16/06/2025: The hotel could also be rated higher, but one must take into account the difficulty of access from terminal 2. We landed at 2:40 AM and attempted to take a taxi. Unfortunately, the taxi driver refused to take us, citing the low profitability of the ride as a reason. We then had to wait for the shuttle that passed at 3:30, arriving at the hotel at 4:00.

15/06/2025: My family and I had the privilege of staying at this hotel during our vacation in Northern Italy. Every aspect of what you would look for in a hotel was covered. Location: 10/10 Located literally across from the airport and connected to one of the terminals, this hotel was great for us because the car rental (Hertz) was 25 feet away from the entrance. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and saved us a lot of time getting to the plane. Food: 9/10 Most people don’t associate 5 star dining and hotels. Our dinner was at the restaurant located on the first floor. Everything was presentable, clean, and tasty as well. The staff was friendly and responded to every command we gave them. Recreation/Free time: 9/10 To our surprise a fitness center and pool were walking distance from our room. Sheraton really stepped their game up another level with the amenities and things guests could do to either exercise and relax. This is the kind of pool/lounge you would find in a Ritz Carlton type of place. Rooms: 10/10 Well I gave this a good review for many reasons. First, we had stayed in other places during this vacation. The other places were not as spacious. The rooms here were spacious, clean, luxury material, luxury soap brand in the shower, etc. The TV is perfect and the beds were too and had enough room between them. We were able to plug in our cell phone chargers through the USB outlets by the beds. Plus they gave us two complimentary bottles of water. Everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Overall, the Sheraton at Milan MPX airport is the most ideal place one would stay if they are using the airport. Even if not, there is access to public transportation for guests who want to see the city. Highly recommended.

09/06/2025: During one of our usual stopovers at Malpensa, my husband and I stopped – as always – at our favorite bar, Ferrari Spazio Bollicine. It’s become a tradition: every time we fly from here, we can’t help but treat ourselves to a moment of relaxation in this elegant corner of the airport. The staff is always friendly, attentive and incredibly professional, capable of making us feel pampered even in the midst of the frenzy of travel. The refined atmosphere and impeccable service make every visit a little pleasure before take-off. Highly recommended! P.S. We would love to see the cutting board with raw ham and buffalo mozzarella back on the menu… a real treat that we miss!

07/06/2025: I had an incredibly delicious meal and friendly service at this nice restaurant bar in the Terminal 1 Milano airport. I’ll go there again!

09/06/2025: Considering the work being done at Terminal 1 Departures, it's difficult to find a place to unload your luggage..... all in all, it's still a good starting point!!!!

09/06/2025: Extremely rude staff, they yelled and showed zero respect while handing our luggage for the security check.

28/05/2025: Wagamama en Malpensa – 5 estrellas con salsa de soja extra! Servicio perfecto, relámpago - preparación rápida, y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor (difícil de encontrar en los aeropuertos!). Gracias especiales a Darjana – la fantastica! Ella no solo sirve comida — sirve a la paz interior con un lado de miso. 😄 ¡Wagama gobierna! Ojalá todas las escalas vinieran con ramen y una sonrisa como la de ella. ✈️🍜

26/04/2025: Since they changed the croissants, they are inedible. If it weren't for the staff, especially the best for me who are Giovanna, Tatiana and Sara, I wouldn't come anymore.
