When you first arrive, it's so simple you can barely believe it, but then... friendly staff, quality ingredients, and perfectly leavened pizza dough. The result was wow. Everything was delicious and the value for money was excellent. We'll definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone. The Diavola is sublime.

I celebrated my 50th birthday on April 30, 2026, at Tenuta Ippocrate, and it was an experience I would repeat exactly the same. I'll start with the food, which is fundamental to me: the highest quality, but also true abundance. Each dish is meticulously crafted, with authentic flavors and perfect balance. A special thanks to Chef Aldo Basile, with whom I shared this journey step by step: professionalism, availability, and passion in every choice. Chef Aldo Basile is the beating heart of the Tenuta. Thanks also to the very sweet Matilde at reception, always present and attentive, and to all the dining room staff: very young but truly prepared, polite, and impeccable in their service. Thanks also to Antonella Perrino, owner of Tenuta Ippocrate, for her presence, kindness, and refinement. The decorations, curated by the wonderful Daniela of "La Valigia di Carta," were elegant, harmonious, and perfectly in keeping with the evening's theme. Photographer Arpaia captured every moment with great sensitivity and professionalism. Everyone involved, from the estate staff to the collaborators, contributed to making this evening special, with attention to every detail. Thanks also to DJ Joe Clemente and vocalist Mario Tagino, whose music and energy made the atmosphere even more captivating and unforgettable. 03/05/2026: We just left the estate. A wonderful weekend, caressed by the breathtaking beauty of the panorama and pampered by the attentive care of Matilde and Rachele. Bright and spacious rooms, top-notch hygiene. Special mention to the chef for the excellent delicacies prepared for a sweet awakening. The spa is beautiful, I especially recommend the massages, which provide well-being for body and mind. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything

02/03/2026: My family and I had lunch on Sunday. The location was beautiful, but we had a long wait for our food to arrive. The bread arrived after we'd almost finished our appetizers, and after we'd asked for it. For our first courses, we had ravioli and cannazze with ragù, both delicious. The house wine was a bit pricey: €4 for half a glass. The atmosphere was fabulous, but the rest could be better.

25/04/2026: Excellent agriturismo, they make you feel at home. The food is excellent, great for families, and they also have rooms for sleeping. Surrounded by greenery, it's perfect for those who want to escape the monotonous, chaotic city. Excellent service, and Mrs. Silvana is very kind and available for everything.

We even decided to have lunch there, and we were absolutely satisfied. Quality products and absolutely fair prices. Congratulations, you guys are a great place. Keep it up!

02/11/2025: Beware of the young saleswoman. She tried to overcharge us by pressing down on the scale to weigh sausages that were already priced! I took a pork sausage and a wild boar sausage and gave them to her. I saw her put them on the scale and casually rest her hand on them in the corner. At first, I thought, "She doesn't understand anything. She doesn't know how to do this." I could see that there was no fixed price she was getting, obviously, and then she came out with an astronomical price of €44 for the two sausages! I said, "Oh no, at that price, of course I'm not buying them!" We put them back in the basket. I grabbed two more from the side and realized that the prices were already fixed on each sausage, which had already been weighed! They were already €11 and €13, which is an astronomical price for the size of these sausages, which, to make matters worse, weren't even local! Too fatty, too salty, and not made in the valley! So, a double rip-off. In short, beware, it's a tourist trap!!! And the saleswoman clearly thinks you're an idiot... I don't recommend this place. You'll find better, cheaper, and more honest options elsewhere...
