07/03/2026: The girls and boys are very friendly, professional, and nice. The pizza is very good and well-topped.
If I may, the only flaw is the smoking area, which is heated indoors as soon as you leave the restaurant.
We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

29/03/2026: We were there a week ago. We had pizza and, to start, a fried vegetable. Everything was very good, especially the fried food. Good service. The only downside, but it's justifiable, as on Saturdays the place is packed, was the noise from people talking loudly.
16/02/2026: I went to this place a few nights ago for dinner with other couples, all young people.
Excellent value for money, good food from appetizers to desserts. The pizza is good, but I recommend trying the meat dish because it's really worth it.
A charming place for dinner with friends or family; I'll definitely be back.

09/10/2025: This was my first time at this pizzeria. The pizzas were excellent and very easy to digest thanks to the excellent dough. I also ordered three caloncini, but these should be filled up a bit more. There are no indoor tables.

28/03/2026: In my opinion, the pizza is good, well-cooked, and has a good flavor.
It may not represent true Neapolitan pizza, but that's fine by me.
There was a table of children, so the atmosphere was quite noisy.
Very fair prices and excellent beer.
Must try.

Improvements: Review the menu, diversify the appetizers and prepare them with more care. And since many pizzas have more or less the same ingredients, optimize everything.

Was brought here by my mother-in-law who has been eating here since the 70s! Perfect crisp-yet-chewy delicious dough, light fresh tomato and high quality molten mozzarella. A revelation in the middle of January. Thank you so much!
(And only 2.50 euros each! Something like this would be easily $10 each in Sydney...)

11/04/2026: We had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful. They waited on us even though it was late! Delicious fried food, delicious pizzas! Excellent value for money! Next time we're in Ascoli, we'll be back at La Scaletta!

06/03/2026: I go there often and it's always a spectacle, Roberto's pizza is a magician, and both Marcella and her sister are always very kind 😍 But lately the prices have risen... for example, my wife and I went there one evening and we got 2 pizzas and 1 bottle of water for €30! This evening instead I ordered 2 pizzas to go: 1 half red with potatoes and sausage and half red with vegetables without corn with a little mozzarella and 1 caprese with ham on top, total €23.50... (oh, they put the corn on it anyway) for goodness sake I'm not saying I don't go there anymore but I think the prices need to be reviewed and carelessness with the corn can happen

After work, I was craving something sweet. And your very kind sales assistant offered me an excellent black truffle for dessert. And also a slice of pizza. Even though it's almost 11:00 PM, I was pleasantly served.
Everything in Monticelli is closed...
It wouldn't take much to enhance this neighborhood. Essentials are lacking here.

Very good pizza, crispy and thin, with a wide selection of toppings at the counter, my favorite being sausage and mushrooms.
You'll also find baked panzerotti, rice supplì, Ascoli olives and fried cremini, French fries, and a selection of sandwiches.
Very clean place and knowledgeable staff.
Interesting offer: spend €1 and earn one point, 100 points and an instant €10 discount.

08/04/2026: A friend of mine and I went to this bar. The service was truly awful: we had problems ordering, and to make matters worse, they made us wait half an hour to bring us two non-alcoholic drinks and a platter.

22/03/2025: festa del papà decido di portare la famiglia a cena .. arriviamo alle 20:10 ed il locale effettivamente era pieno siamo andati al tavolo prenotato e da lì un incubo .. posso capire il pieno ma non puoi fare aspettare il cliente fino alle 21:10 ( 1 ora di attesa ) solo per prendere la prenotazione poi dopo che ho insistito per un cameriere , ASPETTARE 1 ORA PER BERE E' ASSURDO NON MI E MAI SUCCESSO!!! Dopo altra mezz'ora arriva la prenotazione! Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo preso 2 patate fritte 2 bruschette miste 4 pizze ed 1 panino 2 bottiglie di acqua e 1 litro di coca-cola !! a parte le pizze che sono state lasciate più della metà sul piatto perché non piaciute ma la sorpresa e stata nel PAGARE 95,50€ prezzo fuori da ogni logica .. non ci torno mai più e spero nessuno dei miei conoscenti..
10/02/2025: 2 patatine+3 pizze da asporto (bianca funghi e speck, salame piccante e wurstel senza mozzarella € 37.50. Arrivati a casa, invece del salame piccante era con la salsiccia. La bianca (5' x arrivare a casa) era dura come un mattone. Tirata contro il muro,avrebbe rotto il muro. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità offerta.
