17/05/2026: This was my first piadina ever, and it was an instant masterpiece. We tried several different varieties, and they were all delicious. Fresh, fragrant, and made with excellent ingredients. The service was friendly and helpful. The place was small, but there were a few places to eat inside. I highly recommend it!

17/06/2026: We used the spa, which was very nice. This was followed by a wine tour with Mattia, a young man who was truly knowledgeable, kind, and ready to accommodate our every wish.
Definitely worth repeating.
16/06/2026: Spent an amazing week at Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo as part of a culinary tour. The views were absolutely stunning and picturesque, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the expansive breakfast buffet selection. We took an e-bike tour throughout the property that was informative and great views. Can’t wait to return!

03/06/2026: In the backstreets away from the main tourist areas. We visited for lunch on Republic day and it was very busy. The brothers who run this place were single handed and rushing about. As service was a bit slow the brothers enlivened the mood by neighing like donkeys and making various announcements which elicited applause from the mainly Italian clientele. When it came the food was delicious (we had salumi and some excellent pizzas). Others have commented on the chilli oil and I was given crushed chilli to take away. I wouldn’t hesitate to return - for the food yes and in the hope of more theatre…

12/05/2026: The restaurant is good, with a pleasant little terrace across the street in an alley. It's fine for a quick meal. However, I think there are better options. The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good and quite generous.
08/05/2026: Lunch stop with exceptional experience. The owner was absolutely delightful and hospitable to our friends group of six. Loved the fresh local sandwiches, salads and of course local wines and beer. If we were staying longer we would have returned. Grazie!

07/06/2026: The restaurant is simple, family-run, and small, and located somewhat underground (directly beneath the Church of San Francesco). However, the owners are friendly and competent, and the food is of excellent quality and well-prepared. The price reflects the service. Had I stayed another day, I would definitely have gone back.

07/06/2026: It's no longer the "Crescia Sfogliata" it once was. I don't know what happened, but it was dry and flavorless, and I struggled to finish it.
Unfortunately, the service continues to be too poor.

04/07/2026: Maybe we had to wait a little longer than usual to take our order, but afterwards we received special and beautifully presented delicious dishes. Overall, we were satisfied. The restaurant is also good value for money.
04/07/2026: A welcoming and traditional restaurant in the heart of the historic center.
The food is excellent, including the Crescia, hand-prepared by Gloria, which deserves top marks.
The outdoor seating area, sheltered by trees and a gazebo, is beautiful and enjoyable in the summer.
The service is excellent, and the prices are fair.
I highly recommend stopping by if you're passing through or vacationing in this magnificent city.
