14/02/2025: This airport hotel deserves a 5 star rating! The best thing is of course the recently renovated room with a stylish design. The hotel is very large, so you have to allow a few minutes to reach the room from reception. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Note: (either due to house rules or legal reasons in Italy) It is not allowed to leave your suitcase at the hotel for a few days. Instead, you have to go to a Luggage Storage store in the terminal on the arrivals level. The store is located near #5 on Arrivals Level. Storage there costs 8 euros per day per suitcase.

04/02/2025: if you want a croissant from last year at 8 come here!! at 8 in the morning the window full of croissants but very hard and dry. for being a bakery/pastry shop and it keeps them like this.. I don't recommend it either.

31/01/2025: If someone wants to intervene to at least have the key when you go to the toilet for privacy as well as the possibility of drying your hands and face.... I don't know about disposable wipes... If someone, for example some authority?... .

08/02/2025: Visited many times this airport and throughout the years it just gets worse like standsted in London. We arrived and there was no info for our flight luggage for all the passengers. The whole flight waited 30 minutes looking at the screen noticing it was glitched, after 30 minutes they say on the mic they don't know where each flight luggages is, and we were told to just scavenge for them, it was a hunger games episode where all passagengers started pushing and running to each belt to see if they find their luggage, people falling down, pushing, kids crying, looked like it was the end of the world. We found ours after another 30 minutes running around all the belts hoping no one will steal it. Been all around the world and not even in third world countries I experienced this!

03/01/2025: My wife and I just had a glass of wine here..Which was delicious..Ordered 2 more and was going to order a pizza too and server said there were no white wines left by the glass..Are you kidding me...its a wine bar ffs..if my Italian was better I'd have called her out..Disgraceful..

31/12/2024: Buoni vini ma personale scortese e poco educato; ho 47 anni e la signora al banco è castana e occhiali mi dava del tu, per pagare con la carta bisogna alzarsi e andare alla cassa…Con i prezzi che ha sinceramente un servizio migliore lo aspetterei.
