26/07/2025: The location is excellent, all the services are good and the staff are very friendly. The bar service is always available and efficient. The only downside is that the room is really small, but everything else makes you forget it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

25/07/2025: Structure in an enchanting location on the sea, it's a shame that when I booked the sea view room it wasn't available, the room assigned was bad since everything smells old, too old starting from the door without a safety lock no double flow air conditioning without remote control with a switch on the wall missing deflector fins and a dusty filter in plain sight never cleaned during the stay, bathroom in the style of Pozzetto films: I open the door that blocks before the toilet I can't get through because there is the sink so I get in the shower and close the door and Tacc... finally I get in... as I read in other reviews the answer is that it is a 3 star, the volumetric square footage is that... it would be enough to modify the door opening... little expense great return. The double bed is two singles pushed together plus a single bed so the room is full and it is difficult to turn... lastly the view of the coast which until more or less midnight is a constant din plus there is the campsite opposite so they dance every night and turn on the music... even if you just want to rest. Ultimately the sea is beautiful The private paid beach is quiet but the rest could be improved with an optimised management for the customer's well-being and not the other way around

We booked for 9 people, including one with a mobility impairment in a wheelchair. This is what they say on their website: "Bathroom and table accessible for wheelchair users." We found a steep staircase with more than 10-15 steps. I asked the person they identified as the owner for an explanation. The explanation: "We can't do anything about it, because there are restrictions on Monte San Bartolo... If you want, we can carry him up." I replied that a mechanical lift could be installed invisibly on the side. In a civilized country, that shouldn't happen! We're full of talk about the removal of architectural barriers! We've changed venues with an excellent pizza. I'm waiting for your reply. Thank you.

28/07/2025: A very well-maintained place, well-organized, and always supervised by the wait staff. The staff was extremely kind and, above all, professional in every aspect. The poolside service was impeccable. The food and wines were also quality, with well-timed breaks, and no architectural barriers. From the moment you arrive, you can see how they put their customers at ease. They asked women and children to step down onto the carpet in front of the entrance, as the parking lot is below, but each level is served by stairs.

10/03/2025: Piccolo locale nei pressi dell'arco clementino. L'arredo della sala è curato e accogliente. Lo chef si occupa anche del servizio al tavolo. Oltre a poter scegliere alla carta c'è la possibilità di scegliere tra 3 diversi menu che si differenziano per il numero di antipasti presenti. 2 nel piccolo, 3 nel medio e 4 nel grande. A seguire un primo, un secondo e un dolce. La cosa interessante è che il menu te lo puoi costruire come preferisci scegliendo i piatti dal menu. I piatti che più ci hanno colpito sono i 2 antipasti freddi che abbiamo scelto (la tartarre e il carpaccio). Buono anche il riso alla crema di pistacchio e gamberi. Tutti i piatti sono ben impiattati. Prezzo adeguato al servizio e alla qualità di quello che abbiamo mangiato. Interessante il fatto che il menu è stagionale, per cui ogni 3 mesi viene completamente cambiato.

26/08/2025: Very alternative food, one of the few restaurants offering options beyond seafood. For example, falafel, shrimp, tortilla, etc. There are various vegetarian dishes on the menu. There's no sea view, but we found parking easily. Excellent value for money.

24/08/2025: Nice place, minimal, nothing special... for what my opinion counts, I'd recommend focusing only on the fish... because you have to know how to prepare even the most "banal" meat. They only have one burger, and it's a very low-quality one (which they show off as Chianina beef), which they cook in the morning so they have it ready to put in a sandwich! My son asked for the meat on a plate... so without bread, and what he got was a brick of a thousand shades of brown, reheated in the microwave because it had the classic moisture that only the microwave creates. The fish was passable, but there's definitely better out there.

28/08/2025: A hotel and restaurant converted from an ancient convent is already unusual, but if you visit, you'll realize the owners are serious people who know how to do their job with passion and professionalism. We only went for dinner (but if that's the case, the rooms must be just as excellent). Very local appetizer: Galantine, Ascoli olives (the best I've ever tasted), Russian salad and giardiniera (pickled vegetables) grown in the restaurant. Grilled vegetables First course: Pappardelle with rabbit ragù. Extremely delicate, and the egg pasta is also homemade. Second course: Beef fillet in green pepper sauce. Crostone with fossa cheese and red onion jam! For dessert, Cantuccini biscuits and a glass of Vino Cotto. The final bill was very fair, especially considering the bottle of Rosso Conero Riserva AGONTANO. BRAVI. You're our new favorite restaurant in the Marche region. We'll definitely be back.

04/09/2025: The place feels a bit like a truck stop... The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either; the dishes were plentiful... I can't speak highly of the service. The owner of the restaurant asked two men who came in well after us for their orders at the table... although from their manner, I could tell they were regulars, I didn't think it was fair...

02/09/2025: I've been there every now and then. I've always eaten very well there. Last time, I wasn't satisfied with the hot appetizers and the seafood risotto, which wasn't the same (in my opinion, it was the star dish). Something happened... maybe the chef isn't the same anymore?

08/09/2025: A truly charming location, overlooking the sea with a beautiful panorama. The food is average, but the prices are decidedly too high.

06/09/2025: We had dinner for two, ordering stuffed olives, spaghetti with clams, and a pizza with salami and fries. Service rating: 2 because you can't bring the pizza first and the spaghetti five minutes later, especially if the spaghetti was for the woman. If you want to offer different types of dishes, you also need to be able to coordinate the dishes at the same time. Food rating: 1 because the spaghetti was undercooked and flavorless, worse than eating plain spaghetti. The pizza had fries underneath and giant slices of salami on top; I've never seen salami on top. The location may be beautiful, overlooking the sea, but the food has a lot to improve. I'm shocked to hear that Borghese chose it as a participant in four restaurants. I go to a restaurant primarily to eat, not to enjoy a view and leave empty-headed.

03/07/2025: You can stay here with a tent, caravan or camper. There are also 2 apartments available. Very nice location, you look out over the vineyard. They make their own wine that you can taste on site. Highly recommended, delicious wine.

22/06/2025: We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful campsite. Karin and Marin are incredibly hospitable and warm. Upon arrival it turned out that a dinner had been organised that same evening, we could immediately join in and had a wonderful evening in good company. The next day there was a wine tasting with wines from our own soil. Delicious wines and tasty snacks also made this afternoon/evening special. The campsite is located near a beautiful village with an excellent restaurant. If you are looking for peace and quiet, love good food and good wine and all that in a relaxed atmosphere, then Villa Vicini is highly recommended. We enjoyed it!!!
