Each time, they amaze us with new offerings, sophisticated and refined flavors, and unexpected pairings that captivate those who love culinary innovation. 11/09/2025: We decided to book a dinner reservation for my birthday at this fantastic restaurant, not knowing it and relying solely on the reviews we'd read. What can I say...it was a MAGICAL evening! We tried the "rudere" appetizer and the tuna tartare, which were highly recommended. I've never had tuna this good! The first courses were spectacular, offering an explosion of flavor from the first bite. My compliments to the chef and the waiter, who was super kind and courteous, ready to explain each course he served. Thank you both for a fantastic evening! Prices were average. See you next time!!

20/10/2025: A quite busy place, we were there for about half hours, seeing a lot of take out. So many choices for the pizza, and we try three favourites. They are all very good, but recommended to try their Napoli sorrento, which is very unique (only in Naples), and we like it.

20/10/2025: This was our first dining experience in Naples, and we (a single mom with two sons age 5 and 11) struck gold on Saturday! We received a warm welcome, and the lady of the house recommended a number of choices that were spot on. As the icing on the cake, we even got a free dessert from the chef. All in all, a wonderful experience and fantastic service! Love from Amsterdam

26/09/2025: Good view and nice staff, the food is also delicious. Two persons for fresh fish and dessert (without alcohol) is 182 euro.

08/11/2025: Refood was one of our favorite places we ate at during our trip to Sorrento! We ended up eating there twice it was so amazing. We had the calamari, clams linguine, lasagna, and gnocchi a la Sorrento. The calamari was tender and tasted like it had been caught that same day, and the gnocchi was made using potatoes from the owner’s farm. Both times we went the service was great and we loved getting to know the amazing family who owns the place. I highly recommend! Be sure and check out the owner’s wine cellar while you’re there as well.

30/10/2025: We were a bit pushed for time with our toddler with us so only had time for a main and quick desert I feel I must leave a review. The traditional local dishes were perfect and even our smallest family member approved! We had the Gnocchi alla Sorrento and a Spaghetti alla nerano that was perfectly balanced (when a cheese dish like that could have ended up cloying). The service was also very friendly. Although the building is spacious it has a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Grazie millie!

01/11/2025: We came for lunch and it was a wonderful experience! A beautiful day that made the already breathtaking view even more spectacular. We ate divinely: top-quality products, impeccably cooked. Francesco recommended and explained the dishes perfectly, with great knowledge and kindness. For me, the linguine with squid was simply exceptional!

12/11/2025: Absolutely fantastic! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere incredibly relaxing, and the service warm and attentive. I had the best octopus I’ve ever eaten in my life — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

30/10/2025: During my stay in Naples, I visited this restaurant two days in a row. In two days, I tried three types of pizza, some pasta, and a risotto: everything was truly delicious. The waiter was also extremely kind. Thanks to him, my last dinner in Italy became a truly special experience. If I ever return to Italy, it will definitely be one of the first places I visit again. 12/10/2025: A restaurant a bit out of the way, but within walking distance of the city center in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is small but cozy, located in a basement. The tiny mezzanine, with a few tables, is charming, creating a sense of distance from the rest of the space below. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting. The menu is excellent, not overly varied or elaborate, yet very interesting. Traditional dishes, more or less elaborate, are well-proportioned. The wine list is good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available. The price/quality ratio is decent.

28/10/2025: The chef, along with Adriano and his wife, took us on a journey with the flavors he infused into every dish. Flavors that could be found in every single ingredient and the wine was top-notch. Exceptional hospitality and always attentive to our needs. What can I say about Chef Paolo? We could have stayed there listening to him for hours between one dish and the next. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

21/10/2025: When haute cuisine uses love, the result is unique. Paolo Gramaglia is not only a great chef, he is a great artist who skillfully creates works of art with simple ingredients. His art impressed me; in eight courses (actually nine because I couldn't leave out the egg), we had totally different culinary experiences that nevertheless remain etched in my memory. The artichoke (which I normally don't like) literally impressed me with its unique, INDESCRIBABLE taste. The egg, which I adore, I ate for the first time without anything else: just it, until the obligatory final mopping up. It's not a restaurant for everyone (and I'm not speaking from an economic point of view, of course) because in many starred restaurants these days (except those in Campania) they carry out daring experiments to demonstrate some inventiveness, but mainly they prefer to experiment with marketing techniques to fill the rooms and therefore have a clientele more interested in making a good impression than in enjoying delicacies, but not at The President. At The Presidente there is an artistic atelier without particular frills where you go simply to travel with your palate and your mind.

29/10/2025: Very delicious pizza and great service. We enjoyed the view and sound of sea waves while having a glass of wine. I highly recommend you stopping by and eat here. Btw, their homemade tiramisu is delicious so don’t skip the dessert.

15/10/2025: We had a great time at Tirabuscio learning how to make Italian style pizza. The class also included an olive oil tasting and wine with our pizza. Our pizza chef Luigi was outstanding, he was informative, personable and made everyone in the class feel comfortable. As a bonus to the class they offer free van service that picks up the attendees at a location near the town center of Sorrento and drives them to and from the class. The van service saves you approximately 30-35 Euros each way if you were to take a cab. If you love pizza, I highly recommend you take the class at Tirabuscio.
