06/05/2026: We were in the area for one night, and this restaurant was the only one open on Monday—a real stroke of luck! We had a delicious dinner in a very pleasant, friendly, and warm atmosphere.
The foie gras appetizer with apple chutney, pickled red onions, and hazelnuts was divine! The rabbit stuffed with guanciale and friarielli was equally fantastic. You can tell the chef knows his craft and has spent a long time perfecting the dishes, resulting in perfectly balanced flavors. Nothing too much, nothing too little, simply excellent.
The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the small wine cellar made for a wonderful last evening of our stay in Italy. You can also buy wine there, and the staff offers expert advice.
We wish this charming family-run business all the best and hope to be their guests again soon.
03/05/2026: At Osteria al Cantonaccio, you'll experience an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are carefully prepared, authentic, and rich in flavor, just as tradition dictates. Special thanks to the owners, Gina and Rocco, who are always kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place we'll gladly return to!
