06/12/2025: An elegant location within a hotel with a British feel. The "Journey to the Origins" tasting menu surprises with its balanced flavors and carefully selected ingredients. The chef's touch is evident, with elements of southern Italy presented in a contemporary way, always well-balanced. An explosion of flavors on the palate; more than just a dinner, it's a true journey through the culture and history of Campania and beyond. Service is always attentive and friendly. A pleasant surprise: the chef spends time with guests at the end of the meal—a delightful person!
02/12/2025: The Derby Grill Restaurant is located inside the Hotel de la Ville in Monza, on the main road leading to the Royal Villa. I give a well-deserved 5 stars to the cuisine, the professionalism of the entire hotel team, the ambience, and the refinement of every detail. Dining on the terrace in the warmer months is also delightful.
A must-try, reservations required.

10/12/2025: We went for lunch on Saturday without a reservation (last-minute trip to Monza) and they welcomed us anyway, giving us an hour to eat.
A very nice and well-kept place, a little different from the others (not the typical sandwich shop atmosphere), and delicious sandwiches!! 🤩
€10-15 per person (sandwich + water/beer)
09/12/2025: We're regulars now! High-quality sandwiches at a great price, Speedy is an institution in Monza! (I recommend booking on weekends.)

16/12/2025: Returned after a few months, another delightful experience. Chef Vincenzo Buttice's warm welcome, attention to detail, delicate yet bold flavors, originality blended with tradition. The wine cellar is very well-curated. An explosive mix of sophistication and a homely atmosphere. We'll be back.

08/12/2025: A wonderful discovery, this restaurant just outside the center of Monza! The atmosphere is very welcoming, now decorated for Christmas; the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious! The polenta with osso buco is amazing, cooked just like in the old days; it reminded me of my grandmother ❤️
The homemade desserts are excellent.
Dogs are welcome and greeted with a bowl of meat made especially for them! Truly a special treat. Thank you!
We'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: Excellent burgers. As a fan, I'd recommend the pastrami sandwich, which is really good. The place is nice but small; reservations are essential. You can also dine at the counter. We'll be back.

29/11/2025: This is a delicious Chinese restaurant. I've been coming here since I was little, and it's a historic spot in Monza. The food is excellent and the prices are very fair. The dishes are generous and tasty, and there's a wide selection, so you'll have no trouble finding the perfect dish for your tastes. One of the best dishes, in my opinion, are the Chinese noodles and, of course, the steamed dumplings!

17/10/2025: It's a different kind of gelato than other, much more aggressive competitors in the city. Less creamy, less experimental, but I find it more genuine on a digestive level. The girls who work there are very friendly. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by to try it, even for a small cone.

12/12/2025: Paolo's pizzeria La Fontana is a piece of history in the center of Monza. Its freshly baked slices are a delight for the palate. My favorite is the one with cooked ham, but even the simple Margherita is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is quaint, and the owner is truly witty and always ready with a joke. If you're feeling a little down, he'll cheer you up with both the pizza and his friendliness. I'm almost forty, but there are very few places like this left that remind me of the good old days of the 90s, where you could breathe in the warmth and feel at home! LONG LIVE LA FONTANA!!! Paolo's pizza, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a jewel of Monza!
