04/01/2025: We discovered this restaurant through Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" television show and decided to have our New Year's Eve dinner here during our holiday in the Marche, booking two months in advance. We were delighted with the decision! Place located just inside the walls of Sirolo with a beautiful sea view, large and well-furnished interiors, very courteous staff and quick and efficient service. Formula of the evening at 110 Euros per person, drinks included, with a glass of champagne brought with the first of the appetizers and as the wine of the evening an excellent Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Casal di Serra" 2022 from the well-known Umani Ronchi company, which is well it is accompanied by the various courses, and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. All the dishes we tasted were delicious, with balanced and never intrusive flavours, a real delight. Many appetizers: to start with an oyster (accompanied by a glass of Champagne), then tuna tartare with stracciatella, caramelized onion and gazpacho, marinated anchovies, panzanella and sapa, sandwich with red snapper ham, raw scampi with lime gel, seared scallops, sliced ​​tuna, grilled octopus, polenta with seafood, aubergine caponata and swordfish. As a first course, paccheri with shellfish sauce and as second courses, croaker in potacchio with cherry tomatoes and olives and a mixed fried fish with vegetables. For dessert, a chocolate bar filled with raspberries. Finally, after the midnight toast, the traditional lentils. Also worth highlighting is the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner Giorgio, who stopped by the tables at the end of the evening to find out if everything had gone well and who kindly took the usual photo. We can't wait to return as soon as possible and be able to choose à la carte. Highly recommended place, one of the best fish restaurants we have ever been to. Well done!

02/11/2024: ...si sia fermato! E con la mente e col cuore ritorni a tante vacanze passate con i miei a Numana. "Da Sara" era il ristorante preferito di mio papà e con grande emozione ho ritrovato lo stesso posto, la stessa simpatica atmosfera e soprattutto tante cose buone da gustare. Mancava che dalla cucina uscisse la signora Sara con il suo sorriso e tutto sarebbe stato perfetto! Grazie🙏☺️💓

18/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante gourmet, ed è stata un’esperienza che mi ha lasciato senza parole. Fin dal momento che arrivi con la macchina al parcheggio ti rendi conto che sei in un posto speciale. Il locale si affaccia letteralmente sul Mare con vista Monte Conero. Atmosfera elegante ma non pretenziosa, perfetta per una serata da ricordare. Uno degli elementi che colpisce immediatamente è la cucina a vista, un vero spettacolo per gli occhi. Osservare gli chef all’opera, con precisione e maestria, aggiunge un tocco di autenticità e trasparenza che eleva l’intera esperienza. La sala è impreziosita da quadri colorati che catturano lo sguardo e contribuiscono a un ambiente raffinato e vivace. Veniamo alla cucina.. l'Insalata di Mare è spettacolare da provare almeno una volta nella vita ma ogni piatto qui è una vera opera d’arte, sia per il palato che per gli occhi. Le presentazioni sono curate nei minimi dettagli, e i sapori riescono a stupire anche i palati più esigenti. Ingredienti di altissima qualità, combinazioni originali e una tecnica impeccabile rendono ogni portata un’esperienza indimenticabile. BRAVI!

15/12/2024: Interessante cantina ma il cibo non si ricorda. Altra nota dolente é mancata l'empatia. Ci siamo sentiti completamente dei cliente di ultima serie. Abbiamo prenotato infrasettimanalmente all'ultimo minuto. Ci dicono che c'é posto. Arriviamo e ci fanno sedere in un tavolo molto vicino alla porta d'ingresso. Peccato che per tutta la sera siamo stati solo in 6 commensali in tutta la sala e c'erano tavoli più riparati dall'aria gelida dell'ingresso completamente liberi. (Solo quella sera sono entrati più volti i fornitori a fare consegne e organizzarsi sui prossimi ordini). Ovviamente gli altri clienti sono stati fatti sedere in tavolo più "protetti" dall'aria gelida. E di certo erano clienti abitudinari poiché al tavolo di una coppia di signori il cuoco si é seduto e intrattenuto a parlare. Mi dispiace ma l'attenzione al cliente manca.

We hadn't been to Silvio for years due to the terrible and unacceptable practice of double shifts This year he developed a fantastic APP that allowed us to book dinner at normal times. So we went often. Simple but excellent fish cuisine. Good choice of wines and extraordinary location. For me Silvio has represented "holiday" for at least 30 years and the happiness of being able to return for the dinner time I want is infinite. Too bad the bread is a little too simple and the fries aren't there!

30/09/2024: Suggestive panorama, immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. Fish-based menu, we tasted ciavattoni and chitarrine, ragusa and fried anchovies and dessert, all really good. Prices were normal. Not so easy to get to the restaurant. But it's worth it

18/12/2024: Se amate la pizza, questo è il posto che fa per voi. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante con la mia ragazza e siamo stati benissimo. Noi abbiamo mangiato pizza ma il menù è completo e prevede anche pesce, visto che si trova a Sirolo a due passi dal mare. La base ha un impasto leggero e fragrante, pizza cotta nel forno a legna che gli conferisce quel sapore unico che solo la tradizione sa regalare. I condimenti sono il vero punto di forza secondo me, abbinamenti perfetti ed abbondanti. L'ambiente è accogliente, e personale attento e pronto a consigliarti la pizza più adatta ai tuoi gusti. Veniamo al conto, in due abbiamo speso 55€ ed abbiamo aggiunto due birre e un dolce a testa. Molto bene, ci ritorneremo!

We tried different cutting boards and we could feel the good quality of the products not to mention the really good growth, but absolutely try the Ascoli olives with truffles. If you are in Sirolo you must have a positive experience

06/11/2024: Schlicht, einfach und authentisch. Kleine Speiseauswahl - dafür aber alles frisch und lecker. Portionen üppig und mehr als ausreichend. Da braucht man keine Speisekarte. Die Bedienung schnell und immer freundlich. Bei Einheimischen sehr beliebt und daher immer voll - also auf jeden Fall vorbestellen. Preis-Leistung absolut top.

01/11/2024: Truly a great discovery, we can't wait to return. We arrived at peak time with the place full so as not to send us away they were kind enough to find a place for us too. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We liked everything from the starter to the second course. Next time we will book early to enjoy the wonderful view.
