Molto bene presentati i piatti e davvero eccezionale le combinazioni di ingredienti.
18/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo bistró a pranzo, ordinando un antipasto di pesce e un tagliolino a testa, l’antipasto era buono la seppia ripiena fenomenale così come il pesce spada non mi ha convinto molto la tagliatellina di seppia con il finocchietto, purtroppo devo fare un appunto sul tagliolino, che era buono ma con poco pesce, apprezzato il fatto che fosse tutto sgusciato ma nel tagliolino qualche cozza ci va a mio parere in generale sapeva poco di mare. Buonissimi invece i dolci.

Last time wasn't 4-star, but in my opinion, the evening wasn't. It's fair, and that's not why I'm lowering my rating, because overall I had a good time, and the place deserves a 4-star rating.

12/04/2026: A beachfront restaurant on Senigallia's seafront, serving the freshest seafood and impeccable service. Their signature dish is their raw fish, a wide variety of which are well-stocked, with some specialties that aren't always easy to find. Their first courses are also truly delicious, with generous portions. The presentation and elegance of the dishes are also beautiful. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. When you're in Senigallia, stopping by Il Cuoco di Bordo is a must. Highly recommended!!! 😉

08/04/2026: Unfortunately, it was a completely unpleasant experience. The staff were unqualified, especially the tall, dark-haired waitress, who, instead of welcoming us with a smile, looked intimidating and almost annoyed. It was a shame about the food and cocktails, which were good overall.

28/03/2026: The owners are very good! The smash burgers and burritos are fantastic! And then we finished with excellent desserts. We had the very light and fluffy tiramisu and the cheesecake with berries (blended fresh fruit). Everything was excellent! Including the opportunity to watch the game! Well done!

26/03/2026: I've been to this place once, and I was satisfied. I'd heard good things about Ramé, and I confirmed the positive comments. The menu is excellent, and the off-menu items are worth trying. The service is attentive and knowledgeable: the bill isn't excessive, considering the location and the high quality of the food.

23/09/2025: Food: It's not bad, but it's not good either! Fried vegetables: only carrots, perhaps left in the freezer, that needed to be disposed of. The first courses were tasteless and tasteless...
Service: If it weren't for the friendly waiter, I wouldn't have even had to cry for the wine glasses. High prices.

30/03/2026: It's clean, tidy, and smells of delicious things waiting to be savored. Prices are reasonable, and the owners are polite, professional, and welcoming. It's easy to connect with them. The dessert display case is unsightly... it's like being in prison... a special assortment of various flavors that will make you wonder how delicious they are. Highly recommended!
