15/02/2025: Delicious dinner...intimate and family atmosphere. Attentive staff. Delicious cheese and egg balls. Homemade bread. Truffle tagliatelle, tagliatelle filled with parmesan fondue with truffle, mixed roast, roast scamorza with porcini mushrooms... super! I haven't eaten like this in a long time. Water and a quarter of 🍷. Experience to be repeated even for the honest account!
11/02/2025: Fabulous experience! Last week we went with our family to eat at this restaurant for the first time since it changed management. We didn't find a dish that didn't deserve praise, from starters to dessert. Everything perfect, excellent, tasty and well presented. A nice variety of dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, pumpkin cream soup, ravioli with caciocavallo and truffle, cavatelli with Molise ragù, porcini mushrooms, lamb, sliced meat and much more. Honest price. Maximum kindness and courtesy from the manager and staff. Congratulations indeed. We definitely recommend it. We will return to try the cod too.

18/02/2025: Great lunch! Kind welcome, elegant and clean restaurant, very fast. The menu is well presented, excellent quality and very fresh fish, without too many options. Small courses and higher than average prices, the presentation is not extremely complex, but rather simple. For the servings and quantity, I would expect a lower price. Overall the taste and experience was excellent, everything was delicious! I would improve the presentation given the price.
16/02/2025: The occasion to return was a threesome dinner with friends. The place is very welcoming and sober, like all the staff. Maintaining our habits, we tasted the menu in its entirety. The evening began with Falanghina wine from the Cieri cellars recommended to us by the sommelier, a welcome choice, followed by three tastings of mixed raw and cooked starters, an expression of freshness and harmony in flavours. For the first courses we followed the waiter's advice, two cicatielli with pumpkin sauce, saffron, crunchy chestnuts, monkfish and scampi. The other choice fell on cavatelli, scampi tails, clams and chicory. To say sublime and original is an understatement. Next for the second courses the choice fell on the roast fish, plentiful and well assorted. The freshness enhanced all its quality. To finish, an excellent ricotta bavarois. Super excellent value for money, originality of the dishes especially in the first courses, super excellent quality/price ratio. what more can I say...keep it up and thank you for the evening.

20/12/2024: A culinary experience that involves all the senses. Maximum care in the aesthetics of the dishes, in the choice and treatment of the raw materials. Cuisine of the highest level, flavors that are imprinted in the memory. Special mention also for the desserts. Worth trying and coming back.
20/12/2024: Good little restaurant in a somewhat isolated place but the internal location is nice and welcoming. The dishes are aesthetically well prepared and the taste is always well balanced. Even the desserts are treated with extreme attention. Some details are missing from the excellence but the stage is definitely worth trying.

15/08/2024: A truly special mid-August lunch. Researched down to the smallest detail. The search for raw materials and their processing turned into an explosion of flavors that delighted our palates.
Very nice and welcoming place, managed by the owners with care and attention, taking care of the customers.
I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Un accoglienza eccellente, tutti molto gentili, ci siamo sentiti ben accolti e messi a proprio agio.
Le materie prime e la ricerca variegata, hanno portato un po' di sapori europei nei piatti , equilibrando la giusta qualità per rendere i piatti digeribili.
Mi è piaciuto tutto, anche l'abbinamento dei vini.
L'unica pecca se si può dire, che il caffè non c'è sul posto, ma non è assolutamente un problema perché a due passi c'è un bar.
Vi faccio ancora i miei complimenti e ci ritorneremo volentieri.

05/01/2025: Today, January 5, 2025, we were in Pietrabbondante, in Molise to visit the historic center and the archaeological site. To eat they recommended the Taverna dei Sanniti in Sant'Andrea.
Never advice turned out to be more than right, local: clean and refined.
Food: excellent and with attention to detail, with a wide variety of choices.
Staff: attentive to every little request.
Price: right.
What can I say? Compliments.
Of course, unfortunately for us it is a little far away, we are from Atina, province of Frosinone, but we will return.
29/12/2024: One of best italian local traditional resturant in center Italy. Real tipical dishes from Molise, with optimal local foods and fantastic preparations. If you are visiting Rome and plan to move to Naples this place value a trip deviation, to relax with Molise mountains and taste fantastic local foods.

30/12/2024: Located in an enviable panoramic position near the lake, it offers typical local cuisine of excellent quality, with a chef with twenty years of experience gained in various places in Italy. Spacious and comfortable rooms, finished in a refined and precious way with attentive and very friendly staff. Outside there is also a swimming pool. Highly recommended!!!!!!

01/02/2025: Exceptional restaurant, my family and I have been coming here since I was little and it has never disappointed us. Starters, first and second courses with fish are really excellent and at a moderate price, the pizza is also delicious. Friendly staff, rustic but familiar and welcoming location.
I recommend tagliatelle alla Santa Lucia, risotto with scampi cream and Taranto-style mussels 😋

09/02/2025: Avevamo deciso di visitare il Santuario di Maria Santissima Addolorata a Castelpetroso e cercavamo un ristorante dove pranzare nelle vicinanze: le recensioni positive trovate in giro per il web, hanno orientato la nostra scelta su questo ristorante.
È stato tutto perfetto: accoglienza, servizio, tempi giusti tra le varie portate, qualità, varietà, quantità , prezzo pagato.
Eravamo in 6 e abbiamo preso:
antipasto della casa per 6 dove c’era di tutto e di più
6 primi
3 secondi che abbiamo diviso tra tutti
4 dolci
1 lt di vino della casa (Montepulciano)
4 lt di acqua minerale
2 amari
3 caffè
Abbiamo pagato 38,35€ a persona e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti.
Dopo aver pagato il conto ci è stata offerta la grappa che in 2 hanno accettato.
Abbiamo fatto i complimenti al proprietario per tutto.
Come scritto in altre recensioni, non viene fornito un menù da cui desumere i prezzi ed è l’unica mancanza da rilevare: è anche vero che avremmo potuto chiedere i prezzi, ma non lo abbiamo fatto
P.S.: la foto con gli antipasti non è esaustiva perché ne mancano almeno altri 4.
27/01/2025: Ho portato degli amici perché ne parlavo sempre della vostra cucina e di quanto era buono e ricercato, siete sempre una certezza, i miei amici sono rimasti estasiati dalla bontà dei piatti, abbiamo assaggiato tutti i primi e i secondi del giorno per non parlare dei dolci, per me che frequento sempre quelle zone e dí ristoranti ne ho provati, posso dire che siete il top, ci rivedremo molto presto
