A beachfront restaurant on Senigallia's seafront, serving the freshest seafood and impeccable service. Their signature dish is their raw fish, a wide variety of which are well-stocked, with some specialties that aren't always easy to find. Their first courses are also truly delicious, with generous portions. The presentation and elegance of the dishes are also beautiful. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. When you're in Senigallia, stopping by Il Cuoco di Bordo is a must. Highly recommended!!! 😉

30/03/2026: A restaurant where you can eat good fish, excellent appetizers and first courses, which I enjoyed in a very familiar atmosphere but at the same time with the utmost professionalism from both the wait staff and the owners.... The pizzas are also excellent and, above all, prepared in one of the few wood-fired ovens in restaurants on the coast that offer both pizza and fish or meat.....
17/03/2026: I was there on Sunday. Dal Pescatore is one of those places that reminds you why you go to a restaurant. Not just to eat, but to experience something. The appetizers were already exceptional, a succession of flavors that immediately put a smile on your face. The subsequent courses maintained the same care and quality right down to the last bite. But what really makes the difference are the owners and all the staff: they welcome you with a naturalness and warmth that can't be improvised. I left there with that rare feeling of having spent time truly well spent. I will be back, without a doubt.
