20/09/2024: Excellent food quality! The fish is really fresh every day! The attention to cooking and the methodology have preserved the freshness and quality of the dishes. I took octopus, I was careful when cooking it, it was soft and not rubbery. Mussels au gratin, tasty in every bite without stewing. Mixed roast of shellfish, the shell separated without difficulty and it was already satisfying. As a fish, the sea bass was taken, soft and shiny, fresh and tasty at the right level. We sat in the small garden, a pleasant environment with real plants (I wanted to specify that they are not plastic). Advised!

11/05/2025: Finalmente siamo riusciti ad andare in questo posto meraviglioso…Maggio, caldo ma non troppo, bambina di 10 mesi “buttata” sul prato a giocare, cibo perfetto, accoglienza come a casa anzi di più, e vista strepitosa…questo agriturismo è davvero una perla tra le montagne! Lo consiglio a chiunque per rilassarsi, mangiar bene, e RESPIRARE.

04/09/2023: Il luogo è di per se bellissimo ma la gestione della signora Vera , di suo marito Gualtiero e di tutto lo staff supera anche le più rosee aspettative. Tutto è perfetto e fa sentire il cliente coccolato da quando si arriva a quando si va via . Il ristorante (provato due volte a pranzo e una a cena) è veramente eccellente e merita una menzione ad oc. Prodotti di altissima qualità lavorati e presentati egregiamente. Il giovedì sera poi viene messo in acqua uno schermo che trasforma la location in un cinema ; veramente suggestivo e ottima idea. Grazie; ci avete regalato bellissimi momenti e speriamo di tornare presto a trovarvi.

14/08/2023: Embarrassed to admit, but my husband is a local and I have been coming here since 2007. However, never been to this excellent restaurant, although the owners say they have been around for 40 years! Whatever they did recently certainly worked, since there is a buzz around this place and we finally made it. (Don’t confuse this place with the one star Michelin restaurant called Balzi Rossi, which is a whole different story). This is an excellent little beach spot down the road from Balzi Rossi, which I am sure is mobbed during the day. Gorgeous little beach with the cleanest water around. We went for dinner, which was truly amazing. Perfect local Italian food, with great crudo and pasta. Don’t miss the sea urchin bottarga pasta, which is to die for. The service is excellent, friendly and efficient. Note: ladies, there is a little bit of a walk, so make sure your shoes are up for it. Or the nice owners can give you a ride. Very reasonable, great wine list.

20/02/2025: Capita che, svoltando l’angolo, ti infili in un piccolo vicolo e scopri un gioiello. Il Papei de turta ( le carte della farinata) é un intimo locale ben arredato ed accogliente. Il menù semplice è sempre una garanzia di freschezza, sapienza ed efficienza. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dai piatti appetitosi, eseguiti con maestria dallo chef, nella cucina a vista. Alcuni vini sono proposti al calice e anche se non note le etichette/annate avete la sensazione di potervi fidare. L’acqua viene inclusa nel coperto ( bonus) ed i prezzi sono interessanti. Da ritornarci per assaggiare gli altri piatti in menu.

15/02/2025: Locale intimo, tranquillo, arredato con gusto, servizio curato e impeccabile. Cibo ottimo, ingredienti di qualità, porzioni abbondanti. I primi davvero spaziali, pane e focaccia fatti da loro buonissimi. Gentilezza, affabilità e professionalità.
