06/04/2024: As mentioned by many reviews, the position of the tables outside is very nice. We ordered the tuna Genoese, the risotto, a fry and fried anchovies and water and a falanghina to drink. All pretty good. Perhaps the fried calamari alone (to which some shrimp were added by mistake) convinced me less. Bill 80 euros. It's not a lot, it's not very little, but it must be said that the dishes are plentiful. One thing that I don't like but which is becoming very popular is the digital menu, but obviously these are corporate choices.

07/04/2024: Intrigued by the place, I passed by by car several times and yesterday I had the opportunity to try it. Since it was Saturday evening, there was a wait, but the process was done quite quickly. The interior of the place is - to my taste - a little too narrow to accommodate the customers and the shouting plus the background music did not allow us to chat peacefully. However, the staff turned out to be friendly and accommodating. The protagonist, pasta, was exalted with the homage to Vittorio and with GUALANEGNA. Impeccable cooking - al dente - and correct portion for my taste. I recommend it, on average between 10-15 euros per person if you don't want to also take starters, wines and desserts. That is, the classic pasta dish as comfort food.

04/04/2024: Great food, service and overall experience. They were accommodating and changed the dish when I asked to make it vegetarian, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was really nice too. Definitely a must try in Salerno. For the pasta dish of the day, they had a vegetarian option and a non-vegetarian option, which was nice.

02/04/2024: Resilienza has one of the best pizzas I have ever seen. The service is quick, the pizza tastes amazing and the location is gorgeous. The prices are low and very reasonable. It’s everything I want from an authentic Italian pizza restaurant. I can full-heartedly recommend this place!

04/05/2024: It's a shame we don't live in Salerno to be able to return often! Very pleasant evening full of "unique" flavors!!!!! I would like to recommend it to everyone but I'm afraid of never finding a free table again..... Really worth trying!

04/05/2024: Unique in every sense. He is the only one, the "host" of this wonderful modern tavern in the heart of old Salerno, friendly, empathetic, the soul of a young and attentive team. The blackboard that replaces the menu offers us a quantity of appetizers, one better than the other and therefore indispensable, which remind us of the "Salerno" style of Spanish tapis. The sequel to the first and second courses was excellent. Atmosphere, attention to detail, friendliness, warmth... The ONLY mistake you could make if you pass through Salerno is not coming to eat AT THE ONE.

15/03/2024: Sono Napoletano ma frequento Salerno per motivi affettivi da 10 anni. Mea culpa per non aver provato prima questo locale. In centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalle principali “attrazioni”, ma non turistico. Menù ricco ma non eccessivo. Piatti semplici “tradizionali” misti a qualche innovazione e abbinamenti ricercati. Fritture asciutte croccanti e abbondanti. Ottimo il baccalà ed anche i calamaretti. Troccoli con granchietto buonissimo e anche io tonno croccante. Vino rosato imbottigliato (20€) e liquore offerto. Costo 85€ Credo che per la qualità e la bontà dei piatti siano ottimamente spesi. Una nota particolare al proprietario e la sua famiglia, davvero cortesi e simpaticissimi

25/02/2024: Locale non molto grande,tavoli un po' piccoli e un po' troppo vicini tra loro. In tre non riuscivamo a mettere le diverse portate sul tavolo. Servizio rapido,discreta scelta dei vini. Abbiamo preso prima diversi antipasti, di buona qualità e pesce cotto bene. Poi ho preso uno scialatiello ai frutti di mare, buono ma mancava un po' di carattere ed era presente qualche guscio rotto. Frittura nella media. Prezzo giusto,sui 40-50 a testa. Locale pieno anche a pranzo infrasettimanale quindi consiglio di prenotare

07/03/2024: We booked Hydra after seeing it in Michelin Selected list, but the dinner was a disappointing one. The dishes we tried had interesting combinations, but they didn't work out well: - carbonara foam + cocoa - mullet + red fruits - pork + apple - amberjack + some cookie base - risotto + sea weed + bottarga They do look nice and interesting on paper, but when we tasted them they just didn't make sense. The flavours didn't elevate each other. Both pieces of fish (amberjack and mullet), and even the pork had a foul smell as well. They _should_ be fresh, but maybe something is off about the marination / storage / cooking - I can only speculate, but it left us with a sense of discomfort. I had some digestional issues that night but it's hard to be certain that it was linked to this dinner. The textures are rich: cheese in foam, fish + crunchy base etc. Presentation was top notch for every single dish, we were actually most impressed by the bread plate. Risotto was cooked to perfection. We didn't see any faults in the service either, and the atmosphere was good enough. In summary, it seems the chef wanted to came up with interesting flavour combinations, with a rich mixture of textures and amazing presentation. I believe he delivered in all of these, except the most important one: flavour, therefore we didn't leave the restaurant satisfied.

16/02/2024: For Valentine's Day dinner we chose this well-reviewed Salerno restaurant. The menu was very intriguing. The amberjack with fennel powder on beetroot was worth the trip. The cellar is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. All gluten free.

29/04/2024: I've read so many positive reviews about this place which makes me think that we obviously stumbled upon it at a bad time There were three of us if I remember correctly on April 20th, lunch A little gloomy place. Discreet service although I found the waiter to use too many words, all great explanations for common dishes. Starter: octopus on a bed of puree, it could have been pleasant if there had been a little salt... First course: scialatielli with clams and courgette flowers…. clams to look for. The pasta seemed to have been mixed with water and flour, left on the plate, inedible. The classic dark chocolate cake was saved.... Three starters, three first courses, two desserts, wine €134.00. It could have been there if it had been edible. To forget….

26/02/2024: Pessima esperienza . Un tagliere senza prosciutto , solo mortadella , salame , pancetta e qualche scaglia di formaggio. Polpette giganti gelate e precotte … presumibilmente già cotte da qualche giorno, perché molli. Quando siamo andati a pagare all’interno, abbiamo notato che nel banco gli alimenti erano conservati in condizioni igienico sanitarie molto scadenti. Considerato che eravamo sei persone e che non abbiamo preso bottiglie di vino abbiamo pagato veramente tanto per una qualità di cibo assolutamente scadente La prima è l’ultima.

03/03/2024: Excellent!! Not only was the food Amazing, the Chef and Waitress were also lovely. 💖 I can't imagine a better place for Sunday Lunch. We had cheese, salumi, vegatables, frittata - we skipped Primi (pasta) to get to Segundi. It was several types of grilled meats and salad. We were going to pass on dessert but the waitress said she would make us just a little, tiny dessert... 😄 It was a tiny piece of every dessert! 😍 Each dessert was better than the last. We had such a great time! We had wine and ate to heart's content. Go!! You'll love it!!
