02/05/2025: Da quanto sono piccola vengo ‘da Carlo’ e d e’ bello notare che ci sono sempre gli stessi camerieri che con la loro gentilezza ed efficenza garantiscono un servizio da 10 e lode. Qualità del cibo ottima, porzioni abbondanti, prezzi onesti e servizio veloce caratterizzano questo ristorante, che si rivela sempre una certezza.

02/05/2025: Veniamo in questo ristorante praticamente da 25 anni, però da un paio di anni mancavano...oggi moglie e genitori per festeggiare, nulla e' cambiato, alto livello sotto tutti gli aspetti, dalla bontà delle pietanze alla gentilezza dei camerieri e del proprietario,grazie per tenere negli anni l'asticella sempre alta.

21/04/2025: After having dreamed of it so much, my partner and I went to Andreina. We have been following and admiring the chef for a long time, and therefore the expectations were very high, the emotion was great. Therefore I am very sorry to describe our experience in these terms: We started off badly with the service: we were brought a welcome bubble, we chose the "smoke" menu and decided to take a bottle. We asked which macerated wines were on the menu. Answer: not present. We asked for Orange, answer: I can make you a juice. We understood that what we were looking for was not there and we chose the tasting of 3 glasses, asking for reds at this point. The first glass was brought to us without any interest in understanding our tastes first (perhaps the absence of Coravin inhibits the pairing). A low-priced wine that we already knew and in our opinion not of the highest quality. In the meantime 1 hour and 15 minutes had passed, 2 glasses were brought to us without either planning or cutlery. We give some indications on our tastes for the following wines and it goes a little better, but resigned by now that the wine experience will not entertain us as much as the food. In fact, the service continues more relaxed from then on and the food is excellent, from the first course to the dessert. We really appreciate the guys in the dining room but above all the humility of the chef in coming to the tables several times, his evident passion and above all the desire to share hard work and research with the diners, work that is completely perceived. However, from a restaurant of this size and for the price paid, you expect excellent service and a sommelier attentive to making you experience the drinking experience that accompanies and enhances that of taste. This, to my great regret, did not happen. Hoping that our criticism will be taken in a constructive way, I highly recommend a Coravin (also because the menu features important labels while the glasses served for tasting disappointed us a little) and greater attention to the service. We will continue to follow the chef's path with esteem, but we will not return soon because for many, having this experience requires a considerable financial outlay and the experience was not up to par for the service that I would define as "not very pampered".

15/04/2025: A wonderful evening! We were in Senigallia this winter and had dinner at Raggia Azzurro, on the recommendation of some locals. We were lucky enough to meet Stefano, who recommended the dishes based on our tastes, accompanying them with excellent local wines to continue the tasting. The quality of the food was an experience more than a simple meal: a true journey into the flavors of the area. Stefano guided us with great expertise through a selection of perfectly paired local wines. What can I say... if it weren't 400 km away, it would be the place where I would spend my best evenings! Thank you with all my heart! Ps. Late because I thought I shared it, I will definitely visit you again! Hellooooo

03/05/2025: A very pleasant experience! The view from the balcony is simply amazing! The staff is so nice and kind we had a great laugh with Gigi and Ibti when taking pictures outside! The food is so sophisticated you could taste amazing explosions of flavors for every dish. We’ll definitely come back! Recommend!

20/03/2025: Location suggestiva e ricca di storia, è ideale sia per una cena, sia per un soggiorno rigenerante. La mia dolce metà ed io abbiamo solamente cenato( avanti ci piacerebbe anche provare il soggiorno), e non posso che fare davvero i complimenti a tutto lo staff, dallo chef al personale di cucina e sala. La professionalità, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza che il personale di sala esprime, si fonde con la bravura dello chef e dello staff della cucina, capaci di creare piatti di altissima qualità, una vera cucina d'autore. Oltre che alla qualità delle materie prime, sono anche molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente, in particolare mia moglie avendo una intolleranza, ha potuto mangiare lo stesso, ottimamente consigliata dal maitre di sala. Una menzione finale per la gentilezza mostrata dal Sig.D'Alesio e dal receptionist che ci ha raccontato la storia della suite del Marchese del Grillo.....

30/03/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed it. Even on the occasion of a birthday lunch I decided to return, and once again the experience was very positive. The place is nice and quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere. It is located next to the Pergolesi Theater and also has a beautiful internal garden visible from the room, which makes the environment even more welcoming. The cuisine is always of an excellent standard: well-presented, tasty dishes with quality ingredients. There is a good balance between traditional dishes and more creative proposals. The service was also attentive, kind and professional as always. A place where I always gladly return, because I know that the quality is constant and the experience is always pleasant.

26/04/2025: Excellent location to reach the center, 500 m, and if you want to walk you can do it while enjoying the sea following Viale della Vittoria and arriving at the war memorial. Food service very good. Welcoming and kind staff.

Unfortunately the second experience was not as satisfying: It was early for lunch but they managed to get the first ones to arrive even to people who arrived after us but not to those who, like us, had already been waiting for a while; The dining room staff pay little attention, so much so that to avoid the risk of having to pay for the overnight stay in the restaurant we decided to have our coffee outside. It's a shame, we liked the first experience so much, this one is to be forgotten.

27/04/2025: A beautiful discovery. I highly recommend this restaurant. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance (we were in a hurry as it was quite late and we had a one year old daughter). The super service (very good serving times, very good and kind waiters), excellent food, honest prices. What can I say: if you find yourself in those parts, stop here to eat and you won't regret it.

30/04/2025: Grigliata di pesce panata semplicemente fantastica con ottima varieta di pesce. Non spoilero altro perchè dovete provarlo. Il personale che ci ha servito molto accogliente considerando che un 25 di Aprile dove tutti i locali pullulano di gente non è scontato trovare a tarda sera personale simpatico e sorridente. Prezzo onesto. Torneremo senz'altro!

25/03/2025: Very nice place, within the city walls. Quiet environment where you can chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Attentive staff and food among the best for those who love the genre. I personally am not vegan but I really appreciated the specialties offered by the menu. They also organize many very interesting cultural events.

21/04/2025: Recensione riferita ad una cena con amici dell'aprile 2024. Abbiamo speso € 45 a testa, un prezzo giusto, considerata la qualità del tutto. “Io sono le Marche”, recita la prima pagina di un grande e bell'opuscolo del ristorante, regalatomi dal proprietario. Infatti si tratta di un locale storico e famoso, ottimo riferimento territoriale. La filosofia della trattoria si riassume in questa loro sequenza: "mangiare-vivere-bere-sperare-ridere-chiacchierare-godere-vincere-partecipare-cucinare-amare-viziare-ricominciare", ma anche in questo simpatico monito dialettale, che mi trova del tutto concorde: "a chi viene qua giusto pe fasse un’insalatina scondita e un bicchiere d’acqua... se state male, state a casa!" :) Un po' di storia: dai primi del ‘900, era tradizione prendere il ‘caffenetto’ nel forno della famiglia Romiti; nel 1950, il forno divenne ristorante e Spartaco Romiti fu soprannominato "il Mago della cucina", grazie alle specialità di cacciagione abbinate al vino Lacrima (oggigiorno, non vi si mangia più soltanto la cacciagione!); poi vennero Raoul Romiti (personaggio originale ancora presente nel locale) e i suoi stornelli stralunati, con una cucina verace e genuina, saporita e gustosa, senza fronzoli né formalità. Nel nuovo millennio, arrivarono la terza generazione e la ristrutturazione dei locali: Loris Romiti, l'attuale titolare, un 40enne schietto e diretto, grande lavoratore d'esperienza, talvolta provocatorio e impulsivo, straconvinto della sua cucina appassionata, un po' troppo critico nei confronti di guide enogastronomiche e recensioni, ma ho apprezzato il fatto che si sia seduto con noi a chiacchierare a fine serata. Loris propone la tradizione in maniera strepitosa, ingredienti genuini, eccellenze alimentari delle Marche e va a cercare i produttori più nascosti (pastori, vignaioli, tartufai, ortolani, macellai). Il ristorante gode di un'ubicazione favorevole, fra verdi colline panoramiche, mura antiche, il camminamento di ronda e la magia del borgo di Morro d'Alba. Si trova al pianterreno di una casa di una volta. Gli ambienti esterni sono verandati, rinnovati, con pietra a vista, in stile minimal moderno e sul soffitto appaiono scatti e scritte dell’opuscolo sovramenzionato; l'interno è semplice, con mobili antichi, credenze, suppellettili, quadri e fotografie. Servizio professionale, cura in tutto (anche nel tovagliato), piatti di sostanza ben conditi e che danno soddisfazione, menù gourmet di tradizione ma anche ricercato, creativo in chiave moderna, gusti intensi che parlano marchigiano, alta qualità delle materie prime, bell’impiattamento, stoviglieria talvolta colorata dalla foggia originale oppure bianca tradizionale, buone porzioni. Se avete ospiti non marchigiani, portateli qui per una panoramica della cucina tipica, difficile da trovare altrove! Coperto € 3 (compresa pizza con grasselli) / acqua € 1,50. Carta dei vini strepitosa, non ho mai visto un elenco così ricco e completo delle cantine produttrici del Lacrima, il rosso autoctono della zona. Abbiamo bevuto: -Rosé Lacrima Marotti Campi brut charmat € 4 al calice (davvero piacevolissimo!) -Lacrima superiore “Sidoro” 2021 Bolognini 14,5% (cugino di Vicari!) € 5 al calice -Vicari “Vino e visciole del pozzo buono”, Morro d’Alba, 14,5%, amabile e fruttato; le visciole sono ciliegie selvatiche dal sapore acidulo e dalla polpa rosso scuro, aggiunte al vino in fermentazione sotto forma di sciroppo di zucchero; adatto ai dolci rustici della tradizione marchigiana -Lacrima passito Vicari “Amaranto del pozzo buono” (eccellente). Abbiamo mangiato (tutto ottimo): -frittata al mentrasto [menta selvatica della campagna marchigiana, usata fin dal Rinascimento] e carciofi € 9 -salumi al coltello (salame, ciauscolo, prosciutto, lonza) + olive nere e formaggio fresco + crescia sfogliata di Urbino € 15 -carciofo alla giudia € 8,50 -animelle di vitello, crema di zucca, carciofi spadellati, crumble di pane aromatico € 15 -bottoni d’anatra [pasta fresca], fave, piselli € 16 -ciavattoni al pepe del Mago € 13 [variante locale dei paccheri; ragù + tanto pepe fresco macinato; piatto famoso e goloso] -fettuccia cicerchia, pomodorini, pecorino, guanciale croccante € 14 [pasta fresca tirata a mano] -mascarpone, Lacrima, pere € 6 😊 (dessert fantastico) -fragole con gelato zafferano e crema € 6.

18/04/2025: Conoscevo già il ristorante in quanto ci sono stato diverse volte e mi sono trovato sempre bene, ma l'ultima volta circa una settimana fa si sono superati. Cibi eccellenti sia i primi, sia i secondi che i dolci. Pranzo in famiglia del tutto rilassante e con un ambiente tranquillo da sentirsi a casa. Il migliore ristorante della zona a mio avviso.
