La Stadera In Gavirate

My boyfriend and I were born and raised in Gavirate, but we didn't know this place existed. Last night we decided to try it and were immediately impressed! The atmosphere was very welcoming and romantic, the service was impeccable; the girls took care of all the tables and were immediately ready to accommodate your every request and make sure everything was going well. The food was exquisite in every way, from the freshness of the tartare to Manuela's tagliolini, such a delicacy I could have eaten two more plates! The black truffle risotto was also delicious, and so was the patanegra! The price/quality ratio was balanced; we spent €85 for two: an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, wine, and dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially to truffle lovers like me! We'll definitely be back! For me, it was a solid 10 out of 10.

The truffle menu is quite good, the service attentive but sometimes too slow, the atmosphere welcoming, but the outdoor seating is too cold for this time of year due to inadequate heating; still, it's worth a try.

The truffle-based menu was exceptional, with a warm welcome for the quality of the food, the truffles, and the presentation, not to mention the excellent flavor. The service was courteous and prompt, and the wait times were standard. A characteristic venue and a warm atmosphere provided the backdrop for a truly superb dinner. Highly recommended.

A true gourmet gem in Gavirate. The truffle tartare is excellent, but the entire menu is worth exploring and appreciating. Manuela, the chef, is truly incredible. Thanks to the excellent service from the ladies in the dining room. See you next time!
