02/11/2023: I had lunch at this simple welcoming family restaurant located at the top of the hill on Via Fieschi in the Carignano neighborhood of Genoa. I ate at an internal table with several internal rooms and in the summer the owners put several outdoor tables next to the Basilica of Carignano and as I was saying I had trofie with pesto with potatoes, green beans and at the end a coffee. Very good, delicious trofie, plentiful and I also liked the coffee. Welcoming, friendly, competent owner, very fast service and really cheap prices!!

The staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs, for example the bread is brought even before being requested. Everything is homemade apart from the bread, especially the pasta and the excellent desserts. The menu is fixed only on certain holidays such as Easter Monday, 25 April and 1 May in order to make work in the kitchen quicker.
