22/11/2025: As usual, more than 20 minutes late, having booked and asked for punctuality.

22/11/2025: I bought five takeout pizzas. Professional staff, very good and easily digestible pizzas, and fast service.

10/10/2025: So, just one complaint: too much secondhand smoke. Out of respect for everyone, smokers shouldn't smoke in front of the entrance because it ACCUMULATES inside. This is a fault of every establishment except those where the owner's notice is posted. Non-smokers suffer when they have breakfast or when they eat, and if smokers have the right to do so, even more so, those who aren't slaves to smoke have access to oxygen, which is vital.

28/07/2025: Great inexpensive pizza. Friendly folks. Great sauce on the pizza.

15/07/2025: Super friendly staff and the pizza was delicious and ready quickly. I asked the staff to take a picture of my boyfriend and me, and he was happy to oblige.

07/10/2025: I wait half an hour at the table while the staff chat amiably among themselves. The appetizer is a disaster: stale fries and white focaccia that's been reheated too many times, one piece even damp, hopefully soaked in too much champagne. I order a glass of red for €16, but I get half a glass. To get the change, I have to argue. I taste it and it's clear they're almost sold out. I don't call the waitress back out of tiredness. I order a dish from the menu and it's not available. That's fine, it happens. But the alternative is worse than the appetizer. A pasta dish, lukewarm, bland, and soulless. In short, we can say that of the Spazio Bollicine at Malpensa, only the Spazio without bubbles remains.

19/09/2025: Had to beg for my ready made sushi for 20+ minutes. The waiter was actively ignoring me even though only 2 tables had guests. Then i asked for coke, and never got it. And i decided that i would rather buy it from the next store. I also had to wait for a long time for the bill, that i contemplated just walking out if they really didn’t want me to pay, but decided to wait and pay, and had to chase the waiter for the change. I Then realised that they charged me for another roll that I never order. I went back to demand my money for the roll i never ordered or ate, and they gave me the money back and said sorry for the “mistake”

12/11/2025: During my visit we had to wait like more than 3 hours in line ! Construction sites all over ! Huge chaos

12/11/2025: We landed at Malpensa from Cyprus on Saturday evening, 40 minutes early. Passport control was a disaster: rude and incompetent staff. The line was endless. Restrooms were unavailable. I witnessed a very sad scene: a young couple holding a baby who was clearly in very, very serious condition, on respiratory assistance. The oxygen tanks were heavy, and the father wanted to put them on the floor... they treated him horribly. In any other country in the world, this family would have been helped and pushed ahead of the others. How sad and shameful to welcome passengers like this. Baggage collection: instead of being on the carousel, they were thrown roughly on the floor. Shuttle to the parking lots: 1.5 hours after landing, a bus finally arrives. It drops us off at the next stop, rudely telling us we have to take a bus across the street. A woman asks where this stop is, and the driver practically insults her. After 30 minutes, this bus arrives and takes us back to the starting point, and finally to the parking lot. The drivers are almost aggressive. Goodbye, Malpensa: it's the last time I'll use this airport. A real shame and a great sadness.

13/11/2025: I was in the area for work and stumbled upon it thanks to a colleague's recommendation. The place is no-frills, as it's primarily a bakery. A spritz and a platter (I chose the small one) with pizza samples. Simple but good. Fairly priced, and the owner is very kind.

02/08/2025: Unfortunately the croissants inside are raw.

02/12/2025: Staff were very rude, came in and they barely even spoke to us, they all looked like they hated everyone and everything, wasn’t even late at night it was 7pm, horrible customer service, started cleaning a table that a man was still sat at and eating.

24/11/2025: Tasteless food. Had the gyosa ramen and it was awful. I’ve rather eaten a Maruchan soup. I also had baos and they had little flavor as well.

24/11/2025: Relax, nuggets and a new beer discovery, even if a little expensive

20/11/2025: Lady kicked us out mid meal to force close even though they sold that meal not 5 minutes ago when it was order as a sit in not take away. Stay away, eat before you reach the airport.
