14/06/2025: The first time in this little restaurant in the center of Avetrana was exactly 10 years ago and since then, when we are in Salento, we return, as if we were returning to an aunt, to a relative who hugs you and prepares good things for you and who knows you like them. You dine in a secluded street with hanging light bulbs, paintings on the walls and a nice relaxed atmosphere. All the dishes, seafood and meat, are excellent, well presented but without frills. All substance. Wine by the glass as if it were raining and a selection of white, red and rosé wines carefully curated. I recommend booking in advance

10/06/2025: Un emplacement de choix face a la cathédrale. L'accueil est chaleureux et les plats sont excellents. Les patrons entretiennent une ambiance familiale et restent a l'écoute des convives. Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et les plats, que l'on imagine typiques sont très bons . Nous avons tellement aimé que nous sommes revenus 2 soirs de suite.

08/06/2025: My wife and I booked dinner here at Braceria Granaldi, at 8 pm. Upon arrival we were greeted with staff who were friendly and very helpful. We decided to choose the meat we wanted, rather than looking at a menu. It seemed for traditional do it that way. The food was excellent. Can’t remember what we actually had but just enjoyed it so much. We sat upstairs in the comfort of the air con because of the warm spring air. Upon leaving table were set outside with lights that made the mood really good! Next time I think we will sit outside, like numerous others were doing. Happy to give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for the beautiful food, atmosphere and service❣️

08/06/2025: In the end, spending €58 for an appetizer, two first courses (with only a bottle of water, without wine) seemed a bit excessive compared to what was actually offered. A constructive suggestion: if you decide to raise the prices, it would be right to also adjust the quantities. The slightly larger portion does not weigh too much on the costs in the kitchen, but it can make a big difference on the customer experience. For info when I got home I ate🤦🏻‍♂️

26/05/2025: Amazing place and truly exceptional pizza, one of the best I've ever tried! Too bad about the endless wait: the service should definitely be improved. Recommended, but arm yourself with patience!

23/06/2025: Delicious food. We had pasta, salad, beef fillet, fish, roasted potatoes, French fries, and chocolate mousse and it was all amazing. The orecchiette in particular was the best pasta I've ever had. Tables outside gave us a beautiful view of the city. Service was great and friendly. Highly recommend.

11/06/2025: You have to make a conscious effort to go to the restaurant, as it's not easy to find. The visit and the food are worth it. Authentic, handcrafted cuisine, an exciting menu, and a family that knows their craft. We'd happily return.
