21/05/2025: Ci sono andata spesso, iI servizio è lento, solo per questo do 4 stelle.
Ormai ho capito che bisogna farsene una ragione ed andare quando non hai nessuna fretta.
In compenso il sushi è buonissimo.
A vedere il locale non gli si dà molta fiducia, ma dispetto dell' apparenza, il sushi è sorprendentemente buono e bellissimo, una chicca!
Uno dei migliori che ho provato.
Il cuoco addetto al sushi ha un talento innato per sapere dosare gli ingredienti alla perfezione.
Ogni pezzo è piccolo, perfetto, ed in bocca è un connubio di sapore ed equilibrio.
Lo consiglio.

17/08/2025: As a Neapolitan, accustomed to eating pizza both in Naples and many other places (even outside Italy), I'd never received a pizza that was biscuit-shaped, hard, and dry.
The delivery arrived more than half an hour late, the pizzas were almost cold, and the only reason we accepted them was out of politeness toward the delivery man, who seemed embarrassed and displeased. Over the phone, they kept repeating the classic phrase, "The delivery man just left"... too bad it was clearly false.
Furthermore, one of the pizzas with mortadella had a bad smell, as if it wasn't fresh, which was unacceptable.
A truly terrible experience: I absolutely do not recommend it and will definitely never call this pizzeria again.

20/11/2025: I come from Latina to Fabriano for an eye exam where I had a corneal transplant and I'm staying for two days. I found this pizzeria on Google and I recommend everyone to go and eat there. Everything is excellent, from the pizza to the food 👍👍👍👍

14/09/2025: I had an aperitivo with some friends, and we asked for more peanuts and chips (obviously, we would have paid for the extra), but there was no way to communicate this because the lady with the gray hair who served us was very rude and snubbed us with a gesture, saying it wasn't the right time. Highly not recommended!!!
19/07/2025: Terrible with Gianni, the bossy and surly owner. Your business looks bad in the center of Fabriano. Shame on you.

24/02/2025: The restaurant is now called El Paso.
Mostly Mexican cuisine, the food is good. The only major problem is that we ate in groups of 4... there were 20 of us...
And this is absolutely unacceptable.

03/11/2023: Marchegiana di nome e di fatto, non ci sono sorprese, il menù e ben rodato e rispetta la tradizione. Abboccato il vino della casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

21/03/2025: Ristorante in una antica cascina che non ha perso il suo fascino. Luogo molto ben curato. Piatti anche tradizionali presentati molto bene. Ottima qualità.
23/02/2025: Ristorante molto molto carino a Fabriano! È una cascina di mattoni poco fuori dal centro, con un bellissimo (e funzionante) caminetto all’interno, travi di legno al soffitto, dipinti ai muri, e (cosa super carina che ormai nn si vede più) tende con uncinetto alle finestre! Questo rende l’ambiente molto accogliente e l’atmosfera riservata! Il personale è molto gentile e il sevizio veloce! Il menù propone piatti della tradizione marchigiana , molto buoni e belli da guardare ! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima! io abito a Civitanova dove tutto è molto costoso, e qui mi è sembrato tutto molto buono e i prezzo onestissimi ! Super consigliato

12/05/2024: Questa gelateria si trova in una posizione strategica di passaggio.
Lodevole il fatto che non ci fosse una quantità smisurata di gusti ma mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche crema in più senza lattosio invece che il solito cioccolato fondente.
Accoglienza del personale un poco fredda e porzioni un tantino risicate.
Da rivalutare.
