09/01/2026: A restaurant in the heart of Martina Franca's historic center. A very intimate atmosphere with seating for about 30. Excellent food, with surprisingly large portions, considering the gourmet cuisine. The Gaonas meatballs are truly exceptional. Exceptional and impeccable service; they truly care about their customers. The price is fair considering the quality of the products. Highly recommended.

03/01/2026: I went to Il Ritrovo degli Ostinati restaurant and had a truly wonderful experience. The place is truly enchanting, it feels like a cave: it's worth going just to see it. I ate typical Apulian dishes, such as bombette, sausage, and straccetti, all very tasty and well-prepared. The dessert was excellent, perfect to end the dinner. Professional, kind, and attentive service. Good value for money. Highly recommended. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

13/10/2025: If you're a fan of sophisticated table settings, this isn't your place: paper placemats, glasses reminiscent of old-fashioned taverns. However, if you want to eat well and in quantity, go to this place. The seafood dishes are truly tasty. The staff is a bit rustic, but they quickly loosen up and become friendly. Fair prices. It's a place you'll want to return to. I recommend making a reservation; it's a restaurant loved by many.

02/01/2026: We visited the trattoria few days ago and we love the food. I am really glad that we could enter several minutes early, because it was really cold outside. We tried pasta, pizza, amazing Caprese with the most delicious mozzarella; Bombette - also good but too small portion for first course. The only thing that I don't like was the fact, that the waiter brings a plate with olives and bread on two other tables with Italian customers, but not to us.... Please, improve that!

31/12/2025: As soon as we arrived at the table, they brought us a focaccia that was out of this world. The appetizers are a blend of tradition and innovation that the chef made exceptional, especially the fried mussels with honey, which I personally adore! We asked the wait staff for their recommendations for the raw seafood. We couldn't have made a better choice; everything was truly delicious, especially the purple shrimp, which were like candy! Special mention goes to the drawn ravioli with basil and burrata, with shellfish and double-cooked octopus. A wide and excellent selection of wines. Recommended is an understatement. A must-try in the city!

Nuestra experiencia con la cena fue 100% fantástica, desde el amuse bouche hasta el aperitivo y las cenas, tanto nuestros postres elegidos como los pequeños postres que vinieron con nuestra experiencia. El vino era fantástico de la bodega local Produttori di Manduria y el servicio era lo que cabría esperar de un restaurante de este calibre y, sin embargo, también amable, personal, y con un guiño. 23/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and despite some positive expectations, the experience fell short. When ordering, we were advised to add appetizers because the kitchen would have a 40-minute wait for the entrees. I found this advice inappropriate, especially since I don't order appetizers simply because I don't feel like it. The three of us ordered three first courses, two second courses to share, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and three coffees. The quality of the dishes was good, but nothing that justified some shady choices. The most unpleasant thing was finding a bottle of water on the bill for €9. A completely unfair price, which I honestly consider exaggerated, not to mention downright robbery.

27/12/2025: I came here with high expectations, driven by the excellent reviews and the fame of Martina Franca's meat. And I have to tell you the truth: the meat is good. The bombette were tasty and the sausage well-seasoned. If it were just for the food, my rating would definitely be higher. But unfortunately, eating at a restaurant is a complete experience, and here the organization is completely lacking. We booked for 9:00 PM, but they didn't seat us until after 9:45 PM, leaving us standing in the confusion without even a "sorry." Once we were seated, chaos ensued: waiters rushing around but seemingly ignoring our table. We had to ask for menus three times, and water arrived when we'd almost finished our appetizer. What bothered me most, however, was the attitude: hasty, almost annoyed. I understand the place is busy, but a smile or a modicum of customer service should never be lacking, especially if I'm paying (and the bill wasn't exactly cheap, as I expected for a steakhouse). In conclusion: if you want to buy meat at the counter and cook it at home, I highly recommend it. But if you want a pleasant, relaxed evening dinner, there are better options out there. A shame, a missed opportunity.

07/12/2025: Lived up to expectations. The roast beef, bombette, zampina sausage, and capocollo were excellent, and the house desserts were special. Even though the place was packed today for Sunday lunch, the staff was courteous and always smiling.
