16/03/2026: Piadineria near Piazza della Repubblica. We stopped by to try the crescia di Urbino and were pleasantly surprised. The dough is halfway between a crepe and a piadina (given the use of eggs), so it's very crispy on the outside and melts in the mouth. The ingredients used are top-quality. I recommend it! One flaw: the place is quite small, with very few people inside, and it can get crowded when it's busy. Service is a bit slow. Fair prices: for two, plus a glass of water, we paid €14.50.

15/02/2026: Delicious, they're super nice and friendly, and the price is very low! For example, a portion of fries costs €2.50, which is impossible in other places. They do kebab, pizza, and many other things, and we go there often.

Seven of us showed up after visiting G.N. without a reservation, but the owner welcomed us immediately, organizing the small dining room (about 35 seats) to accommodate us in the best possible way. Speaking as a restaurant professional, I really appreciated the service: quality despite the limited staff. The two brothers, who are also the owners, managed about 30 seats flawlessly on their own. The food was good, typical of a trattoria, without too many frills but well-made. Be aware that, given the limited staff, wait times can be a bit longer, but that's still part of the atmosphere and authenticity of the place. Recommended for sampling typical local dishes!

02/04/2026: It looks unassuming from the square, and the first (and often only) restaurant you see isn't usually the best choice. But this one deserves top marks. We received a very friendly and professional welcome. We had the dish of the week: saffron risotto with green asparagus. Excellent. The Sangiovese della Casa was a perfect match. (The only downside is that the chairs aren't very comfortable.)

25/03/2026: We visited Urbino...a beautiful place....and we entered the restaurant not knowing what the food was like....but we were very satisfied with everything...the food and the courtesy of the staff...thank you for everything...the first course was excellent and the suckling pig equally so.

La cucina rispecchia la qualità del locale, offrendo una vasta selezione di piatti che utilizzano sapientemente l'eccellente materia prima del territorio con preparazioni innovative che mantengono i sapori autentici della tradizione. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da cinque portate, che è il modo migliore per conoscere l'offerta del ristorante e anche un affare dal punto di vista economico e siamo stati guidati dalla cameriera per la scelta del vino, che si è rivelato un perfetto accompagnamento per il percorso. Il menù degustazione è stata un'esperienza unica, con piatti che sono delle piccole opere d'arte, con gusti ben bilanciati e abbinamenti inaspettati che funzionano perfettamente. Consiglio caldamente "Esplosione di Manzo" e "Porgi l'altra guancia". Servizio impeccabile, attento e competente, che sa consigliarti e ti aiuta a districarti nella vasta selezione di vini. Anche le varie portate sono serviti con i tempi giusti, per un'esperienza rilassata e tranquilla. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di cucina offerto. Complimenti a tutta la squadra.

13/04/2026: I loved everything! This agriturismo pays attention to detail; you can feel the pursuit of quality in every detail. We spent a whole day here with my family and would definitely love to return for more. The food was a feast for the eyes and the palate; everything was carefully prepared, using high-quality ingredients, and above all, a combination of flavors that will take you on a journey. The appetizer of artichoke, artichoke cream, and parmesan cream was my favorite, but all the other dishes were truly delicious. The day was made perfect thanks to Giada's impeccable service: kind, attentive, and always available with a smile!

12/04/2026: I only used the spa: although it was very aesthetic and the staff were extremely friendly, I found the experience to be truly negative, as even the changing rooms were overcrowded and made the space feel claustrophobic. The spa is small, and there were far too many of us sharing the emotional showers, whirlpool (located only in one corner of the pool), and sauna. Furthermore, the courtesy kit with terrycloth slippers is definitely not practical for that environment. The relaxation area with herbal tea room on the upper floor could use some improvement, as the selection is truly minimal and the herbal teas seemed tasteless (I specifically chose one with ginger), and there were also several bedbugs keeping us company (we are in the countryside, after all). What can I say? It's an experience I wouldn't repeat, even though the location is very beautiful overall.
