08/07/2024: UPDATE 2024: The pizza chef has changed and consequently the pizzas have also changed. Everything is ok but the dough/baking is absolutely not as high level as before unfortunately. Very nice place, well looked after, large spaces. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special compliment to the 4 guys in the pizzeria area, very good, well organised, quick and precise in turning out the pizzas. Very kind waitresses. Try 3 different "specialty" pizzas; The Carrìu, slightly crunchy, very delicate, truly excellent, recommended. The post, very good, very soft dough, perhaps a little too salty due to the parmesan chips. And finally La Scafarda, spectacular, always perfect dough, very tasty nduja and soppressata, top presentation, truly exquisite! To finish the dessert, a Sicilian cannoli, and an exquisite puff pastry with cream and chocolate, really good. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

30/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, the place is very nice and very well looked after, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is really good, the fish is of excellent quality, from starters to main courses. The house wine is also very good. Excellent service and low prices. We returned a second time to try other dishes. You can't go wrong in trattorias like this. Highly recommended.

31/10/2024: tanta scelta di carne, un po' di attesa ma niente di insopportabile. Certo che mangiare hamburger (non dozzinali, ci mancherebbe) e altri piatti abbastanza "lerci" (nel senso ghiotto del termine) in una atmosfera, servizio (e rumore) da birreria, ci starebbe una limatina ai prezzi

03/08/2024: The occasion was a wedding dinner, a gourmet menu with an excellent balance of flavors and imagination. The roast suckling pig cooked for 50 hours was the highlight, it melts in the mouth, the melon cream soup with frozen fjord milk and raw ham was very interesting. . highly recommended.

28/11/2024: Ormai non saprei più quali complimenti fare a questo ristorante, dove veniamo spesso per "appuntamenti in famiglia". Giampiero stavolta ci ha proposto, tra le altre cose, una favolosa faraona locale, superlativa. Uno dei ristoranti migliori del territorio.

29/09/2024: Really unlikely, the owner is arrogant and not very inclined to do business with the public, the cuisine is cheap and very old fashioned, the pizza feels like eating rubber, if you are in Santa Vittoria look for an open supermarket, or go down to Servigliano you will definitely make money.

01/12/2024: Bellissimo pranzo ! Ristorante ubicato in un luogo storico con una ristrutturazione molto interessante e di buon gusto. Ampia scelta fra piatti di mare e monti. Una particolare attenzione alla cura nella presentazione dei piatti . Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per provare altre prelibatezze. Un ringraziamento particolare allo Chef Alessandro per questa bella esperienza culinaria.

03/09/2024: Locale molto bello, ristrutturato di recente con gusto e funzionalità. Servizio attento ed impeccabile. Piatti con materia prima di qualità praparati con cura e veramente gustosi. Carta dei vini che privilegia giustamente i vini locali. Prezzi non eccessivi considerate le porzioni abbondanti. Peccato per la mancanza della tovaglia sui tavoli all'interno, ma questi sono gusti personali. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

05/07/2024: We found this place by chance on the internet given the good reviews, as we were here in Mondavio passing through. It was an unexpected surprise. We were lucky enough to have the chef recommend various typical alternatives and I must say all the dishes amazed us, dishes with quality raw materials and most of the neighboring places. Piadina with omelette and amazing truffle. The Bolagna cutlet was the most tender I have ever eaten with very crunchy breading on the outside, unique! Everyone is kind and the owners are friendly and approachable. Very honest value for money for those who know it! Compliments

28/06/2024: Just finished a sumptuous lunch here: beautifully located in a floral garden beneath an enormous locust tree and singing blackbirds with a lovely view that reached the sea in the distance. Wonderful dishes that tasted divine. 5 stars from us all. Especially myself, being the only gluten intolerant/vegan. No problem for the amazing chef, whom we were told by his lovely wife ran a vegan restaurant in Amsterdam previously. Cuisine was sympathetic to seasonal produce, made with love, full flavour yet simple and ‘clean’. I had fiore di zucche fried in a light rice flour batter on a bed of aubergine cream finished with wild herbs, followed by gnocchi di patate in crema di zucchine topped with mint and mixed seeds. All vegan and gluten free. Although this is a traditional trattoria so everyone would be happy here. The service was super friendly, kind and prompt. Highly recommended. Complimenti allo Chef! 23/11/2024: A weighted average of great moments and some small embarrassments. The idea of ​​vinyl for the menu and the disco '70s theme is excellent with a choice of background music that was unfortunately a little too rhythm'n dance and with a slightly high volume, even after having asked to lower it. The first three courses of the hit parade menu are absolutely delicious, but then there is the encore of pasta with paccheri in plum sauce. Sweet and sour would have been more welcome, especially after a pasta in fish soup from the previous course, instead the flakes of 36 month old parmesan dominate and in the end we were quite full of pasta in 2 dishes. A little top much. Monkfish with minty parsley sauce and mixed salad, good but lacking in technique. Agree with other comments, a pre-dessert would have been appreciated, a bit of freshness before the Neola. Divine dessert even if you can taste the orange so much that you don't appreciate the delicious custard as much as it should. Miniardises nothing to say for the end of the meal with coffee. The Albana late vendange dry vinified is very good, a real surprise. Overall, a beautiful evening with excellent food but there could have been more balance and connection between the dishes in the second part of the tasting. Encouragement guys, you are still very good.

28/11/2024: Pranzo di lavoro organizzato da colleghi di fuori regione e mi sono stupita che, pur essendo l’unica maceratese, non lo conoscessi! Una vera piacevole sorpresa, non me l’aspettavo! Abbiamo scelto la degustazione ed è stata l’occasione per assaggiare delle vere esplosioni di gusto. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi vuole fare un salto di qualità.

24/11/2024: Il pranzo da Ninetta è stato molto piacevole.....ci è stato consigliato da un collega per cui non sapevamo se ci sarebbe piaciuto.....gli antipasti vari e molto sfiziosi, i primi e i secondi abbondanti con ingredienti di qualità.....a chiudere un ottimo moscato.Di sicuro non è una trattoria dove si spende poco, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato.Ve lo consiglio

16/12/2024: Siamo stati domenica scorsa a pranzo in 6 con una bambina, ci hanno messo in una stanza laterale (ottima scelta per tranquillità e un minimo dí liberta’ di movimento per la bimba). Cibo ottimo, un plauso particolare va ai due camerieri giovani che hanno servito i nostri tavoli, gentilissimi e simpatici, un valore aggiunto da non sottovalutare.

12/12/2024: Ristorante ubicato non vicinissimo ad Ancona, ma con buone possibilità di parcheggio, che compensa la distanza percorsa in auto. Dispone di salette che però, se già occupate, costringono a fermarsi in unica sala dove, a causa della vicinanza dei posti a sedere e dei tavoli dei commensali, non si riesce a colloquiare con gli amici al proprio tavolo, per l'elevato rumore di fondo che si leva all'interno dello spazio comune. L'offerta di cibo copre un'ampia varietà con prezzi più alti della media e con risultati non sempre all'altezza delle aspettative. Certamente troppo esoso si dimostra il costo delle bottiglie di vino che i camerieri, sempre gentili, si apprestano a consigliare. In conclusione, un leggero ritocco dei prezzi verso il basso renderebbe più appetibile la scelta di tale ristorante.
