03/02/2025: Ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Gianluca (credo fosse il maitre di sala), che però è poi letteralmente sparito dalla circolazione per tutta la durata della cena. Evidentemente era impegnato ad accogliere i clienti degli altri tavoli; questo aspetto direi che può essere migliorato: tra l'essere onnipresente e lo sparire completamente, magari può essere trovata una via di mezzo. Inoltre, sarebbe auspicabile che non fumasse nelle pause dal servizio. In generale è ampiamente migliorabile anche il servizio, tanto attento nella cura nei dettagli e nel fornire spiegazioni sui vini e sui piatti, ma molto poco attento nel togliere i piatti vuoti e sporchi che, tra una portata e l'altra, sono restati sul tavolo per 18 minuti (cronometrati). Sulla qualità dei piatti e sul rapporto con il prezzo, direi che non c'è nulla di cui discutere: Tonno croccante (17 €) diviso come antipasto Trancio di pesce spada (18€) Filetto di rombo (18€) Cheesecake Ricotta (6€) Tornero? Si, sicuramente.

12/01/2025: Ultima domenica del 2024, andiamo a visitare Monopoli. Dopo averla camminata quasi tutta sopraggiunge l'ora di pranzo. Siamo in Piazza Palmieri dove nel celebre palazzo si sono girate le puntate della fiction Lolita Lobosco. Nella piazza c'è anche l'omonimo ristorante. Locale ben curato, col maitre che consiglia piatti del giorno fuori menù e chiede se ci sono intolleranze alimentari a noi commensali. Portate non enormi ma tutto squisito.

02/11/2024: We recently visited bakery and really liked out croissants with chocolate and just regular one. Unfortunately it was only sweet breakfast option, but nevertheless it was nice to have a bite in the morning. There was a big range of salty pastries. Just take into account that you can only take away there.

27/12/2024: I respond to the counter-argument Mr. Roberto Strippoli regarding a series of inaccuracies he described to justify what happened on July 26th, the day of my daughter's first birthday. 1.The price agreed and not "paid" (cit. sua) was a small discount (which you wanted) on a decidedly substantial total price. Finally, we were asked to return to the facility for a "reparative" lunch for the damage suffered, as if this could erase what had happened. Are we back there? Obviously not. 2.Ants on the tables? You don't know because among the many things said during and at the end of the party we forgot to say it. I understand the summer evening but eating with numerous insects walking on the tables is not pleasant in any case, whether it is a garden or not. “A thousand precautions?” (cit. yours) What were they? You remind me why I'm having a memory lapse. 3. Sparkling water issue: "you heard two waiters" (cit.yours). We only heard two of them because we had no other staff. “Among themselves they reported the fact that the water had run out” (cit.yours) at this point it is she who confirms the fact that the staff reported that the water in the refrigerators had run out, therefore she confirmed what happened: what water to from that moment onwards it never arrived again. Going into the beverage detail, one of his two waiters had the courage to say that the drinks were also on the buffet at the counter, as if to get a simple Coke it was necessary to get up to go get it. I find it truly absurd and ridiculous. 4.The party was organized as a buffet. I confirm what you said but I reiterate that drinks were also not expected to be included in this choice (which has never been seen anywhere). “At the time of service, you were asked to serve several tables” (cit.sua). However, we are making a mistake here as the only two people at the table who were served were my in-laws as my father-in-law was unable to get up from the table because he was disabled. Question stated well in advance. I therefore apologize if the only two waiters had to work harder for this. 5.Quality of the food: "according to his relatives, the perception was completely different". During or at the end of the party I don't think anyone came to compliment the food or anything else. No one appeared and I can guarantee you this since the only ones to enter the payment room were three of us. For intellectual honesty as you say, I reiterate that the buffet was chosen by us, it's true, but not for the serving of drinks (water at the counter) - no one in their right mind would have chosen it as an option. By buffet I think we mean the food and nothing else. I won't go into the details of the "substantial discount" (cit. yours) because it's comical to think of the amount you discounted on the total: a discount which I underline was wanted by you, because we could very well have paid and been destroyed in a nanosecond. And now I'll add some other ideas to remember the "splendid" evening spent. We were presented with 5 Apulian carts: seen in the photo and shown by you at the time of the interview. How many carts were there that day? Two and not like the ones seen. Meat corner? I only saw a barbecue that looked like one of the worst summer campsites. Selection of tables, seats. I had said several times that I wanted to sit on the wooden chairs with cushions, a possibility confirmed at the interview. That day we arrived at the facility at 6.15pm (party at 7pm) and the tables were not yet ready, you had not yet arrived and the chairs were iron ones. I'll leave aside the fact that I was the one who moved the chairs and set the tables for the guests when in reality everything should have already been ready when we arrived. I conclude by saying that only after reading your response to my father's review did I decide to write to correct the nonsense said. So at this point I don't know who is more "intellectually honest" (cit.his). Draw your own conclusions

04/11/2024: We (2 adults and a 9year old) spent 5 days at this masseria at the end of October and everything was perfect. We arrived earlier and they let us in the room 2hrs before checkin. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The bed is very comfortable and the location is really quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is amazing, selection of cheese matured and fresh, eggs, salami, vegetables, scrambled eggs (you need to ask for it and they can cook it fresh), a stunning focaccia barese with their olive oil. Very nice outdoors. Did not try the pool. When we come back to this part of Italy, we will definitely look to stay here again.
