16/07/2024: Access to the airport is very good. I paid a much higher price than other nights, but they gave me a room with a broken shower faucet and left trash from another room in front of the room. I don't know why they left it in front of our door, but haha. We arrived so tired that it was too bothersome to ask for a room change, so we just used it. The air conditioner is very noisy and the only advantage is that the room is spacious and close to the airport. The service is the worst, but it is a popular hotel.

22/10/2024: Pizza ottima, soffice e ben condita. Ingredienti di qualità. Molta scelta fra vari tipi di pizze. Squisite anche le tradizionali. Personale gentile e disponibile.

26/06/2024: What an amazing seafood platter for two! The seafood was cooked perfectly and served in generous portions. This is a family-run restaurant and it shows. The warm welcome and friendly conversation adds to the ambience of this really lovely restaurant. We were so happy with our choice for dinner (and lunch too!!). Highly recommend! Bonus: it’s close to Malpensa Airport in Ferno.

16/08/2024: I usually use Terminal 1, and I remember it being an average terminal in terms of services. Nothing amazing but not the worst I have been to. However, Terminal 2 is terrible. Pple walks from the airplane to the gate on the asphalt in the sun or in the rain. There is only a small lift to connect the gate to the exit/arrivals. This is not considered a good service for travelers who have luggage, kids, and strollers. Not to mention the endless stairs that are totally uncomfortable when carrying bags. Also, I have seen elderly struggling a lot. And what about disables? I can't imagine a worse architecture than terminal 2!

10/08/2024: I miei più sinceri complimenti non vanno per i vini proposti o per le ottime materie prime proposte , ma vanno alla gentilezza,disponibilità ,competenza e raffinatezza che contraddistinguono il personale di sala presente ( in particolare Laura e Camilla) voto diesciiiiii!!!

27/04/2024: La pizza era buona un tempo, adesso si salva la margherita e poco altro... non so se è cambiata gestione o pizzaiolo ma adesso è deludente, soprattutto ingredienti Preso la taleggio pere ... Il formaggio sembra sottiletta. La volta scorsa panino cotto fontina... Al posto della fontina un formaggio insapore. Il panino con hamburger lasciate perdere, carne congelata che perdeva acqua mentre lo mangiavi.

03/09/2024: They are not very friendly, I ordered take out and then my flight was late but they won't let me sit in and eat even if I pay additional for services. Too much restricted and they don't understand what customer service is
