20/07/2024: Siamo tornati a Senigallia dopo un anno e siamo tornati all'Osteria da chi' ragazzi. Durante l'anno abbiamo parlato spesso della fantastica esperienza vissuta in questo locale e, tornando, non vedevamo l'ora di gustarci di nuovo i deliziosi piatti dello chef Gabri. Pensavamo fosse impossibile eppure i sapori e gli abbinamenti dello chef sono ancora più sfiziosi, più appaganti e più gustosi dell'anno scorso. Abbiamo preso una degustazione di antipasti freddi, la zuppetta di ceci e gamberi e due primi. I passatelli allo scoglio suggerito come piatto fuori dal menù era celestiale! Tutti i piatti con frutti di mare includono una selezione di pesce e crostacei generosissima. Non c'è dubbio che tutti gli ingredienti siano super freschi, i ragazzi di sala sono attenti e disponibili. I titolari sono sempre presenti e si sente e si vede nella costante attenzione a tutti i dettagli. Da provare assolutamente!

20/07/2024: Ristorantino affacciato sul mare che propone una cucina di pesce di ottima qualità. Porzioni abbondanti e tanto gusto nei piatti. Pollice in su anche per i dolci per concludere il pasto in bellezza. Super consigliato 😊

29/06/2024: Seule la terrasse mérite une étoile. Le personnel est aimable mais la pâte des pizzas est industrielle et les produits sont sans saveur. Les pizzas sont servies tièdes et sont fades. Dans le pays de la gastronomie et des produits savoureux et frais, c est une veritable honte de servir ça!!!

07/08/2024: I had dinner twice at Cibarya. The ingrediants were fresh and the food was tasty. Portions were very generous. Staff was super nice and the wine they recommended was excellent. Very good value for money.

11/08/2024: It's not the first time we choose this restaurant. The quality of the fish cooked in a particular way is undoubted. Unfortunately this time we were struck by the superficiality of the service: having booked a table on the veranda, they welcomed us with the knowledge that they had reserved a table for us inside and only because we pointed it out, after several minutes of waiting, they made us sit at a table as agreed. The chef who usually goes around the tables, passes through the room several times, paying attention only to some tables and not even greeting us or others. The service is truly inadequate for a place that gives itself that type of tone and could easily support it.

07/08/2024: Food is a good 4.5/5 stars, the quality of the fish is great. However, the service was so unprofessional and awkward, it left the table blush. The two guys should really use a course for waitressing, not even a “thanks” or “please”, running without listening to the clients’ orders. We were ordering wine and the guy didn’t wait for us to tell him the end of the name or the date ( as there were 5 of the same wine from different years), we had to stop him to clarify and he was really rude. The only good one was the young girl. I would not recommend or come back because of the service.

10/03/2024: Bel coraggio e ci sta presentare un menù senza pesce a Senigallia. Che dire al netto di tutto, l'entusiasmo dei ragazzi che ci lavorano, tra l'altro con la cucina a vista, traspare nell'ottimo menù proposto. I piatti sono tutti ben curati, ottima materia prima, tartare, fegatini, piccione, secreto, carciofo alla Giudea che farebbe impallidire, qualsiasi trattoria Romana, Agnolotti del plin, passatelli, dolci di ottima fattura, vino della casa, meglio di altri vini alla carta provati, anche in zona. Servizio Gentile e premuroso. Locale carino, perdono e condivido anche la mancanza della tovaglia. Bravi.

25/08/2024: We stayed in this hotel for two days, fantastic experience. Although it is not located in the city center and it is necessary to travel by car to reach both the seafront and the main monuments of the city, its location makes it a perfect oasis of well-being in contact with uncontaminated nature. The environment enchanted me from the beginning, with its air scented with incense and spices and furnishings that recall the atmospheres of Africa and the Far East, atmospheres also evocative of the style with which the rooms were designed. We stayed in a beautiful room, huge and equipped with every comfort (just a shame about the view, we were unlucky and caught the window overlooking the structure's car park) and we took advantage of the swimming pool service, free for the structure's guests. The Hotel also provides a series of wellness services such as massages and guided meditation, which unfortunately we did not use due to lack of time but which I would have really liked to try - however I explored the hotel a bit and I must say that the dedicated environment These services are cared for down to the smallest detail and really feel like being in a spa. The breakfast was also excellent, which we consumed on the terrace overlooking the pool; I had the pleasure of eating homemade products made with first choice ingredients and I also really appreciated the selection for celiacs and vegans. The cost of the hotel is in line with the services offered. I am happy to have stayed in this Resort and not to have chosen one of the many, very impersonal hotels that I could have found along the seafront: the atmosphere, definitely in line with my tastes and my person, allowed me to fully enjoy of this splendid stay and left me with an indelible memory of this magical experience.

22/08/2024: Fish dishes with local recipes. The pizza is also good. Tables also on the beach. Desserts to be improved with your own preparations.

21/08/2024: Professional and kind smiling staff, generous portions and fair prices. You practically eat by the sea with your feet in the sand. What more do you want? Lots of stuff, I will definitely bring the family back before returning from holidays!
