L’esperienza è stata molto positiva, il personale attento ed educato. Just like when I read little choice of cakes... there are places like Spontini in Milan that have been making the same pizza since the 1950s. The furniture... the uncomfortable tables... always the same... but there is a queue right around the corner... Hanselmann in St Moritz... furniture with 60's disco style carpet... but you wait your turn to get bread, pastries and cakes... always those .. and you wait in religious silence .. there are butcher shops in Piedmont that are holes .. but from which a large fat ox comes .. a worthy rival of the Wengu .... In short, places like this are a guarantee of tradition... of healthy food that you can give to your children in complete safety and too much is the enemy of good... as the grandmother said, those packed counters are intimidating and make you think... traditional things are better .. tarts .. puff pastries .. saint honoré .. puff pastry cake with cream and chocolate .. old-fashioned panettone .. the well-baked kind that avoids dangerous gastralgias .. all the things that make you feel like a child again .. the magic of the Sunday package .. all things that make you feel at home .. everyone around the table anxiously waiting... quality.
