TWENTY EUROS. I can't imagine what they would have given us for dinner if we had stayed there. Really a shame, the place is really beautiful.

Les excellents cannelloni à la viande et la délicieuse crème de champignons, accompagnée d’un filet de bœuf parfaitement préparé par le chef Marco, ont été un véritable festival de saveurs. Un merci tout particulier à la charmante Mirella, toujours attentive à répondre à toutes nos attentes avec un professionnalisme exemplaire, ainsi qu’à Gualberto, qui a rendu notre visite encore plus spéciale. Une adresse à découvrir et à savourer sans hésitation ! Di passaggio all’Ancora, su consiglio della nostra amica parigina Claudia, abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare un’esperienza culinaria davvero memorabile. Gli ottimi cannelloni di carne e la squisita crema di funghi, accompagnata da un filetto di manzo deliziosamente preparato dallo chef Marco, sono stati un vero trionfo di sapori. Un ringraziamento speciale alla gentilissima Mirella, sempre attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande professionalità, e a Gualberto, che ha contribuito a rendere la nostra visita davvero speciale.
