19/12/2024: Excellent trattoria (but it really is a high end restaurant). The food is based on the typical Piedmontese traditional dishes, but with a zest of innovation by the owner and chef, who is a really agreeable and nice person: he comes at the table and it is really pleasant to chat a bit with him about his cuisine and the wine and any other subject you like to. The atmosphere in the room is very nice, the tables are dressed in a very elegant way, and the menu is nearly perfect with all the dishes you would expect in this area. All is prepared very well and in a tasty way, and also very nice to see. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable about wines and their associations to the foods, but everything is presented in a light way and without that somewhat snooty formality of waiters and sommeliers in top-level restaurants, but rather with a smile and even some self-irony, so making a pleasant and smiling interaction. The prices are reasonable for the level of quality you get. I will come back!

11/12/2024: We made a reservation in advance and visited Osteria La Torre Cherasco at lunchtime with our child, and we couldn't have asked for a better meal. The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was a true delight, with the agnolotti being particularly unforgettable for our little one. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The wine list was simply marvelous, offering an excellent selection to perfectly complement the meal. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone – it's a must-visit for anyone looking for exceptional food and service!

01/12/2024: Excellent dishes with non-obvious combinations, super desserts, full-bodied wine but chosen "at random" because they didn't give us a list. Pleasant environment, friendly staff. Prices a little above average.

08/12/2024: Tagliolini with meat sauce good but too dry, gnocchi with raschera cheese good, fried eggs with truffle (truffle not grated at the table) 'goodino', appetizer taken at home second course: peppers with bagna cauda, ​​4 slices of pepper with a little bagna cauda E 16 . Too! Chocolate pears and eggnog, you could barely taste the eggnog, really good chocolate semifreddo. Friendly and prompt service.
