06/03/2025: Dei veri barboni !!! Ho pagato una cioccolata con panna al banco, in piedi, 5.50 euro , bevo una cioccolata con la panna prevista nel prezzo, che mi sembra già più che sufficiente, ma chiedo un po’ di panna in più . Ringrazio, faccio i complimenti per la cioccolata buona, sto per uscire, ma una cameriera mi urla di pagare il supplemento panna . Rimango basita, e dico che non mi era mai successo, ma lei mi chiede 2 euro di supplemento. Morale: una cioccolata con panna 7.50 euro in piedi. Le ho lasciato sul bancone 8 euro per pena. Sono stata nelle migliori pasticcerie del mondo, e nessuno ha mai chiesto supplementi. La classe e l’eleganza di un locale fanno la differenza. E voi non la fate !!! A mai più .

02/02/2025: Peccato per l’ improvvisazione nell’organizzazione. Una sola persona che prende ordini dentro e fuori. Nessun criterio nel servizio al tavolo. Caffè e cappuccino e dopo 15 minuti i cornetti. Tavolo accanto 20 minuti per servire monoporzioni già pronte al banco. Se entrate dentro l’inferno. Nessuno che vi spieghi come funziona. La cassiera che si alza per illustrare i prodotti in frigo. Sui prodotti non si discute ma per giustificare la posizione nei ranking delle pasticcerie e il costo il servizio deve essere all’altezza. Peccato un’occasione persa per dimostrare che i dettagli fanno la differenza

14/06/2025: Disappointing. We are sorry to write this, because we have always had a good experience. We hadn't had pizza here for a long time but we didn't expect it to be totally different from how we remembered it. The only explanation we gave ourselves is that they probably changed pizza chef... because nothing resembles the quality of the previous pizza. The dough seems heavy and reminds me of American pizzas, I don't know how else to describe it. The ingredients are nothing special, they almost seem to have been put together haphazardly... the parmigiana even seemed tasteless. The quantity was there but the quality leaves much to be desired... we don't know how else to describe them, we were really dissatisfied.

24/06/2025: Looks delicious but actually didn't. The pasta is too salty to finish the dish, risotto with seafood just felt like all from frozen food stock. Steak,,,, well, I will not recommend to order it.

24/06/2025: Hello, Last week, we went to this place with 2 families for dinner. We asked for a menu. We ordered our meals. Later, when we went to pay the bill, the bill that they had made out was 250 euros, although we thought it should have been 90 euros. They had written 28 euros just for sitting there. When we objected, they said it was written on the menu. When we looked at the menu, they had written something in Italian in very small letters. We ordered 9 euros of meat on the menu. They wrote 27 euros on the bill. When we asked the price on the menu, they said that price was for 100 gr, we brought you 300 gr. They don't tell you these things up front. If you go there, be very careful.

13/04/2025: In pieno stile Pigneto, prezzi esegerati per prodotti e servizi di bassa qualità. Piatti a livello mensa aziendale. Uno scandalo le brocche di acqua del rubinetto a 2,5 euro. Siamo andati per trovare degli amici che abitano lì e forse sono abituati a questi standard, ma certo non ci torneremo.

13/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena con amici premetto che abbiamo prenotato in largo anticipo la cena che avevamo concordato con il responsabile,arrivati alle 21 il gazebo non era disponibile e ci voleva apparecchiare fuori alle nostre rimostranze ci ha trovato un tavolo coperto e ora passiamo alla cena di quello concordato non hanno portato nulla, panzanella portata in quantità industriali pizza ripiena di verdure non inserita nel menù,birra finita,gas del fungo finito,pasta all'arrabbiata da dimenticare solo aglio e peperoncino con pomodoro sapore di attaccato questa la nostra non cena e sono stato anche buono,concludo con serata da dimenticare state alla larga

25/04/2025: Uno dei nostri punti di riferimento ma stasera…servizio non sincronizzato su nessun piatto, tempi di attesa lunghi, spaghetto con colatura di alici insipido, orata gratinata piccola come un dessert. Alle nostre lamentele dicono di voler recuperare ma la storia continua e ci sarebbe ancora molto altro da dire. Si sono adagiati e vanno ora a risparmio? Noi non ritorneremo.

12/04/2025: Piatti miseri, abbiamo preso uno spaghetto allo scoglio che di scoglio c’era davvero ben poco; solo teste di gamberi, gusci di cozze vuoti e pasta slegata dal sugo.

26/06/2025: there is a special place in hell below for this restaurant and staff. i arrived with my girls happy as can be, excited after meeting with the kind greeter. unfortunately that’s where kindness ended. we sat down for thirty minutes waiting for someone to take our order, so we finally decided to call the host to us and ask if we can get a waiter. he did not want to take our order and wanted us to wait for a waiter but i insisted he just take it. another waiter literally pretended not to speak english or spanish (like girl come on i heard you speaking english). I asked three different waiters to take our order. i am aware of the slow pace of dining here, but everyone that arrived after us was attended to. finally left after 45 minutes of no service. PLEASE do not go here. the place next to it (i believe it is called camillo) is deeeelicious go there.

22/06/2025: The service was good, and the waiters were polite. The Carbonara pasta and Margherita pizza were delicious. The order was prepared quickly.

27/04/2025: It has changed management (now from Orientals) and name. Lapsed in quality and service and prices higher than average.

20/03/2025: in questo ristorante se così si può chiamare ho mangiato in modo orribile con vista all interno della cucina nella quale gli utensili sono così unti che neanche gli insetti ci si appoggerebbero e il cuoco lavora il cibo senza guanti con le mani sporche i camerieri urlano e si schiamazzano all interno dell locale e trattano i commensali in modo inappropriato i bagni sono sporchi e pieni di polvere i piatti presi ( una amatriciana e una cotoletta erano rancidi e schifosi io personalmente non lo ritengo alla altezza delle recensioni date.

13/04/2025: The food was ok....very basic, almost minimal Italian. Definitely geared towards tourist pallette. The location is why you want to eat here. This is a fantastic place to people watch!

24/03/2025: Well this one was recommended by our guide and I will say that it did not disappoint. We had just over an hour and 10 people in our party. The waiter recommended dishes that cook quickly (pasta and pizza) and of course vino and spritzers are quick too. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was terrific and the prices were right in line with what I would expect. If you have a short time, or more time I would recommend this place to enjoy your meal. The lighting was a bit off on my phone.
