15/01/2026: I had dinner last night with my partner at this osteria, with its intimate, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. We ate a traditional Milanese-style veal cutlet and a veal ossobuco, both truly delicious, expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients. The menu lacks the house wine by the glass, a signature of the osterias of the past, but there is a vast selection of fine wines. Like many Milanese osterias that have become chic and refined establishments, this one, in my opinion, has lost its soul and popular appeal. The prices aren't either. It's a shame, I'd love to visit more often...

Everything was delicious, but a special mention goes to the orecchiette with sea urchin: flavorful, balanced...really good. 15/01/2026: Attracted by the excellent reviews, we decided to try the Roman cooking class, also because we were tempted by the idea of ​​a final dinner together. The setting is lovely and the atmosphere pleasant, but there were way too many people: more than a true cooking class, it often becomes more like "watching others cook." For the rather high price, I would have expected a more hands-on and engaging experience, not just "throwing a pan every now and then." The tastings were nice, but even here I was expecting something different: a real convivial dinner, as described in the course presentation, and not just small samples. I would suggest dividing the tastings into several dishes, since some people seemed to have come there to feed themselves and didn't give everyone a chance to try the dish. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with expectations decidedly higher than what was actually offered.
