19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

11/06/2025: The food was okay, but the pizza looked like a frozen pizza and was relatively small for the price. The ice cream sundae, which cost €15, consisted of only two scoops of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate. I expected much more for that price. When we looked at the menu, the waiter offered us Coke, which wasn't on the menu and cost €10 for a 0.33l bottle. This place is definitely not recommended and is a complete rip-off. Stay away!

03/01/2026: They try to rip you off. We had two beers outside, without any complimentary nuts. They charged us €12, and when we told them the menu said €5, they said it was the cover charge. What cover charge? And when we complained, they said, "Haven't you been to the bathroom?" No, we hadn't. So, they're out to get tourists.

17/11/2025: Unfortunately, we made the mistake of not asking about the prices beforehand – they weren't displayed anywhere. We also had to wait a very long time for service. We were initially charged €20 for two 0.33-liter beers. Only after I inquired was the amount reduced to €12. The items on the bill were incomprehensible. Overall, it seems like a rip-off to me.

10/11/2025: The classic tourist trap that ruins Italy's image. No prices displayed (creative strategy, I imagine). Two takeaway coffees + a day-old sandwich: €15. Not an Italian tradition, but a tradition of ripping off tourists. Italy deserves better. Tourists too.

23/09/2025: Yes, we were swayed inside by the owner standing in the street, but I wasn’t the least bit disappointed in our choice. The tagliatelle d’Ischia was delicious, and our waitress was attentive. Grazie mille!

19/09/2025: Please don't go. Table booked, they only bring the menu after a good half hour... Forgetting water and bread. From 8:45 PM we ate (??) To 10:50 PM!!! For a fried calamari and shrimp dish and two shrimp cocktails and a mineral water!! Excessively priced for the quality and quantity... Avoid!!!!

25/01/2026: I stopped for a coffee because it was raining and I was tired. I'd been warned from the reviews that they might charge me for cover. They didn't, although the coffee only cost €2.50.

09/01/2026: It's New Year's Eve and still offers good service in the evenings. Good coffee and babà. Reasonable prices considering it's in the arcade.

01/02/2026: This place should be shut down; it's a complete rip-off. Horrible! The waiter was rude, sitting at our table uninvited, making inappropriate comments, bringing us more dishes than we ordered, offering us a free shot that they then charged us for, and asking for an extra tip. Never go to this restaurant!

13/07/2025: Esperienza deludente Sono passata in questa pasticceria passeggiando per le vie del corso , ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente. I dolci in vetrina avevano un bell’aspetto, ma una volta assaggiati si sono rivelati del tutto insapori e sicuramente non freschi. Il personale è stato freddo, scorbutico, sembrava quasi infastidito dalla nostra presenza. Nessun sorriso, nessuna attenzione al cliente anzi aggressivo. Il locale, inoltre, non era particolarmente pulito: i tavolini avevano ancora le briciole dei clienti precedenti. Delusi tutti i componenti della mia compagnia, ben 15 persone!! Il cassier , vi descrivo per correttezza, il più scorbutico, pelato guardate il suo viso prima di ordinare. Purtroppo o per fortunata non torneremo. Ci sono molte altre pasticcerie nella zona che meritano. Napoli città dai mille colori e piena di calore, che sfortunata essere entrati qui. Sconsiglio vivamente di entrare qui dentro, C R E D E T E M I o meglio provare per credere. 2 stelle per l insegna!

29/06/2025: Caffè nella media ma bagni sconvolgenti. Non si può andare in bagno e trovare uno scempio del genere .. entrambi i servizi vergognosi…. …..Come la risposta del personale quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ! Evitatelo !

25/05/2025: Manager propietario gentile e anche I camerieri...assolutamente ringrazio per la gentilezza della precedenza avuta per mia moglia incinta...ma onestamente non ci ritornerei, qualità prezzo zero! Pizza NON napoletana una margherita 14€ il prezzo di Capri, frittura di calamari bruciata che ancora la devo digerire, una birra 10€...ho sbagliato io dovevo capire che è un posto per turisti ma proprio per questo vi scrivo; la nostra città merita qualità, se mettete questi prezzi dovete esserne all'altezza di cioʻ...non è una questione economica ma di obbiettività....di solito non scrivo recenzioni ma spero che capiate che ad oggi mettere prezzi alti richiede anche un servizio e una qualità di prodotti all'altezza e non avere la mentalità del" chi se ne frega tsnto passano tanti turisti" Dio vi benedica ma non ci ritornerei mai piu.

09/11/2025: absolutely horrendous!! we were looking for a place to eat and the friendly staff welcomed us inside, we looked at the menu and after 3 minutes of not finding anything we wanted, we decided to try our luck somewhere else. we politely told our waiter thank you, that we couldn’t find anything we liked and started heading out. to our surprise the manager suddenly told us we have to pay 2.5€ per person for just sitting there for three minutes! our table wasn’t even set yet, glasses plates and utensils still weren’t on our table! he got so mad that he even broke a glass that he was holding! we started fearing for our safety and decided to take the loss and pay. the atmosphere is horrible! terrible management!! never been treated with such disrespect!

17/10/2025: Warning! Rip-off!!! Please stay far away from this place. The food is overpriced, not fresh, the portions are tiny, and the service is disgusting. Don't order a large beer—you'll get a liter for €15! We got a €100 bill for two people—it wasn't worth it. You'll leave the restaurant with a bitter taste in your mouth, hungry, and in a bad mood :(

16/01/2026: Even with your eyes open, Kobe is a shameless rip-off store. Because there are so many foreign tourists, they make a lot of strange claims. They even forced us to withdraw cash from the ATM right in front of the store, saying they don't accept credit cards. Stores like this deserve to be shut down.
