22/08/2025: A casual place in a beautiful location. The food is simple but good, especially the tuna and onion pizza. Prices are average.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

24/10/2025: They forgot to serve us even though they served all 3 courses to the group next to us that came after us. They argued amongst themselves about it and when they served the food, it was salty. We lost all of our excursion time because of this 😔

19/10/2025: Spectacular view. Exceptional food. Smiling, friendly, and very professional staff. Margherita ravioli with shrimp and lemon is a delight. 10+

23/09/2025: Yes, we were swayed inside by the owner standing in the street, but I wasn’t the least bit disappointed in our choice. The tagliatelle d’Ischia was delicious, and our waitress was attentive. Grazie mille!

19/09/2025: Please don't go. Table booked, they only bring the menu after a good half hour... Forgetting water and bread. From 8:45 PM we ate (??) To 10:50 PM!!! For a fried calamari and shrimp dish and two shrimp cocktails and a mineral water!! Excessively priced for the quality and quantity... Avoid!!!!

19/06/2025: Tuvimos los espaguetis nerano y carbonara de espagueti, ambos muy sabrosos y auténticos. El servicio era pobre, con el personal que se cruza con bastante grosero y tuvimos que perseguirlos por la ensalada que habíamos pedido. La vista y frente a la playa es una ventaja masiva.

04/06/2025: Una bellissima vista mare a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, prezzo leggermente alto a confronto ad altri ristoranti situati in zone di mare, ma qualità e quantità di prodotto di pesce a volontà, più pesce che pasta, veramente tanto a tal punto che non ho cenato la sera perché sazio e soddisfatto del pranzo

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

20/10/2025: The woman offering us ice cream, older, with short black hair and a man's body, acts like she hates her job and everyone else, and obviously with that attitude, her energy returns, like everything in life. We just wanted ice cream and coffee, we arrived and she popped her head in, already tired and as if we were idiot tourists wasting her time. We'd been looking at the ice creams for 30 seconds, she put them down. We wanted a spoon, so we took one, and she said no, that she's giving them to us unless we remember Covid. Look, Covid is already over, she won't give us a spoon even though it's her job, well, we do it, people like that are honestly horrible in life. Honestly, it seems like she's working as a punishment. Well, don't pay her, she doesn't deserve to work honestly until she changes her attitude. Honestly, if you go you'll know who she is. I've never had worse service.

11/10/2025: being in Italy for a couple of days now and I can say that’s the worse costumer treatment I have gotten so far. We had no food but drinks while waiting for our boat and doesn’t matter what you ask the guy just answered with “prego”. Definitely one time costumer :)

After a while, I noticed in the kitchen that they took out a ready-made pizza from the fridge, opened the plastic packaging, and heated up a frozen pizza in the oven. Paying €14 for a frozen pizza is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a terrible scam. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all, especially when one expects genuine Italian food. I ordered a Margherita pizza for take-away and had to wait 15 minutes, even though the restaurant was completely empty (it was 10 PM). 26/09/2025: Awful - worst food we’ve had by far in Italy. I also was told they served me GF pasta and it definitely wasn’t because I got sick. Just avoid it at all costs

11/06/2025: The food was okay, but the pizza looked like a frozen one and was relatively small for the price. The ice cream sundae, which they offered for €15, only consisted of two scoops of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate. For that price, I would have expected a lot more. While we were still looking at the menu, the waiter offered us Coke, which wasn't listed and cost €10 for a 0.33l bottle. I definitely don't recommend this place and it's a complete rip-off. Stay away!

11/10/2025: After leaving the excavations, we learned that from now on, reading a restaurant's reviews before sitting down will become a priority. We went to Pompeii for the first time to try, among other things, pizza, baba, limoncello, and fish... we found the first three to be phenomenal ELSEWHERE, but for the fish, we chose this restaurant. Our verdict? AVOID! The location, we could even call it "characteristic," but as soon as we were seated, we immediately asked to change seats because the table was "unsafe." After securing a safe spot, we ordered grilled fish, mixed fried fish, and a mixed salad. Unfortunately, in the end, we found ourselves eating almost exclusively the salad (which was also peculiar because it contained slices of sweet and sour peppers from a jar). The fish, first of all, didn't look inviting, the portions were very small considering the price, and above all, it looked ugly. I've never eaten a fried fish meal where I had to open it and remove the bones. The grilled squid was cold and rubbery (probably already served), the shrimp weren't cleaned properly, and the black ink on their backs hadn't been removed. In the end, we gave up and paid the full bill (complaining without making a fuss), but the elderly lady at the cash register didn't flinch, she took the money, goodbye and thank you. We'll try the fish elsewhere... definitely not at this restaurant. AWFUL!

05/10/2025: Best PRAWNS I have ever ate. All super fresh. Green salad like from my grandmother garden full of sun, even in October, so fresh. Traditional Italian lady-owner with no mobile, but phone 💗 Only one waiter speaks English, I was glad for him being there for every evening I came. He knew ingredients, so I could choose well, because I have food allergies.

31/08/2025: You stroll, stroll, and shop inside the Campania shopping center, but sooner or later you have to stop for something to eat. Yesterday, instead of going for dessert, I wanted something savory... and I didn't regret it at all. The pizza was obviously very good, and I had no doubts. Even the mini pastry was truly delicious.

24/08/2025: Pasta with old tuna, with an unpleasant sour smell, although I had bought it for the child, I could NOT eat it. Lack of professionalism, even when I informed the staff they had nothing to say. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

15/08/2025: A very bad experience at this cafe. The staff were rude and disrespectful. I had booked my accommodation through Booking.com with breakfast included, and since the host has a partnership with this cafe, we expected decent service. Unfortunately, we felt like we were being treated as if we were getting breakfast for free, meaning "at a discount." On the first day, without specifying that we had the Booking.com package, we were served large cups of freshly squeezed orange juice. The next day, when we showed our reservation card, to our surprise, we received very small cups of bottled juice, the kind you find in supermarkets. When I asked for it, the waitress insisted, saying it was "freshly squeezed" and "natural"... 😱 On the last day, before we were even seated, a server called me to the counter and asked me "the usual?" in a curt and inconsiderate tone. In short: no professionalism, no welcome, and discriminatory treatment of Booking.com customers. Avoid at all costs. I do not recommend it at all.

27/07/2025: Rude staff, especially the Bangladeshi idiot with the goatee who takes orders with a PDA. At the end of an argument, we apologized, but he didn't even accept our apology. He's a World Cup-level rude guy, and he deserves to be sent back to his country. He's a third-world rabble who comes here and ignores us! Disgusting! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

13/07/2025: Esperienza deludente Sono passata in questa pasticceria passeggiando per le vie del corso , ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente. I dolci in vetrina avevano un bell’aspetto, ma una volta assaggiati si sono rivelati del tutto insapori e sicuramente non freschi. Il personale è stato freddo, scorbutico, sembrava quasi infastidito dalla nostra presenza. Nessun sorriso, nessuna attenzione al cliente anzi aggressivo. Il locale, inoltre, non era particolarmente pulito: i tavolini avevano ancora le briciole dei clienti precedenti. Delusi tutti i componenti della mia compagnia, ben 15 persone!! Il cassier , vi descrivo per correttezza, il più scorbutico, pelato guardate il suo viso prima di ordinare. Purtroppo o per fortunata non torneremo. Ci sono molte altre pasticcerie nella zona che meritano. Napoli città dai mille colori e piena di calore, che sfortunata essere entrati qui. Sconsiglio vivamente di entrare qui dentro, C R E D E T E M I o meglio provare per credere. 2 stelle per l insegna!

29/06/2025: Caffè nella media ma bagni sconvolgenti. Non si può andare in bagno e trovare uno scempio del genere .. entrambi i servizi vergognosi…. …..Come la risposta del personale quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ! Evitatelo !

25/08/2025: Disappointing! Extremely high prices! Poor staff. We ordered a pasta Bolognese, 3 pizzas, 2 bottles of water, and a beer for 71 euros (some pizza toppings were even 35 euros, absurd!) and that's not all! The best part is yet to come: They sell pizza by the centimeter!! The bigger it is, the more expensive, obviously! We definitely won't be back! I don't recommend it! P.S.: The pizza left much to be desired.
