22/10/2024: Splendid intimate and familiar place... excellent quality food and wine, in addition to Silvana's exquisite kindness which in itself is worth going back. Furthermore, I ate the best fried gnocco of my life here....and I live near Modena....that's it. Roberto da Mantua (and Catanzaro my second homeland ❤️)

02/03/2025: Seaside restaurant where the atmosphere is very welcoming, family run, we ate very well, the fresh fish, the oysters I ate were really very good, not to mention the super mussel pasta, I absolutely recommend everyone to go there

03/11/2024: Family restaurant, very nice and friendly staff, wife and daughter of the Chef. Chef who goes around the tables to advise you on what to eat, it's not something you find often 😉 the food was excellent whatever we had. Experience definitely worth repeating, recommended

18/10/2024: Holy shit I'm leaving Soverato with a bitter taste in my mouth. I was hoping to find a restaurant with home cooking where you eat well without too many frills but instead? I had to believe the negative reviews even if it was in August, damn... menu halved due to lack of fish but that's fine because only fresh fish was available, but it's a shame that the dish was greasy and also tasteless. Price? Absolutely inadequate considering that they even charge you a cover charge and serve you stale loaf of bread. Look elsewhere!

05/02/2025: Pizza diavola che di diavola non aveva assolutamente nulla, praticamente una margherita con 4 ma 4 di numero fettine di schiacciata dolce come lo zucchero. Impasto, con molta probabilità fatto 5 6 ore prima, lievitazione pari a 0, sugo crudo. Unica nota positiva il personale. Per tutto il resto una delusione non degna del nome.

13/10/2024: But given such a disorganized and confusing pizzeria: 40 minutes in line to eat nothing. Someone would arrive from the laboratory and bring some pizza to the counter and someone else, immediately afterwards, would pick it up and bring it back inside. There were people who were served immediately and others, like us, who waited without knowing whether we would be served or not. They start preparing your tray by saying that other flavors are about to come out and then they take the pizzas on the prepared tray and give them to others. Eventually we left. And like the rest of us. Without words!

27/10/2024: Un locale che ho piacevolmente riscoperto e rivalutato attraverso la degustazione di un percorso gastronomico eccellente e curato in ogni particolare e che denota l'eleganza e la professionalità di Gregorio chef e titolate del locale, nonché dell"educatissimo e gentilissimo maitre. Una perla sul territorio!

01/10/2024: End of tourist season, beer tap out of service, no more desserts. The lasagna was disappointing... In short, if you come out of season, move on.

23/09/2024: Very nice and panoramic place with BASIC cuisine. Friendly staff and very honest prices (the only exception is the platter at €15 - so much for the proposals, two cold cuts, 1 slice of cheese each of a single type, 2 slices of aubergine and two types of fried food) Well cooked pizza, shame about the condiment suggestions on which one could have indulged more with more typical condiments

21/09/2024: We left the hotel after two nights although we had booked five nights. We booked via booking.com, but the offerings/infrastructure of the hotel listed there were fakse, not available or broken. To be precise: 2 pools stated but one closed, the other did not appear clean to us, sauna = not available, whirlpool = not available, breakfast buffet = not available instead we were offered to take it in our room, we were 2 persoms the room had 1 chair no table … etc etc etc. the hotel said it wasn’t very booked, nevertheless we became a room with view to highway. We asked about all the pitfalls and wrong claims on website/booking.com but there was not a minimal concession by the hotel. They did not even offered us a room change to park view. Booking.com wasn’t helpful either, as long-term customers we are very disappointed with their services and help. Last but not least, the pictures of the hotel are from a smaller old part (old villa) that didn’t seem open when we were there. We were in bigger new part of the hotel with charme of the 1990s. We left earlier, and are super disappointed and feel highl irritated by the false information on booking.com and hotel website and the totally non-service or customer focus of hotel management. We would never (!) book again.

28/08/2024: Magnificent location, spacious and clean rooms, this is the second time I return and I always enjoy it. The staff is very friendly, a particular appreciation for Lucrezia and the manager

24/02/2025: Ristorante con terrazza vistare perfetto per aperitivi e cena ,noi ci siamo trovati molto bene ,personale gentile servizio veloce un bel posto lo consiglio 😉

03/01/2025: aperitif with a very pleasant view of the beach and the gulf, special cocktails also based on very good rum, accompanied by good food. Probably one of the best places in Soverato to have an aperitif, I recommend it! UPDATE: after 3 years I find myself forced to lower the review from 5 to one star. I don't know if the management has changed, but what is written above is no longer true, the quality of the food and above all the service is absolutely not commensurate with the cost (excessive and almost doubled compared to previous years) of the aperitif. TO AVOID.

10/11/2024: Ristornate di pesce molto buono con ricette particolari e pesce freschissimo... Sono attrezzati per i celiaci quindi ho potuto mangiare degli spaghetti con agrumi veramente buonissimi. Prezzi nella media, un po' più elevati rispetto a quello dei dintorni

24/08/2024: Summer 2024, 5 days in Calabria and twice at the Bikini lido, discovered by chance and then judged as the best. Private parking, clean beach, umbrellas far from each other, 4 showers available. And on a beautiful restaurant and bar terrace where we ate very well. Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful. A nice memory of our holiday.

17/08/2024: Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Area parcheggio limitrofa al lido e adiacente il lungomare di Soverato, doccia calda e fredda con timer a gettoni, struttura facilmente accessibile anche per chi ha disabilità motorie, fontanella per sciacquare i piedi, lettini e sdraio confortevoli, tavoli ben disposti area ristorante e bar, bagni forse piccoli ma comunque buoni, il personale è stato disponibile nei nostri confronti e la cucina a base di pesce con menù fisso ci ha soddisfatto sostanzialmente, buono anche il menù baby. È stata riassumendo una buona soluzione per un Ferragosto a mare in relax, lo consiglio sicuramente su Soverato.
