16/05/2025: I had a terrible experience with the service at this place. I was served by a lady who should not be working with the public, especially at an INTERNATIONAL airport. She was very rude to me, especially because she doesn't speak Italian. She treated me rudely, slamming the lids on the ice creams. I will never go back to this place, not even if I got paid, EVER AGAIN! This place is rubbish.

31/05/2025: If you are travelling from or to Milan Malpensa Airport this is the best restaurant you can go.It is valuable for money with lots of variety on menu.The food is superb and the staff is nice especially GianPietro.Highly recommended🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

05/05/2025: I was particularly hungry after a delayed flight, I called very late after picking up the car from the car park, they were closing but they still prepared a 4 seasons takeaway for me on the fly as I arrived. I took it back and they closed. The pizza was also very good! I'm really grateful to him because it's not my few euros that affected the day's takings. It was therefore an adorable gesture of courtesy towards a passing stranger!

06/05/2025: Excellent pizza, one of my favourites. They also do takeaway but in that case it loses the quality a bit. Excellent raw materials. The only flaw is the price. Ok they are gourmet pizzas but they are very expensive.

26/02/2025: Professionalism, kindness and lots of smiles are Camilla's calling card... we stopped for an aperitif and it was worth it!!!
I recommend the Ferrari Spazio Bollicine to spend moments of happiness that prepare you for the flight!!!

10/05/2025: It's very messy because it's under construction. They say it'll be renovated in 2026. The lounge is also limited, so you need to check in advance if you want to enter with a credit card.

Servicio perfecto, relámpago - preparación rápida, y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor (difícil de encontrar en los aeropuertos!).
Gracias especiales a Darjana – la fantastica!
Ella no solo sirve comida — sirve a la paz interior con un lado de miso. 😄
¡Wagama gobierna! Ojalá todas las escalas vinieran con ramen y una sonrisa como la de ella. ✈️🍜

09/04/2025: Uncleaned space, worse service had from an old woman who has bit stressed out. People appreciate positivity and peaceful energy, not angry lady who screams and give attitude to people.
10/02/2025: Dirty, messy and some unpleasant and rude staff. Sandwiches without full description of ingredients. It is not worthy of the name it bears. A huge disappointment.

07/06/2025: I start from the fact that the staff is very kind but it is not possible that you take breakfast and there is no place to sit because there are people sitting comfortably who have finished eating occupy a chair with 3 seats (and it is only 1), or are in the chairs near the air sitting looking at the cell phone. This would be part of the service and that is why I cannot give more than 3. The staff deserves more but I think there should be a way for people to finish and leave and sit somewhere else. I know that a little more education would be enough but since these days it is scarce I think they should be the ones to manage it.
13/04/2025: Go elsewhere, service is poor, food average and need a big cleaning
