30/08/2025: I stayed at this very nice and well-located hotel. Parking is available in the hotel area upon reservation. Breakfast and dinner are always excellent. Rooms are quiet. Highly recommended! The hotel has a private beach, just a few minutes' walk away.

10/08/2025: Rooms are very old. Breakfast was nice and the staff there were friendly, but the reception staff were not very helpful. At check-out, I couldn’t get an invoice with my name, and there’s no secure place to store luggage before check-in — bags are just left in the hallway. Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay, although the location is good. There are better hotels in the same area.

04/11/2025: Excellent place. The food is fantastic, and so is the service. We had two fish starters and baked calamari. The owner is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: Excellent Ligurian cuisine! Very tasty, carefully prepared dishes with unique flavors. A place you'll gladly return to continue discovering and enjoying new flavors of traditional Ligurian cuisine. Highly recommended!

30/11/2025: We went for lunch! The staff were friendly and super helpful, even with our dogs (they brought us a bowl of water right away). We had pizza (the Ligurian rabbit pizza is really good!), desserts, and coffee. Everything was excellent, we'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: High-quality food prepared impeccably, friendly and professional staff, a location chosen by these fantastic guys who have tastefully revived it, and a wide and refined selection of natural wines. Don't be put off by the 10-minute drive from the center of Finale Ligure (a good stretch of which is on dirt road), once you've visited Valleponci, you'll understand it was worth it. We return AT LEAST once a year because we can't live without it.

09/10/2025: A beautiful and peaceful spot near the coast – easily accessible by car bike. The place has a wonderful authentic atmosphere, and we met some amazing people there. We only had the apero, but it was excellent. I was a bit surprised that olives weren’t included, but it seems to be common in all the places we visited.

31/10/2025: We ate there three times during our week-long camping holiday in Finale Ligure and were always very satisfied. The staff is friendly and the food arrives quite quickly. The desserts are also highly recommended. We will definitely go back. 👍

02/11/2025: A quick business lunch, they offer two set menus, one featuring seafood and one featuring meat. You can also choose à la carte. The owner is very helpful and quick. Good food, without being too pretentious. It's a small place, so I recommend making a reservation.

04/10/2025: Quaint restaurant in the heart of Albenga's old town, often frequented by locals. Very friendly service, who even saved a table for us even though we hadn't reserved. The lasagna was delicious and good value for money. Beautiful interior and very clean. We'd love to come back next year.

10/10/2025: We invited two friends to dinner who had never been to Sacripante before. Paolo, Piero, and the entire staff treated us once again to a wonderful evening filled with excellent food, excellent wines, and meticulous service. Always a success!

23/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, excellent food and service, and "suitable for all budgets." I had the mixed grill, and everything was well-cooked and well-seasoned. The baked potatoes were delicious, the chocolate cake was fantastic, and even the bread and schiacciata they bring while you wait were excellent. There were eight of us and everyone was happy. The view is fantastic, the service was efficient and always attentive, and the dishes are served to everyone at the same time, all hot and perfect. Plus, you can choose whether to splurge on expensive dishes or less expensive ones/pizza, so it's suitable for all budgets. Worth every penny.

23/11/2025: A terrible experience at this restaurant. We started dinner by nibbling on some taralli. Since we were serving seven people, we were advised to order two mixed appetizers and two Angus beef tartares with truffles, all of which were rather subpar. We continued our dinner... grilled meat with a literally raw chicken leg, a burger with a dull color and flavor, a sign of extremely low quality. The repercussions were felt as soon as we left the restaurant. We decided to move straight to the bill... two mediocre mixed appetizers, two Angus beef tartares, and one main dish each, wine, water, and coffee, came to €43 each. We will definitely never set foot here again; highly inadvisable, shame about the view of the city.

15/10/2025: Greed at the expense of service quality The restaurant is very famous, pseudo-elegant, and expensive, but people likely continue to frequent it for some reason related to the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the owner's desire to never lose a single customer and to always keep tables full with at least two seats per evening completely negates any positive aspects of the culinary quality, replacing them with total disorganization and a lack of respect for the customers. We had a reservation for four people at 9:30 PM and arrived promptly. When we arrived, the waiter asked us to be patient for about five minutes because they were "slightly struggling." We waited 15 minutes and noticed at least a dozen groups in the alley outside who, like us, had reservations but were still waiting for their tables. When we asked the waiter again how much longer we would have to stand, he replied, visibly out of breath, that it would be about another 15 minutes. This meant we'd start eating at 10:00 PM. We would have preferred to leave, but we decided to wait. Very calmly, every now and then someone from the small groups waiting managed to sit down. After the customary 15 minutes, it was 10:00 PM: none of us were still seated. Inside the restaurant, a few people were eating while 70% of the customers were waiting to be served. We waited another 20 minutes—arriving at 10:20 PM—without anyone leaving their tables. Many customers continued to wait for their dishes. At that point, we decided to leave at 10:30 PM, after an hour of pointless waiting. If a restaurant that claims to be elegant and high-end doesn't have the courage to inform customers that they must vacate their tables by a set time—which is in any case unbecoming of the style of a place of this kind—then it shouldn't accept any more reservations. To the owner, I say: since you're not worried about the risk of empty tables due to selfishness and greed, simply not accepting any more reservations would do your reputation much more credit. I'll conclude by reminding you that I used to frequent this restaurant about thirty years ago, but I stopped going because there were already unpleasant service issues back then that kept me away from there ever since.

10/11/2025: Great service, the older lady was very nice and smelled lovely :-) We had mussels and pizzas, all very good! Only the grappa at €6 seemed expensive for Italy...

27/10/2025: We went to eat at Da Mimmo restaurant in Pietra Ligure and it was truly a fantastic experience! We're Belgian, and the waiters were very kind. They spoke to us in English and even gave us a menu in French, which was greatly appreciated. The pizzas and pastas were delicious, typically Italian 🍕🍝 The staff and owners were very friendly and cheerful, and the atmosphere was authentic and welcoming. A truly excellent restaurant, we recommend it without hesitation! 🇮🇹✨
