Pesce freschissimo, cucinato divinamente, i proprietari estremamente gentili, professionali, competenti e disponibili; sanno consigliarti al meglio. Locale intimo , impeccabile e pulitissimo, cibo eccellente e prezzi adeguati alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Ottima la scelta di vini Consiglio vivamente!

18/01/2025: Special atmosphere, attentive service. Unfortunately the dishes did not meet expectations, in particular we chose the 4-course tasting menu. Unfortunately the lovage risotto didn't taste like lovage at all and the lemon was too persistent. It was a lemon risotto and not lovage. Portions too too small. With €170 for dinner you leave hungry. Wide choice of wines. I wouldn't go back.

04/02/2025: Every time we go to Bacco Matto, even though it is always very full, they always make us feel at home (very kind staff and very little waiting) The cuts of meat, the cutting boards and in general all the dishes are of a very high quality. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, and we appreciated the variety on the menu. Furthermore, the value for money was excellent; we ate very well without spending too much. The service was friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommended!

05/02/2025: Nice experience, welcoming place and excellent food, small refinements in the presentation of the courses but much appreciated. Search for raw materials and in-house production of what is presented on the table (bread, sauces, etc.) complete the beautiful experience.

The staff and owner, professional and very kind, make you feel at home in a family environment, with courtesy and concern for the customer. And what can I say, all the dishes were delicious. 31/12/2024: I had lunch with my wife on 31 December, we found a table without a reservation as soon as we arrived in Clusone. It is advisable to book however because the town was crowded, being cute and characteristic. We ate exquisite casoncelli, melted zola with polenta and beef fillet with polenta and mushrooms. Everything was excellent and the cooking required for the meat was perfect. Very varied wine list on reds, less on whites. We drank Valcalepio and Vermentino by the glass, having different tastes, both pleasant at the right serving temperature. For dessert, a delicious special: panettone by Iginio Massari with mascarpone cream. A bomb, but only available during the holidays. Around €60/pers. With three courses, wine, water and coffee Quiet and cozy location, unfortunately we didn't see the rooms, but if these are the premises...👏👏👏

05/01/2025: Il locale è bellissimo, raffinato ed elegante. Le cruditè erano eccezionali, il tonno rosso sublime e i crostacei di alto livello ( scampi porcupine su tutto). I primi ed i secondi erano curati e molto molto buoni. Una menzione speciale alla ventresca con ragù di melanzane. Carta vini di livello alto con ricarico importante, tanta qualità e tanta quantità. Bellissimo capodanno.

30/12/2024: Ristorante sul lago ambiente elegante e personale professionale e competente!Mangiato divinamente piatti di mare e di lago tutto buonissimo.Vini in abbinamento perfetti insomma un pranzo da ricordare!!!bravi a tutto lo staff
