05/08/2025: E come. Sempre nei miei soggiorni lavorativi ad Ascoli, la tappa imprescindibile è la Pecora Nera! Neanche a dirlo, olive ascolane ottime sia classiche che al tartufo e poi gli immancabili Arrosticini, una carne morbida, succosa e saporita! Consiglio di provare gli Alexandra. 04/08/2025: Siamo molto soddisfatti, cibo molto buono, abbiamo preso di tutto, antipasti, primo, pizza, arrosticini e contorni. Apprezzato tutto! Siamo stati serviti dal proprietario immaginiamo, molto molto attento a tutte le esigenze e peculiarità. Ottima impressione dopo tante volte che volevamo fermarci abbiamo trovato fortunatamente l'occasione. Da abbruzzesi abbiamo apprezzato gli arrosticini, tutte le versioni scelte. Ci torneremo assolutamente, valuteremo anche l'asporto ma gli arrosticini sono da mangiare caldi! Bravi, complimenti.

Try Nonna Nina's mixed fried fish (be careful, the portions are quite generous), an excellent first course with mutton ragù, and perfectly cooked arrosticini. Very friendly and attentive staff. A must-try if you're passing through Ascoli Piceno. Congratulations!

31/08/2025: Probably one of the best restaurants for typical local food. The place is very small but quaint, and the acoustics aren't the best when the restaurant is full. The menu offers two tasting menus (€37 and €40), which are very affordable and offer a comprehensive experience of typical local products. The mandarin sorbet is very good to finish. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: Culinary disappointment, the menu promised well... the mushroom pasta tasted like nothing... the quail was not very tasty, the potatoes were dry and the fried food was very hard... The service was quick and friendly but we won't be back.

25/06/2025: Bella la location a due passi dal centro storico,curato l'arredamento e personale attento e gentile..in primis la proprietaria una signora veramente gentile. Il menù rimarca la tradizione marchigiani,tutto ottimo ,dall'antipasto (ricchissimo )al dolce. Prezzo ...essendo stata invitata non posso giudicare Unico neo .....ed è solo per questo che la mia valutazione è 4 anziché 5 .....la mancanza di insonorizzazione ...infatti essendo un locale molto frequentato le voci si sovrastano creando troppo rumore. Comunque consigliato

We will definitely be back – and recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to experience a special evening in Ascoli. Tip: If possible, reserve a table outside under the pergola! An evening full of enjoyment and hospitality – Locanda Imperfetta, Ascoli Piceno Just a five-minute walk from the impressive Piazza del Popolo lies this beautiful restaurant – a real insider tip. Although our reservation via WhatsApp was lost, the service team responded fantastically: Despite the full house, they spontaneously arranged a nice table for us. A huge compliment to their flexibility and professionalism! The ambience is stylish and inviting: exposed stone walls, lovingly decorated elements, and a harmonious atmosphere that invites you to linger – both inside and out. The outdoor area under the pergola is a particular highlight for warm evenings, but the interior is also tastefully and comfortably designed. The service was consistently excellent – fluent English, extremely polite, and absolutely professional. This isn't something you'd expect in this region, and it made our visit even more enjoyable. We were also thoroughly spoiled with culinary delights: For starters, we enjoyed the classic Olive all'Ascolana and a deep-fried burrata with homemade tomato sauce – a dream! For main courses, we chose the cold-sliced roast beef and the buttery-tender beef cheeks – both excellently prepared and beautifully presented. Compliments to the kitchen!

05/07/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare alla Locanda Imperfetta durante un soggiorno ad Ascoli Piceno e ne sono rimasta davvero colpita.L’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei dettagli, il personale cordiale e sempre attento. Ho iniziato con un antipasto di prosciutto delizioso accompagnato da carciofi croccanti, poi ho assaggiato la tartare di carne, fresca e condita alla perfezione, e una pappa al pomodoro ricca di sapori, con olive, burrata e un mix di gusti che si sposavano benissimo. La pasta era semplicemente squisita, ben condita e cotta al punto giusto, mentre l’agnello era tenero e gustoso, servito con patate croccanti davvero invitanti. È stata una cena di grande soddisfazione, in un posto dove si percepisce passione e attenzione per la cucina. Consiglio questa locanda a chiunque voglia gustare ottimi piatti e trascorrere una serata piacevole!

13/08/2025: Oh well! Something I'll definitely go back to. The Gricia is amazing, not super creamy but just right, the pasta is perfectly al dente, and the sweet Ascoli tart is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Super prices. The waiter is top-notch, genuinely kind and friendly. The dishes are like 140-hour pasta dishes plus sauce... in short, if I were to return to Ascoli, I'd know where to eat truly traditional food.

12/08/2025: The appetizers were excellent, and the stuffed olives were definitely the best I've tasted in Ascoli. The rest was excellent, from the main courses to the desserts. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

10/09/2025: We found the small restaurant by chance. We would have preferred to eat there, but we couldn't and had to take it with us, but that didn't affect the quality. An excellent carbonara and a pasta with mushrooms, both dishes of a very high standard, accompanied by a delicious cheese platter. While we waited, he handed us a glass of wine on the house. Very friendly and apparently a football fan; some pictures of Ascoli Calcio and Ultras stickers adorned the entrance door. I didn't dare ask if I could hang up an Ultra Frankfurt sticker :) Greetings from Eintracht Frankfurt.
