24/10/2025: Not a great Beach and its expensive to use

14/10/2025: Great private beach. Amazing views. Expect to pay for loungers, but staff were friendly! 15€ per person for entry for the day including loungers. Worth it for the beautiful scenery and water!

20/10/2025: Not wanting to go to a restaurant, we decided to grab a quick bite, so we did! The display case wasn't very inviting, but we tried it anyway. We spent 36 euros, and we almost emptied the counter, especially since it was late at 9:30 PM. We asked for everything to be reheated. When we started eating, the food was hard and barely warm! (Of course, we put it in the microwave). Thanks, but we won't be back. Then we wanted to sit down, but we didn't know it had a different price (two of them came to tell us we couldn't and we had to pay something extra). For God's sake, we didn't want to steal your chairs. But the Coke was cold.

14/08/2025: LOOKS GREAT ! My wife and I were back in beautiful Salerno for 6 days....our fav place in Italy. Apart from all the fabulous restaurants, cafes, espresso bars and gelato shops the beauty of Salerno is it's walkability factor. On Saturday we walked from our apartment on Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Bar Rosa al Corso for delicious mid morning cappuccinos. Directly across the mall we saw this sandwich shop and decided to have a peek inside. Lots of amazing looking fresh made sandwiches & more to go. No seating inside but plenty on the covered outdoor dining area. I bought a bottle of spring water and put this spot on our list for future reference. IT'S ALL GOOD !

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Admittedly, my visit was a few months ago. I was with a tour group, which meant everyone arrived at the same time and wanted to leave at the same time. Only three pizzas were brought to our table for four. (We all received four appetizers.) My pizza only arrived after I reminded them three times (about 15 minutes later). Consequently, the dessert (cake) also arrived late. Since the entire group had already finished, I didn't really have time to eat it. A waiter accidentally spilled my Coke, which wasn't a problem at first. When I asked for a new Coke, I was initially told I would have to pay for it. Only after a brief discussion did I finally receive it free of charge. Overall, it seemed to me that the staff was somewhat overwhelmed by the size of the group. Unfortunately, I forgot to write this review at the time. As I said, my visit was a few months ago, and the situation may be different now.

12/09/2025: ⛔️ Restaurant to Avoid ⛔️ Inedible dish. We ordered seafood pasta with shrimp in sauce: very salty taste, unpleasant odor... The seafood was clearly not fresh. If you want to get sick, this is the place to go. Service-wise, a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant, but the waiter was rude and impatient. He stood right behind us, staring at us for several minutes, nervously tapping on a neighboring table and making noise with his pen to push us to order faster. We found this behavior extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. They don't take the time for strangers. Very disappointed by this experience, especially for a restaurant with high prices: we expected decent service and quality products, but that wasn't the case. A very bad experience; I had chosen this restaurant for my birthday. This will remain etched in my memory and not for good memories...

12/12/2025: Surprised to see the bad reviews. My experience was excellent. We were in a hurry, with no time to check reviews, and they were almost closing, yet they still agreed to take our order. We ordered two mixed cuoppo, and they were absolutely delicious—great street food to go. The seafood was fresh and very good fried. I truly enjoyed it, and I know seafood well since I’m from the coast. I also needed to use the bathroom, and they were kind enough to let me use it even though they were already closed. Overall, it was a really good experience for us.

12/12/2025: Ordered tiramisu, it’s very old and not edible 8 euros wasted.

09/11/2025: The All Saints' Day lunch featured a €25 per person menu that included a choice of first and second courses, along with a glass of wine. Homemade dessert. Everything was delicious; they're professionals.

20/09/2025: Ridiculous prices! Unimaginable food! You ask for one thing and they bring you another. They don't know how to make scarpariello, but it's a matriciana. Zero flavor! I can't tell you about any other first courses, they should be closed because cooking isn't their art.

22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

04/12/2025: At first, we were a bit cautious because of the not-so-positive reviews. However, since nothing else around was open in the afternoon, we decided to give it a try. I honestly don’t think it was as bad as some people described. For me, it was quite okay. The music could definitely have been less loud, but it was nothing unbearable. The service was good, the pizza was nice, and the seafood was also enjoyable. We certainly did not experience any food poisoning. :)

19/11/2025: They sell very average fish and the price is on the menu by grams so you don't realize it costs almost 50 euros.

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

03/12/2025: AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! We stopped in mid afternoon for a quick coffee. Place was empty, and she told us to sit, then brought the coffee out. We used the washroom and i stopped to pay for the 2.50e coffee with a 5. She shook her head and said no its 9 euro because you used the washroom. Nothing on the menu indicated there is a 3.25e per person coperto. We left double the amount on the table and left which we though was generous enough, especially since we knew we were getting scammed. 2 blocks down the road she came running after us and screaming at us She threatened to call the police.

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

20/10/2025: The woman offering us ice cream, older, with short black hair and a man's body, acts like she hates her job and everyone else, and obviously with that attitude, her energy returns, like everything in life. We just wanted ice cream and coffee, we arrived and she popped her head in, already tired and as if we were idiot tourists wasting her time. We'd been looking at the ice creams for 30 seconds, she put them down. We wanted a spoon, so we took one, and she said no, that she's giving them to us unless we remember Covid. Look, Covid is already over, she won't give us a spoon even though it's her job, well, we do it, people like that are honestly horrible in life. Honestly, it seems like she's working as a punishment. Well, don't pay her, she doesn't deserve to work honestly until she changes her attitude. Honestly, if you go you'll know who she is. I've never had worse service.

14/12/2025: nothing beats the sunset view from this place, so that's the main reason I stopped by. Take consideration that I went in winter time, so lots of free tables, the food was good but the pasta and shrimp was amazing!! The service was ok, no complaints. Everything is overpriced for me, my bill a shrimp starter and first plate e second plate with two coke zeros end up 68 euros, which is a LOT for me! But like I said, the view they have from the amalfi coast is amazing, worth stopping by for a coffee at least

14/12/2025: Pizza from the service station! Thank God it was a beautiful day! A glass of wine cost 7 euros...a little strange.
