Villa Sant'Angelo is a truly beautiful property, nestled in a charming location, meticulously maintained, and instantly conveying a sense of peace. It's a true oasis, ideal for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a genuine welcome.
The food is excellent, the service is attentive, and the day-to-day management is one of the property's true strengths. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Special thanks go to Federica, Giuseppe, and Joshua, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and attentiveness make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, the entire staff is fantastic: polite, attentive, helpful, and always ready to find a solution.
I must point out one important aspect, however: during my stay, I clearly felt that when the owners are present, the atmosphere changes significantly. Certain dynamics become less pleasant, the rules seem to change, and the overall experience risks significantly deteriorating.
Personally, there were times when I seriously considered canceling my stay and never returning. I stayed mainly thanks to the quality of the management, especially Giuseppe and his family, who demonstrated great skill, poise, and attention to their guests.
My advice is this: before booking, contact the property and find out if the owner will be present during your stay. When the property is entrusted to the operations staff (the manager), the experience can be truly wonderful. However, when the owners intervene directly, at least in my experience, the stay can be much less peaceful.
In summary: wonderful location, excellent cuisine, clean rooms, excellent staff. The operations management truly deserves praise. The ownership, however, represents the property's main weakness, in my opinion.

Delicious and easily digestible arrosticini, a wide selection of vegetables and bruschetta, excellent fried cheese, and, to finish, delicious homemade tiramisu.
Better to book because it's always busy.

05/07/2026: A terrible experience. The staff was decidedly rude: when I asked for a fried food, I was completely inappropriately told to go to hell. Unfortunately, this rudeness continued throughout the day. The table wasn't even set properly, and we were served as if we were unwanted guests. I find this behavior completely unacceptable towards guests who spent the entire day at your chalet, spending hundreds of euros for a single day.
Mediocre food.

01/05/2026: We came on May 1st to enjoy the typical Teramo specialties, which are truly delicious. Even the fried appetizers are made with attention to flavor and quality. Soft and flavorful fried cheese, beautifully flavored meatballs, and a truly delicious Mazzarella sandwich. The staff is professional yet welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs.

26/07/2026: As often happens, we had dinner at this restaurant, which I believe has the best location in Alba Adriatica. The food was delicious, the staff was young and friendly. Then, something unexpected happened! The plastic chair I had been sitting on for the entire dinner gave way! I fell flat on my face, and since I was wearing shorts, I suffered two cuts on my legs. Since I was taking blood thinners, the blood wasn't coming out very copiously, but it was coming out! Some very kind people at the table next to me helped me get up. A waitress brought me disinfectant and plasters! I was shocked by the behavior of the guy I believe to be responsible, a guy whose only concern was that I didn't hurt myself so much that I had to call an ambulance with the consequences that would follow. Given that fortunately my financial situation doesn't cause me any problems, I would have expected a discount on the dinner or at least that I had been offered my share, since I was the one who downplayed the situation and reassured everyone. Evidently, money comes before human relationships! The guy delegated a waitress to avoid having responsibilities!! I adopt a maxim "always use good manners, because what you consider useless today could be indispensable tomorrow"!! If I had called the police they probably would have been in trouble!!
24/07/2026: The staff were friendly but the beach service wasn't exactly nice, the sand wasn't cleaned, they were packed like sardines and the price wasn't really in line with what was offered.

Managing a table of 16 people, both adults and children, is never an easy task for a restaurant, but here we were all literally speechless. It was a fantastic dinner from start to finish.
Here's what won us over:
-The quality of the food: Extremely fresh fish, expertly cooked. From the appetizers to the first courses, to the light and crispy fried foods, every single course was a success. Even the children's dishes (including pizza) were swept away!
-The welcome and service: We were treated with old-fashioned kindness and care. The staff was incredibly patient, attentive to the children's needs, and super organized: the wait times were perfect, despite the complexity of our table.
-The atmosphere: A welcoming atmosphere and well-managed spaces (with a fantastic sea view at sunset) allowed us to enjoy the evening in complete relaxation without feeling cramped or inconvenienced.
Finding a place where you can eat divinely and feel truly welcome, even in a large group, is rare. Excellent value.
We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Bolla has that rare mix that makes you say "see you there" without thinking. A well-kept venue, just the right lighting, music at the perfect volume for conversation. The drinks are excellent, the food is impeccable, and the details are what make you understand that nothing is left to chance here.
Then there's her, the girl in the dining room. And the level is raised even higher.
She welcomes you with a genuine smile, the kind that sets the tone for your evening. She's smart, attentive, and knows when to stop by for advice and when to let you enjoy your table in peace. She remembers your tastes, has a quick joke, and manages the dining room with a natural ease that makes everything seem effortless.
The combo is this: Bolla sets the scene, the drinks, and the food are top-notch. She puts her heart and soul into it and makes you feel like a guest, not a customer.
The result? You leave with a full belly, an empty glass, and the desire to return tomorrow.
09/05/2026: We were greeted warmly and ordered appetizers and a main course with wine. The appetizer arrived after 25 minutes and was very good.
After a full hour, the side dishes were placed on the table... ONLY the side dishes! After another 10 minutes, we asked the waiter when the main course would arrive... in 2 minutes... Well, the Filetto di Manzzo arrived, but it was still raw and riddled with sinew... probably the worst piece of meat I've ever had.
I sent it back.
On the plus side: The waiter apologized and didn't charge us for the meat or the wine.

23/02/2026: We had dinner here because we were guests of the hotel, the time to eat was biblical, we went down at 7.45pm and had dinner at 9.30pm even though there were only 3 tables (including us), the price was too high for the service offered.

17/03/2026: So my friends and I sat down at 10pm after 1 hour still no one to take the order I go downstairs to point it out and after a quarter of an hour finally someone arrives, by now it was 11.20pm we wanted a hot chocolate but apparently we had already cleaned the machine (and thank goodness I would say but we had sat down more than an hour ago but whatever) in the end we order 2 ginseng and a chamomile tea simple and quick order but everything was not so because the order arrived very late and also WRONG instead of chamomile tea mint tea but we said okay at least they brought us 2 biscuits IF IT WAS NOT THAT THEY WERE AS OLD AS THE SOLES OF MY GRANDMOTHER'S SHOES and okay I will NEVER go back AGAIN
