08/09/2025: The restaurant is a bit hidden and inconvenient due to the far away parking, nice atmosphere, good food although I expected something better from the risottos, discreet service, average prices even a bit high €6 a finger of red wine by the glass is definitely too much

02/10/2025: The order was quick, but the wait between appetizers and first courses was objectively too long: an hour between appetizers and first courses. So much so that we finished our glass of wine before the first courses arrived. Finally, the first courses arrived (two plates of Spätzle with speck/hazelnuts/amaretti): both were too runny, soaked in cream, which led us to leave the plates there almost untouched. Too bad. They didn't deduct them from our bill... but it must be said that the waitress, when she saw them, at least offered to have them remade. Good cheese selection. Prices overall are okay for a city center location.

25/09/2025: Excellent dinner experience, a cozy and quaint place. The dishes were well-executed and very flavorful, and the wine list was excellent. The prices were reasonable, considering we're downtown.

24/06/2025: Il locale è molto bello, curato, dentro e fuori, pulito e ben arredato. Ogni tanto io e il mio collega abbiamo cenato o pranzato, ci siamo trovati bene anche per la qualità e la varietà dei cibi. Però dopo ieri sera non credo che ci torneremo. Porzioni scarse: due antipasti, gnocchi alla romana fuori menù veramente miseri, due dolci ( che fatica seguire il modo in cui il cameriere lì elenca, glieli ho fatti ripetere tre volte), due calici di vino servito aperto, senza nemmeno assaggio. Il totale di 99 euro è stato veramente il colmo. Ho mangiato pesce di alta qualità in località marine di livello e non ho speso mai questa cifra. Mi dispiace, si può fare di più nelle porzioni, di meno nei prezzi e parlare un italiano comprensibile.

05/10/2025: We went to Trattoria Ressi a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, from the starters to the desserts, with special attention paid to those who, like me, can't eat gluten (I even got the dessert I wanted, a delicious torta paradiso with cream). The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the owners were very kind. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: Great restaurant for gluten-free dining in Pavia. The gluten-free pizza crust is excellent, and the selection of toppings is wide and varies with the seasons (I had a mozzarella/zucchini flower/ricotta pizza, unusual but delicious!). Note that only the crust is gluten-free; I think you have to check the toppings on a case-by-case basis. I don't know if they have a separate oven, but I think they're careful. I'm very allergic to gluten and haven't had any reactions, even though I often get stomach aches in pizzerias that aren't 100% gluten-free in France. There are also a few gluten-free desserts. The peach ice cream is incredible, and the lemon and basil one is also very good. I also had a very good raspberry spritz. Don't forget your mosquito repellent if you choose to sit on the terrace in the summer (the inside seemed a bit noisy).

13/08/2025: The pizzas are original and excellent. I chose a pizza with a mozzarella base and mint zucchini cream, with yellow tomatoes and "pasta di salame" (it looked like mini minced meatballs, it was very good). The pizza is very large, well garnished, the dough is thin and airy, it's really great. My allergic friend had a gluten-free pizza and she also enjoyed it, without having the slightest stomach ache, which indicates that they take great care in the kitchen to ensure that the gluten-free pizzas remain so. In addition, her dough was airy and puffy, amazing for a gluten-free pizza. For dessert we had artisanal sorbets which were also delicious, and we drank raspberry spritzes which were also great. The servers were friendly and the veranda pleasant (be careful though, we regretted not having mosquito spray). Excellent value for money.

14/09/2025: We had dinner last week. A villa with a retro feel bordering on stale. The food was adequate (serving coppa di testa, a cheap cured meat, in a place like this is unacceptable considering the prices). The chocolate salami was made without biscuits and was sticky. The portions were very small, and the tagliolini with sardines were decent. The service was slow and inattentive. Despite the place being half empty, we even had to wait for the menus, and there was a lot of noise from the kitchen.

17/08/2025: Great experience. Very friendly staff. We had risotto and pizza. The risotto was really good, with a generous portion. The pizza was excellent, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, well-topped, flat, and a good diameter! The place was clean and tidy. Kudos to the staff!

11/08/2025: The pizza was very good, the staff were very friendly, but I suffered a lot inside while eating because it was so hot... I would recommend getting the air conditioning fixed...

07/10/2025: Very nice and high-quality place, the food is local!! The tagliatelle with goose mince is very good, and the dishes on the menu are truly interesting. Prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with the quality of the products and the dishes presented. At the end of the meal, along with coffee, there are delicious biscuits!!! Maximum customer service. These days, you can even find truffles!!! Recommended!!!

01/10/2025: The management has changed, and it's fallen into serious disrepair. The atmosphere is still the same, historic and very evocative. Everything else is a strong negative... The dishes are only a warm reminder of the traditional ones, and the courtesy of the waiter/manager isn't enough to raise the bar. The only thing that has risen are the prices, which are completely out of line with the setting and the cuisine. A real shame.

29/09/2025: Welcoming and intimate place. Very good food. Good service. The kitchen closes around 1:30 PM and It's interesting to encourage customers to arrive around 12:30/12:45 so that, once seated, they can be pampered at their leisure without having to rotate tables.

28/09/2025: A wonderful place, excellent food. The owner's kindness is impeccable. If you want to eat like in Greece, go to this taverna. This is the fifth time I've left Saronno and eaten here. Every time I go, I see improvements. The food is fresh and made to order. The service and price are more than fair. Congratulations!

25/09/2025: We had dinner here after wanting to go for a long time. The restaurant is centrally located, but in a quiet area, not on a main road. The atmosphere is very charming, reminiscent of Greek style. We ate very well and in good quantities. The beer was also good.
