A small, simple restaurant on Lake Varese... well-known for its set lunch menu! I've only ever eaten there during the week and on Saturdays, and it's always crowded. Good value. The set price includes a first course, second course, side dish, and water and coffee! The fish is quite good. The first courses could be improved a bit! Last time, the carbonara was a bit bland and flavorless. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The mussels (with a fabulous tomato sauce) and the fried seafood were excellent. I didn't like the tuna tartare (it was too dry), and I gave the spaghetti with clams a "no" because they weren't very flavorful. I'll try it again.

You eat well at a price that no one offers for the work menu. It's a shame that if you call to find out the menu of the day, they don't tell you... I don't understand.

Good for a business lunch for €10 (first course, second course, side dish, water, coffee). Reservations are probably best given the crowds. The only downside is that I wouldn't sit at the same table with strangers, because they'll do it if necessary.

15/04/2026: Tasty and cheap, what else? Pizza at its peak and yummy fish dishes. Worth spending your dinner time here, but also take away is more than fine!
